Adobe Aero

I have 15 layers in the pad, when I import to aero the layers appear in wrong order. The top layer appears in the middle. Please help!

I have multiple triggers. Each trigger lead to several actions. In the future, if I need to change the sequence of the behaviors (one trigger with the actions following it), or add a behavior in the middle or at the beginning. Is there a way to do so? Or the sequence of the behaviors does not matter in the current Adobe Aero?Thank you very much.Lei

Hi all! I have been trying to figure out if it is possible to add one trigger to a group/folder of assets. I have a proximity fence set up because I don't want people to go beyond a certain area in my scene.  The fence is modular and made up of multiple peices which I have all grouped into one folder. I want the entire fence to show at the same time when the camera enters the proximity trigger. The obvious solution that I have already attempted is to just simply set the subject of the prox trigger to the folder, but it isnt working.  If setting the trigger for the entire group  isnt possible is there at least a way to copy/paste the trigger settings so I don't have to manually set the same trigger 20x? I'm also note sure if setting the triggers on each individual asset will make them all show at once either. Thanks! 

Why can't I get Aero player on my Pixel 7? Play Store says it's "Not supported in my region"

I am developing some experiences for a museum and they prefer not to use an app. Aero seems the best for this at the moment as there is not much out there and it works. The problem is that the client is complaining that it's taking too long to load. On my iPhone, it can take 30 seconds, but on another 1 minute. This is regardless of the file size of the project. The client is like 'can we change servers' and I say it's adobe hosted. Can anyone tell me if there's an idea why it takes longer on some phones and is this a web issue or a phone issue?

Hi! So, i am working on a number of scenes for a museum group and one issue that I am having is that my lighting does not import. I work in blender and export to GLTF. I even did a test in Stager to see if adobe adobe would be a happier process but no. I am trying to make a portal using the geospatial feature and it on;y imports the ring as a base material and not the emission. What gives?

I have downloaded the Beta version and also filled the form... and it's been a week but still I didn't get the feature. Some people in Youtube as the access already but I don't know why i didn't get it yet. Is it because of Mac?

Hi, is it possible to have a list of compatible mobile devices? I found this one ( Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S21, Google Pixel 7, Google Pixel 6) and this one for ARCORE ( https://developers.google.com/ar/devices?hl=it ). We bought GALAXY TAB A8 tablets which were compatible with ARCORE but are not compatible with APP AERO, from google Play it tells me that the app is not compatible with the device. As I would have to buy more tablets to use in schools to be able to use Adobe AERO app, isn't there a TABLET list like for apple devices?Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Was testing a geospatial scene and tried sharing to test across multiple devices (all ios), and they all loaded for a bit and then crashed. Saw that others are experiencing this as well; is it user error or whats going on with aero?

Hi everyone.I'm having difficulties importing a 3D model that includes a glass sphere into Adobe Aero. I want to ask if there's a way to keep it transparent when exporting from Stager?  Here's how I created my 3D model:1. I created it in Nomad Sculpt2. I used Adobe Substance 3D Painter to add the glass appearance to the sphere3. Sent it to Stager. In Stager, I chose Export for Aero (and it was exported as a .GLB file)4. I imported the .GLB file into Aero, but the glass material is gone. Below are the actual result and my expectation:     I hope to receive your help on this >_<

I have done a few small side projects in Aero. My background includes Premiere, Flash (back in the day) and some After Effects. I have the aptitude but can't find help for basic things in documentation or the promo videos. Thanks for answering any or all. I use the desktop version.IMAGE ANCHORSIf I want viewers on a house interior tour to aim towards a wall, should I place that anchor first in Aero then add objects? If I add objects first and bring a wall in it maps the anchor to the floor. Then I have to change the Anchor Type to vertical and then back to Image and re-import. Then that takes the objects I already had and makes them lie on the ground horizontally. I took the time today to try to Geo Augment a local shops indoor facilities.I thought that if you knew the general layout, and even though you cannot see inside the building from the 3d map, you could place items and them move them around as needed.  This WOULD BE MASSIVE as one code would allow a person to walk in the store and see everything playing out in front of them without the need for self placement, which would not work.It was a no go.  Nothing showed up inside the building, no matter the model large or small.  In fact, we finally found a model floating and it acted as if it didnt know where it was supposed to be......kinda like if a real object was in front of a augmented, the augmented will take on a mind of its own.Anyone else try indoor augmenting using GEO?  How do you think this will play out in the future.

I see that Aero has both plane tracking and image tracking capabilties. Is there a way to activate them at the same time?  For example, if I hav a poster on a wall, I'd like the poster to trigger the experience, but if the poster is off the camera, I'd like the experience to use plane tracking.   Or if possible activate both plane tracking and image tracking so i could have an AR character walk up to the poster.  Anyone know how to do this? Or have any workarounds?

Hi. I am working on a public art project where the QR code will point users to a specific cement base upon which a 6 foot sculpture (AR, not real) will stand. I want the sculpture to be centered on the plinth and stay there- in other words, I do not want users to 'place' it. I have notice when I use a QR code or link it is asking me to position the asset myself. This is not what I want. I can't image anchor the work as there is no image to anchor it to. I just need it to appear + stay centered on the pedestal from any user scanning the QR code or using the link with or without the app. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi all, Hoping to recieve some assistance!I'm wanting to upload material to adobe aero that is shadeless and matte. I have tried optimising the material across the programs I am using (Nomad sculpt), and even tried uploading and downloading from Sketchfab, as it was something I heard solved the problem with PBR set to shadeless.No matter what I do, it seems to always apply reflection. The white flash looks much worst in the app, and blanks out all the other objects as it spins. Apologies if this is a novice question, but any help would mean the world!
