Hi, I'm trying to import animations from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero, but without success, the error "RT3D Import Failed" appears. As you can see there are no special characters or spacing But when I import characters from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero there is no error. My PC Specs:Processador AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHzRAM instalada 16,0 GB (15,4 GB utilizável)Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, processador baseado em x64Edição Windows 11 HomeVersão 23H2Can you help, I'm doing important work for a school. Thanks,

I am testing to use Adobe Aero App Clip at school with same shared iPads, simulate using by students or guest visitor.When I scan a QR code, I need to login with an Apple ID.But when I use Apple School IDs, "App Clip Unavailable" was shown.I have tried many IDs, form student, staff, teacher, administrator. I only view the App Clip with an NON Apple School ID. How can I view the App Clip with Apple School IDs?Or without any Apple ID so anyone can take the iPad and view the App Clip easily?

Hello,I am currently teaching an introductory course on virtual reality using Adobe Aero. However, all the students in my class who have an Android smartphone are encountering a bug.When using an Anchor Image, the application never manages to recognize the image. I have tried various types of images, always following Adobe Aero's recommendations and those from the community.This issue is also reproducible on my own Android device.Thank you in advance for your help!Guillaume

Hello Adobe Aero i am facing an issue on Adobe Aero which is i need this specific document because i want to apply changes on my QR code but suddenly this document crashed and stopped working. When i click on the document its either they give me a description that someone else is using this document even though no one is and then they keep saying failed. What should i do that is the solusion to this problem. Please reply ASAP and thank you.

Hi,I was reading an article about publishing an AR experience without the need for an app. However when I scan the QR code, it redirects me to the app download page.Is it not possible to view an AR experience created with Aero in a web browser? Also, I'm based out of India and I'm unable to download the Adobe Aero app for Android. I've created a scene in Adobe Aero using an image anchor. However, when I open the scene, the preview image of the marker becomes a bit oversized. I recall that previously, the preview image, located above the text 'Locate this image to view the scene,' was smaller. Now it looks by default fits to the screen and not in a predifined smaller area or box.   Has there been any recent change in the size of this preview image area? Tested on Iphone 12pro max, Iphone SE 2 

When I add a sound to Adobe Aero it will play music but let's say its a long track like 3 minutes long, is there a way that I can pause or stop the music from playing without having to leave or restart the experience?

I design the scene with a location anchor on desktop. Then I go in situ to test it on my iphone device. Never end to load...

I'm working on a project to install objects in my city using geolocation. I'm doing it, I went with my phone and I see it (with difficulties, because I start recording and it disappears, I restart the app and sometimes it appears, it's not a very natural and fluid experience). One of the points is that only some Apple phones see it, with Android you can't see it??? The other point is that when I go back to edit the project... I get an error "the project could not be opened" what could be happening? Does anyone have any idea? Thanks a lot!

I'm trying to make a custom 3D word to use in Aero but I'm struggling to make it exactly as I wantBasically I want the word to have 3D depth – Which I managed to make in illustrator But also wanted a square outline bevel – Which I managed to make in dimension But I'm struggling to work out how to colour each element – I want green for the face, light blue for the top side of the depth and a darker blue for the sides of the depthAnd I also want a yellow stroke matching the bevel but on every edge, not just the face side Any help/tips/advice gratefully received 

Hi, I'm having trouble recording AR experiences on mobile - this worked for me last week.As soon as you press record the app crashes completely and throws you back to your phone's homescreen.I am able to take screenshots (stills) but not video. Please could someone assist wit a work-around?

I am a teen librarian trying to create some A.R. scenes for an upcoming program. I've used this program before successfully but this is my first time using 3D assets from outside the preloaded ones. I found a library of assets preinstalled on my work PC and found out I can edit them (or create my own) in Microsoft's Paint 3D program (also preinstalled). I export everything as a .GLB and it imports seamlessly into Aero. I can even edit everything and it even appears in the preview image while it is loading on my phone but once the scene appears, all of those assets are missing and a red box blinks with error codes but they are mostly written in code. Can anyone help explain why that is and what I can do to fix it. I do not have access to other Adobe software as we are on a public library budget. Thank you!

Is this normal? If yes it feels pretty clunky to have the user keep their phone as static as possible to not lose the scene. I want to make a 90-360 degree experience, so essentially slightly rotating to the left or right wipes the objects off the screen prompting the user to either be confused and exit, or to go and scan the scene again. 

Hi Adobe Aero Community,  I am getting issues and strange artifacts when importing .png images with transparency into Adobe Aero (Windows - Desktop).   Here is a .png file of an arrow that I added into the application. As you can see there is a small white line that appears at the edge of the image. For some reason this issue is consistent with all images that I drag into the software. Is there something wrong with the image format I am importing? Or is there another issue I should be looking out for?  Thanks,  -Ross 

I recently created a project using Aero Desktop app (Version - 0.15.4) on mac OS Monterey 12.5.1. I later edited it using AERO mobile (Version - 2.16.8 (93)) on my iPhone.  I am unable to open the project on my desktop app anymore and it is throwing below errors:1. Download the latest version to access this content.2. Couldn't open the file with the version 7.0.0 I am attaching the screenshots and this is affecting my productivity. I am expecting both Mobile and Desktop versions will work. Any help will be appreciated! 

Hello,I can't import the FBX or GLB. 3D models with textures. the textures appears wrong way. I tried everything but doesn't work. I tried vray material with bitmap, standard material with bitmap, subsrance painter pbr materials, all of them appears wrong way. Can you help me pls?

Hi,I cut my painting in layers and then save each layer individually so I can have them as an image with no background in aero. It worked for all the bigger images.  However, it looks like all the small ones (size of beads or eyes) or not keeping the transparency when I import them into Aero. I tried the mask and the alpha channel.  My files are all saved as png.  No matter how I try, the small images don't keep the transparency in Aero. Any suggestions?  Thanks a lot!!

Hello, I am working on an Adobe Aero project and would like to know if it’s possible to import and display a 2D video (e.g., MP4 format) within the AR environment. I attempted to import an MP4 video file, but I received an error message saying "Import type not supported."Could someone please clarify whether Aero currently supports 2D video files, and if so, which formats and specifications are compatible? If 2D video is not supported, are there any recommended workarounds or alternative methods to display video content in Adobe Aero?Thank you for your help!

Hi all, Aero seems to be a great software with enormous potential, I am excited to test if I could place buildings on site for staking plan, to look at the massing on site. However I noticed the axis in Aero is not the same as any other 3d software, hence the location basically doesn't work. Is there a way, under geospatial creation mode, to have the origin set to the "world origin" instead of the anchor point, so that the location of the asset can sync in Aero?Thank you very much!

Hi guysI am having issues with the visualization of a 3D model. I have uploaded the .real and the GLTF file here:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WaE1GhASIWkX0-zQssOjjyfdygv9tQPS?usp=sharingIt is perfectly visible in aero, and its preview, but once i scan the qr code i can (often) see it, while others can just see a black square on the floor.I have checked the scale, normals, reduced at minimum the number of polygons.I have uploaded it on sketchfabb and other 3D visualization tools and the objects seems ok.I am using Iphone 12 and friends of mine recent android phones and even iphones.I would like to understand what am i doing wrong and how can I fix it.Thank you in advance
