I need technical support! My Photoshop App does not open! 

my premiere will not start

En donde me encontraba haciendo la digitalización, no había señal para hacer el escaneo por partes, entonces la realice toda en un solo archivo, se me hicieron 640 páginas, no se podía guardar, imagino que por la cantidad de hojas, más tarde en lo que esperaba que se intentará guardar, la app se cerró y me marcó que si quería reportar error, le dije que si, y mis 640 páginas ya no aparecen ni en la aplicación ni en la nube

When I try to click on one of my works that I’ve done my screen just goes blank white and the image doesn’t appear. I’ve tried to reinstall the app and cleared everything and it’s still doing the same thing I need to be able to edit my images

Every time I get to launch Premier Pro, it shows me an error report like the one attached.It does not launch at all but only shows the error message 

so frustrating

So I have an image in Lightroom Classic that I need to finish off in Photoshop.  Photoshop automatically updated to version 27.11 when I have this turned off.  Photoshop now fails to import the image from Lightroom Classic into photoshop for me to work on.  Last time it did this, I had to uninstall and go back one.  I then had to add all my actions back into it.  Please fix this bug urgently.

AI Assistant can't read speed/time remap on footage video please fix that

When using Mocha AE on a clip brought into After Effects via Premiere Pro Dynamic Link, clicking "Apply Export" (or "Create Track Data") fails to generate keyframes on the target Null Object.Steps to Reproduce: Send a video clip from Premiere Pro to After Effects via Dynamic Link (e.g., Linked Comp). Apply the Mocha AE effect to the Dynamic Link layer. Launch Mocha AE, create a track, complete tracking forward, save, and exit back to AE. In Effect Controls > Mocha AE > Tracking Data, set Export Option to Transform and Layer Export To to a Null Object. Click Apply Export. Expected Result: Tracking keyframes should be baked onto the designated Null Object, animating it over time.Actual Result: No keyframes are created on the Null Object, and tracking parameters remain static at default values (silent failure).Workaround: Pre-composing the Dynamic Link layer (Ctrl+Shift+C -> Move all attributes into the new composition) before running Mocha AE resolves the issue completel

 I try to make the ai edits in the order suggested however editing photos can’t  always be a rigid linear process. I made a remove tool edit after ai masking. It generated to update ai settings - masking. I selected ignore update ai setting. Then updated dng preview and exported settings to XMP however when I reopen the image on camera raw , or in Lightroom  the update ai settings masking again pops up for the associated edit that triggered that update ai settings and for which the ignore update ai setting was applied.   Adobe in the this article View AI Edit Status and manage updates  https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/desktop/ai-and-generative-features/ai-edit-status.html  falsifies “It's recommended to review the results before updating subsequent AI settings in the list.” However this is false there is no tool or setting where you can review or preview the results prior / before updating ai settings.  Often when I’ve tried to apply the update ai settings then pressed command +z und

Warum kann ich plötzlich das Qualität von Pfadfinderfotos (Polen, 80ger Jahre) in Adobe Firefly nicht mehr verbessern? Es gibt nichts Verbotenes! Das ist einfach das Leben von Jugendlichen in alten Zeiten, Biwaks, Wanderungen, Zelten.Ich soll später wieder probieren oder vorher bearbeiten. Was soll ich an diesen Fotos bearbeiten?Sind jetzt Pfadfinder auch etwas, an was man sich nicht erinnerrn darf?Ich hoffe, das jemand kann mir den Grund für mein Problem beschreiben.Gruß

Immediately go to File > Place in InDesign or Illustrator. The newly saved .ai file appears greyed out and cannot be selected. What I have tested: Waiting 10 seconds with the Place dialog open does not help. Navigating to another folder and returning does not help. Closing the Place dialog completely and reopening it makes the same file selectable immediately. Dragging the same file directly from Finder into InDesign works on the first attempt. Lorsque je clique sur mon adobe accueil le lien ne s'ouvre pas ...

I tried Express for the 1st time today. Created a carousel. But it wouldn’t let it download. Kept saying error, try again in a few minutes. So I figured out how to link my IG and FB accounts to just share it. Says there was an error uploading the file and to try again later. I update my browser, closed out of Express and reopened it, and cleared my cache for the hour I spent working. Same problems. I saved my file in my account, and even in my files it won’t show the actual thing on the thumbnail, just a blank outline. But it opens and runs fine. I don’t understand. Oh, and I tried to do an mp4.As a last ditch effort I downloaded the mobile app. Same error messages for downloading and sharing.
