Hi all,Using the flow "Create an agreement from a library template and send it for signature" on Microsoft Power Automate. My template has 2 participants that are required to sign, and when I run the flow I get the following error message: { "code": "BAD_REQUEST", "message": "Recipient set is not enabled"} There is something wrong with my flow when I set the participants, so keen to understand how we configure the flow for multiple participants.
Once I create a document and send it out can I change the document from Sign in order to Sign in any order? I have a business premium account. I thought I had selected the Sign in any order, but did not. Is it possible to edit this feature after the document has been sent?Vici

I'm looking for the option to edit the emails that appear in auto-complete as soon as I start requesting singnatures from other signers. There's a few email adresses in there that I need to get rid off that have been used by accident or picked up wrongfully from another source. I've tried running through the menu's in acrobat preferences and online in my cloud account settings but no luck so far. Anyone got a clue? Thanks in advance
This happens frequently in our organization. We have a form in Acrobat that needs to be filled out and signed by a client. This client is low income, barely has enough money food and shelter. They don't have Internet, they don't have Email. Most of the time, this is an older or disabled American. Currently, our case workers go to the home to get the clients signed up for services. The case worker fills out the form, which is a very basic form (name, address, etc.) and has the client sign. We current hand the Surface device that the case worker is using to the client and they use a pen or their finger to sign. Does Adobe have a way to capture this process from an eSign perspective. Again, I cannot send the form or agreement to the client via email. How does Adobe Acrobat Pro with eSign Teams handle this situation?
Can we use this tool within our company's domain without relying on cloud services, meaning without the need for an internet connection?
Can we install the Adobe Sign tool on Microsoft Office applications without the need to subscribe to MS Office 365?
HiHow can I allow the web form to be submitted without forcing the signer to add their email at the end of the process? Some of our clients don't have an email or prefer not to disclose it. Are they not allowed to proceed?I fully understand that this signature, obtained by simply clicking a link without providing any identification other than the name of the signer, is not strong from the legal point of view. I am willing to settle for it.Here's the process:1. After filling all fields and signing, the system shows this disclaimer 2. Accepting it progresses to this question, from which there's no escape I want to have the option to either not ask this question at all (so the form is submitted after step 1 above) or at least to allow users to leave step 2 blank.Any thoughts?
Hi, I'm trying to send one document (a resolution) to committee members to approve (sign) or not approve (not sign) but if someone declines to sign, that cancels the whole agreement and the rest of the signors do not get a chance to review and sign. Is there a way to set up the request for signautres to still keep the agreement active even if one person declines to sign but still gets forwarded to the rest of the signors? Is that even possible?
Our flow looks something similar to this: Employee fills out a packet (60 pages, a lot of redundant information (name, SSN, zip code, etc.) and signsClient signsSupport Broker reviews form for erros If there are errors on the form, le's say the employee mistypes their zip code (populated throughout the packet incorrectly) or enters a wrong phone number (fat-fingers the wrong number on their cell phone while filling out the form), the Support Broker needs to either correct the error or send the form back to the employee to correct the error. Is this functionality possible with Acrobat Sign?
We have changed the name under the account settings, but when accessing our Adobe Sign portion the account name has not been updated.
Buongiorno,Ho Adobe Acrobat Sign e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Nella compilazione di un documento amministrativo mi viene richiesta Firma Elettronica di tipo a PAdES o CAdES. Posso ottenerla con Sign? E come?Grazie.Alessio
When we use the Adobe Sign Templates with the Adobe Sign plugin for Dynamics 365 we can get the defined fields to be included in the required fields for all the participants. However, we want to be able to do the same thing with our own PDF documents sotred locally. We need to use the Data Mapping, as well as require the participants to fill in the rest of the fields before signing. We have tried to download the PDF from the Adobe Sign Template, but that ignores the fields when sent out for signing.
While viewing the agreement record, we are seeing a red banner at the top saying 'A problem refreshing the workflow' and when we checked we understood that it is part of managed package from Adobe Acrobat Sign. Could you please help me understand why & when we will get this error? Help much appreciated, Thanks in advance!
Hi Team,Is there any way to remove /disabled below option from adobe sign?
When a user (User A) turns on auto delegation they assign it to another user (User B). The scenario is someone routes a document for approval. They need it approved by User A so they add them as a signer. They also need it signed by User B so they add them as a signer. What Adobe Sign does is essentially cancels the delegation for User A. Because User A and User B are added as signers it won't complete the approval process. It leaves the document in progress for User A. How are people handing this? It shouldn't get stuck in someone's queue that has delegated authority. How would a user know someone has turned on auto delegation when they route a document for approval and then how would they know who they delegated to?
Wie kann ich den Hinweis "Formulardaten speichern", der bei den Unterzeichnern erscheint, sobald man die Maus bewegt, deaktivieren?

I'm trying to use web hooks from Adobe Sign to tell Office 365 when it's time to grab the document back. Sadly, unlike other web hooks, it requires a certificate. There is no help online or even finding a phone number to call to find out how to generate the proper certificate required to upload. Not happy about the lack of support for developers who are trying to integrate with Adobe Sign.
Quando tento incluir uma assinatura digital o Adobe Reader exige a "senha das chaves login" para acessar a chave privatekey de minhas chaves (?). Não é a senha de acesso ao meu iMac. Alguém pode me orientar?

Can I sign anywhere in the document, like in Docusign?
I can't find information anywhere online that confirms whether or not Adobe Acrobat Sign is secure. Vrbo has sent me to an online w-9 form, but without confirmation that my information is protected if I fill this out, I feel uncomfortable.
