Hello communitySame problem here, since the update no share link / QRcode can be created.On older projects before the update I can still use the link, QR code is working. But with changes or new projects link generation is not working at all. Didn't change anything on my system, no change of hardware or system update. Why is nobody from Adobe Support reporting the server problem? We are all dependent on you if we can only publish our aero projects with you! At least tell us honestly where the problem lies, so that we don't all desperately search our systems and programming for errors that lie with you!

No matter what I try, unable to create link to share my AR project. I've seen threads about corporate accounts and sharing settings but this is a single user account. Any help would be greatly received, I have an urgent deadline in 2 days time. It's not model complexity, can't share even a simple cube. It's the share process/mechanism itself.

There are a few pngs dissapearing when I generate the share link for my project. I test them in the Mac OS desktop preview tab and everything works until I generate the share link. The pngs end up not being in the app clip, but are still usually visible in the desktop app until I press the home button and come back to the project they disappear. I still see the names of the pngs in the Scene tab, but they're size is 0 magically and the size options are greyed out.  Everytime I try to add back the pngs they disappear after generating the share link. The size of the entire project is 61 mb. The disappearing pngs are 92, 80, and 226 kb. I have other pngs and glbs that are fine and do not magically disappear. Please help, our company is relying on a working augmented reality experience for a contract and we are dissapointed that there are no error logs of any sort or any indication of why there are disappearing assets.

In the specs it says that when a viewer uses the QR code, they will not need to download the Aero App - that it will launch via the Aero Clip App that is already installed in most phones? Have people had experiences with this?  I am loving using Aero as an author but need to get past this hurdle to be able to have it used for a local outdoor artshow (no$) but I hope it will be cool. Thanks for any advice. jen

Hi i'd like to report a bug with glass rendering in adobe aero. I created the model inside adobe dimension and when viewed insidd aero AR on mobil it was flat with no reflections . Hooe u can help me fix it🙏🙏🙏

This is a recurring issue. I have 2 user accounts set up on macOS. One will run Aero just fine while the other exhibits this bug. Not just this machine - any laptop with 2 users has this issue in my experience. Been happening for years across multiple laptops. I've attached my crash log. Can't open my latest files on desktop anymore. It asks my to update, creative cloud tells me I am up to date. Version 0.18.4  

I can't import any resources or even, I can't even see any images when I open the file!My laptop is ThinkBookPlus17

Hello Community, Android Mobile:Updated app; now scenes glitch and closes app altogether. Apple Mobile:Shared link to a new user. The app glitches the scene and closes app altogether. We've both restarted phone and nothing has changed.

I'm trying to load the tutorial files but they seem to be empty, there are no objects in the scene or not even an environment. I am on the Beta version of Aero. Wht's going wrong? Hey everyone ! I've made a animated scene in Adobe Aero (0.18.4), starting first without a image anchor ; i had no issue when i was watching it on my phone (iPhone 12 mini on iOS 16) via the QR code. I added a image anchor, and now the view of the scene now is very shaky, even if the phone is completely still. I tried with an image on my Mac, and a printed image, but the issue is the same.  Is anyone having the same problem ? Do you have any solutions ? Thanks ! 

There was a separate version of Aero for the Geospatial Creator 0.23.2. Now in Creative Cloud there is a Beta 0.18.4 which does not acknowledge I have 0.23.2 installed on my Mac. There are bugs in both but how do we know which version to upgrade to - I am using 0.23.2 which seemingly sits outside of the Creative Cloud app updater and unsure how to proceed with any potential updates to rectify outstanding issues with the application.

I have been working with fairly simple items in Aero. Recently, I have been making simple 3D items in Illustrator, addings some textures in Adobe Dimensions and exporting those files to Aero. I'm working on Aero on a Mac. I inserted 2 buttons to show/hide different elements. Once i preview the scene it works on Mac. But when i try to click on the buttons on my mobile via the AR QR code, nothing happens when i click the buttons (accept for the button animation). It'll make sense once you've watched the video's attatched to the question. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I am trying the new geospatial API on adobe aero. However, when I try to share the project it gets stuck and keeps loading forever. First I thought maybe I am adding a lot of stuff. But, even when the project is empty it does not share.

Hi, I am working on a project, when I add a behaviour the project does not automatically save, thus when I create the new link the changes do not take effect.  In the top right corner, I can see the blue loading circle, however, it goes on forever and does not complete. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks! 

Hi there – I was working on an aero project for some weeks now, and suddenly four days ago (around 6PM CEST) updating and creating links was no longer possible. I tried creating links from other projects, where the same issue occured.Also, I quit and reopened Adobe Aero on Mac, the issue persisted.It's the same with the iPad version – no link can be created. Can someone please do something about it?I am working on my thesis project, which is due mid July – and I really need to be able to share it with my advisors!
