Adobe Aero

Hello, I am trying to use Adobe Aero Geospatial Creator but I do not know if it is available for India, since in the Properties Anchors I do not have the location option ?

My character model comes in looking really janky and I can't figure out why. The model was created using the Polycam app (photogrammetry), exported as .OBJ, then the whole .OBJ zip folder was drag-and-dropped into Mixamo to rig and add an animation. Then it was saved as .FBX (binary) and imported into Aero desktop, where I added the behavior (the Mixamo animation) and saved as a Dimension file (Aero Experience) on the Creative Cloud. But when I open it on Aero mobile app on my iphone, the character model looks bisected down the middle and really distorted and damaged looking. Any ideas what is going wrong??

Hi, All of a sudden my aero file can't be opened anymore, and I get the message in the screenshot attached. What can I do to recover the file, knowing that I didn't move the file (it's on the cloud) nor changed anything between the moment where the file was correctly opening and the moment where it stopped? Thanks for helping out, I just lost a week's worth of work and am pretty upset. I could re create the file but if it is to get the same issue again I'd rather not trust Aero anymore.  

Hello, I am testing Adobe Aero Geospatial Creator, and I see that the added objects/assets are not displayed as fixed to the place where I place them, when I move while viewing the AR experience, it is as if they move with respect to the placed place. Would it have something to do with whether or not to check "Snap anchor to ground" or with some other configuration? Thank you very much for the help !!

Does Aero have any limits with regards to user visits or many people trying to load the project at the same time? 

The photographs I'm importing into Aero have a green outline (fringe) around them (not from a green screen).  Originally these images were AI generated photos that were exported as psd files.  I've made adjustments in Photoshop with selection masks to reduce the outline (fringe) and still it appears in Aero.  Thoughts?  I've been scouring the internet looking for answers.  Thank you!

How do I change the color of the starter assets in Aero?

Good evening group, I have seen some issues before with creating links on Projects but not during updates. I have logged out / logged into the desktop app, restart, I have been pushing changes successfully for the better part of a week, just popped up this morning and has been doing it ever since. A secondary test file I had created is doing the same thing with no changes made to the file.

Hi, I'm using Aero desktop and I have two Aero projects that I would like to combine into one. In other words, I would love to be able to copy my assets including all the behaviors from Aero file #1, into  Aero file #2, so that I don't have to redo all the work I did in file #1. Is this possible? Thanks!

hi how can i use adobe aero to track position of real life moving ball? For instance if the ball is by top of screen (or image) it plays a certain sound and at the bottom plays a different sound?

Hi, I am trying to import a png file in aero but it says reason rt3d Import failed . I named it correctly and I even opened the file from the folder where I saved it. is there any solutions for this? 

I just saw a job where from interactive buttons created in the AR experience in Adobe Aero Geospatial Creator, it is possible to control elements outside the software, in this case a set of DMX lights. Could someone comment on how this interface is made? Is it possible to access Adobe Aero points/ports to handle external elements? I am creating AR clip with my fine art oil painting.  I use a photo of my painting as the vertical surface and then make the objects moved.  How can I have the anchor set to kick off the clip when the person is actually pointing at the painting in real life to start the clip?

I'm reaching out from Japan, and I'm very new to Adobe Aero.I'm reposting the same content for the second time as no responses on the previous post.Currently, I'm working with Adobe Aero Beta 0.23.4 (#127) and creating AR content using location anchors. I've come across a JSON file format called "ATImage Command Stream (*.json)" in the Adobe Aero "Import" function dialog.I'm curious to understand the nature of this JSON file format. Is it a standard JSON file, or does it have a specific structure? Despite my efforts to search online, I haven't been able to find detailed information about it. Will the discontinuation of Creative Cloud synced files affect Adobe Aero and its shared files?

I'm still on the Adobe Aero Win Desktop 0.23.4(127) version, how can I access the new version 0.24?I haven't received any email or link to update and the only email I have received is still the same as 4 months ago.

trying the beta, have imported a model(cube), exported via QR code, no model visible, tried the built in models in Aero, a sphere, share link via QR code, again object does not show up?? my location is Sweden, should work here to, yes? any hint on what to do to get it going are welcomephone is a google pixel 6a 

Hi,ok, so I did download the geolocation able aero, imported a simple cube, created a link with QR code tried it on the phone, no object there(cube). tried again with built in object from within Aero, sphere(gold?...) and new link/qr code, object still does not show up, any ideas what might have gone wrong here? my location is Sweden, should work here to, yes? phone is a pixel 6a,link: https://adobeaero.app.link/IBI7LDc9vFbCheers!k.
