Adobe Aero

I created a project but it wont open on ipad pro gen2?am in ireland.Does not suggest my device is not compatable or it not available in my area, dificult to find out why it is not working for me.  

Anybody can help me ??? when i Put any 3d Object or Gif or Png Sequence in Geospatial Creator on Map, But when i share that link it was shows on in the sky (Not at Ground Level) 

Hi everyone, I'm a user from Malaysia, the geospatial is work really well, but only the map is not showing 3D Tile Data, no matter which city in this country, so I guess that it hasn't been updated to my country yet, so I'd like to ask where I can find out when 3D Tile Data will be updated in my area, because this is very important to me and I will use it in my future work. Thank you   

I've got the 1TB hosting offer with 90%+ available the glb shows in other 3D mobile viewing appsexisting aero .real files show with their glb but no new glb can be added  of course usdz fbx obj are never showing this seems to happen every month or sothe glb that I first realized this is an issue with is only 20MB and I've found aero can handle 100MBmy phone has 15GB available so not a local storage problem - the GLB is on iCloud anyway 

Howdy - Off the bat, I'm not professional at 3D, but know enough to build some rudimentary things in blender. That being said I'm trying to export a sign from blender with 2 textures. They're showing up in GLTF viewer perfectly, but in Aero they're not registering at all.  Any tips / tricks to exporting from blender -> GLB/GLTF for Aero?I'm cruising the forums, but have yet to find an answer. GLTF Viewer   

I am using a QR Code platform to track scans for marketing purposes and am running in to trouble when using Dynamic QR Codes, which give me the alalytics.  A connector URL is used and prompts my to open in safari or the Aero App Clip.  Problem is, everyone isnt getting this option.  A Static QR code loads the experience seamlessly, I just cannot track scans.   Anyone ever run in to this issue or have work around? 

Adobe Aero on my iPhone 11 won't open my file with custom character imported? (synced from Desktop creative cloud). It loads to 100% but doesn't open in AR view (video attached).

I create a nev project and try to import a glTF/GLB file, progress goes to 100%, but file opens empty.It opens an old project with the same file normally though.It also loads CPU heavily even with an empty scene, like 30% on my notebook.

Hi, I have been testing the new location feature, and I have a couple of questions about how it works and its intended functionality.  When picking a location, it zooms in to the chosen street area. In the street view, some houses are displayed in 3D, and it works fine there.However, in some areas, it's just a zoomed-in map without any 3D representation, and my experiences don't work there.Is this the expected behavior when the chosen location differs from the displayed street view?When using the app and locking the screen, upon reopening, it attempts to relocate the location.However, even if at the same starting point, it fails to find the location again, only working on the first experience launch.Is this a known issue due to the beta version?If tracking is lost during a larger experience covering an entire residential location:Should I be able to "re-find" the location anywhere along the route where objects were placed?Or should it only be possible at the original x0, y0, z0 po

On iPhone 12 Pro Max aero app - downloaded glTF file and saved as .glb ... when pressing "+" (whether from on phone or iCloud) files show but as disabled (not clickable or importable). So no .glb can be imported to a new scene or a current scene. Do I need to uninstall app and reinstall? Any other fix?

Hello, I got into the prerelease of ADobe Aero, but I can't find where to download the prereleaseIt says : "Aero desktop (Beta): The latest desktop builds for testing are available in the Prerelease section of your Creative Cloud application.But i can't find it. Today I got my invite for Adobe Aero Geospatial. I downloaded the aero_desktop_0.20.2-20230510.nightly.23-5329aab-ESD.dmg  file for my M1 Macbook Air (16 gb Memory with 256 GB SSD). When installing it I get 'Failed to Install... Unknown error'. Anybody else seeing this issue and/or know how to correct the install. Thanks,Al

Can I have multiple targets using just one QR code, as opposed to each target having it's own qr code?

Dear Creators/Developers, How do I create a shared AR experience board game with Adobe Aero. I want to create an AR Board games for 3 to 4 person playing at the same time with score board Thank you.

I was tinkering with Aero and it's pretty nice and easy to use. Can Aero create AR ads that can run on Facebook or other socials? Was trying to think of ways to add excitement and more interaction to our ads. Thanks for any input.

I made a test project on my laptop with Adobe Aero. The size is 1,73MB and when I try to share it, there is a massage that says it can't create a link. "Unable to create a link. Something went wrong and we couldn't generate your link." Am I doing something wrong? 

I have set up 3 different experiments using 3 different files, all created the in the same manner from Illustrator to Photoshop to export to Aero. The first file works as expected. I load a target. Load the Photoshop file. Adjust the layers and position them as needed. The first file recognizes the target and loads the "exploded" graphic in the view and acts as one would expect (see Working.png). The second and third files, however, just show the target image and asks "Locate this image to view the scene" (See Not-Working.png).  All three of these files were created the exact same way, yet receiving wildly different behaviors in this application. How can we gain consistency in our output to reliably use this tool; even in the "beta" stage"?

Can it be that Adobe aero has limited its functionality because they are launching this new Adobe aero geospatial? The add looks nice, would like to use it. But now on invite only.. So limiting what Adobe aero could now already would be not so good. Update was on Friday. Adobe aero team, are you watching the messages over the weekend? I now have some extra weekend work, to make my experiences work for Monday.

Does any one know how to make a glowing effect or bloom? I uploaded a 3D model with max emission in a PBR material and the object does not generate that bloom effect that surrounds the object. Is there any post processing option that could allow this?Thanks

Hello, all: The Hide function seems to have a max delay of 60 seconds. Is there another way to have an object disappear at a point beyong the 60s mark? Thanks, Patrick

On several of my Aero projects with 3D assets made with Adobe apps, I have transparent-gray shapes in my AR QR scenes. Where did they come from and how to delete them.

Hello tehre, i have signed up for the Geeolocation Pre Release, i am VERY VERY Keen to try as i have a Client that is in turn VERY keen to explore, is there anything that can be done to get either access to the version that is being shown on certain YouTube channels, or some sort of indication when i can get access ?  As i say i have an absolutely fantsatic real world example of what this can be used for and very very keen to explore wth a Client, many thanks. Colin

Do I have the right system requirements? I created the geosptial experience on mac, and then used my ipad Air (4th generation) to scan QR code, and it properly prompted me to turn on location on my ipad , which I did. But then it still said unknown location (see screenshots labeled "Dino") and it wouldn't load the geospatial experience on the ipad that I am using.In the unknown location detected, I saw animation to wave my device around, and I tried that. But didn't solve problem. I even took few steps forward and re-scanned. It gave the same unknown location prompt.
