so I'm a full-time artist and and I've been using Adobe Aero for their experiences for years recently heard Adobe Aero  is terminating their app so I need help to see what other programs I could use any suggestions

I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₹2599 as the 1 year subscription of the app.  I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition fee for my college studies. I have no means to purchase such huge amount of money. I really need the money for my studies. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends. Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the 1 year subscription and forgot to cancel the free trial. What services does Adobe Aero offer for businesses to create branded AR experiences??

Now you have to hold the shift key for it to pop up or select show more options. While it is a minor issue, I do this daily and it’s a nuisance now. 

Since Monday we are unable to send pdf document via Gmail.Once we enter our email address and press submitm, we get a message “We have opened a new broswer toab for you to log in, and nothing happens. We cleared the cache, restarted the browser, made chrome default, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe.

The current status: Adobe Aero is still in beta version after more than 4 years since its launch. The last minor update was in January 2024, and there are still numerous serious bugs and limitations.The app possesses immense potential. I have pushed it to its limits, creating large and highly complex AR modules for workplace training and educational purposes. However, the numerous bugs and limitations make it exceedingly difficult to utilize the app for enterprise-level applications. It simply lacks the reliability and speed necessary for commercial use.I remain hopeful that Adobe will not abandon the development of Aero into a stable platform. Perhaps its status as a free app has relegated Aero to the bottom of Adobe’s priority list. By transitioning it to a paid app, Adobe might allocate more resources and attention to Aero.

So no ways around discontinuation,  Adobe?  Pushing hard to finish a project before end of month (just to have a visual record of it), but would love to at least have a way to keep running the project a bit longer, even only while my current phone is able to run aero. .real files are downloadable, but  server-side something will be disabled  and eveyrthing will stop working? (Zapworks claims to support conversion, will have to talk to them.) Really with all its limitations this app is/was great. Got around a ton of hurdles, and felt by the end like aero and I became friends.  It did not crash a single time. Really too too bad...  (Hard to imagine Id hear an answer from Adobe folks here, but if anybody has ideas, would love to hear!) filed under: usability issue.. hehe..

Why was Aero killed?  What can i buy to replace it?  Most importantly. how do I geolocate my future projects for free?What aobe going to replace Aero with? 

I've been building a simple 1.17 MB file with an Image Trigger and a Gif that plays over the top. It's worked fine all week. Then suddenly today, the QRC wouldn't trigger. I went in and received the "Unable to Create Link. Something went wrong and we couldn't generate your link." I thought it was something I did wrong, so I quickly rebuilt the file...and received the same message. HELP! What's going on???

Hey everyone,   We’ve made a tough decision and wanted you to be the first to hear that Adobe Aero will be shutting down permanently on November 6th, 2025. This was an incredibly difficult decision that we didn't make lightly.   What This Means: · Adobe Aero has always been free of charge and there will be no impact on your subscription. November 6th, 2025: Aero will be removed from Creative Cloud, Apple App Store, and Google Play and will no longer be available for download or installation. Hey,I am looking to see if there is a work around within Aero that would allow me to have multiple image anchors, each with an accompanying asset that triggers individual audio when tapped.The context is an illustrated storybook. Each trigger illustration has an accompanying audio file story which I would like to be played to viewer when viewed through the app. I have been using a disc asset anchored to the illustration as the behaviour trigger (play audio when tapped). So far the user interaction goes:-User views illustration through Aero-gold disc is viewed floating above illustration-User taps disc asset-Relevant audio plays So far, so good. But I would like users to be able to repeat this process with multiple illustrations without having to exit the experience to enter a new one, simply turning the page and viewing their next chosen illustration (and its related assets) through their camera . Any advice would be much appreciated.

In Vietnam, when I scan the QR code (the first time using the AR product), I can use the AR experience without having to download the Aero app from the App Store.However, some of my friends in Korea have to download the app in order to use my AR product.Could you share how the AR product works when you scan the QR code in your country?Thank you for your attention!*I’m referring to the very first time you scan the QR code via Aero.

Hi there, I can't seem to import anything into aero, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't with most pics and stuff but Import function in general doesn't work and i can not force the program to display any of my 3d assets, no matter how little and optimized they are. It starts loading with "optimizing import" and never finishes. I already reinstalled, tried different version, tried on mobile version, deleted app data info, NOTHING seems to work, any idea??? Have a great day,Flora

Is Aero development still on-going or will there be no further upates?

I want to put objects below the ground plane but there is a shadowy plane at the ground level. Is there a way to turn that off?

Aero still isn’t generating shareable links, and it looks like everyone is dealing with the same issue. Unfortunately, there’s been no meaningful update from Adobe. It’s been several days now, and you’d expect at least some official communication by this point, something to confirm they’re aware, actively working on it, and ideally, an estimated timeline for a fix.  Since we’re all in the dark, I’m wondering if anyone has looked into alternative platforms. I’ve been trying out 8th Wall, but the learning curve is real. It’s not as intuitive as Aero. For example, triggering an audio event when an image is tapped feels like a coding task, not something handled by a simple dropdown or toggle. Has anyone found any other tools that are easier to use or better suited for quick deployment? I have an event coming up on the 14th and I’m seriously concerned I’ll need a reliable Plan B.https://www.thefacesoftheunknown.com/stories-from-the-creek

Even though I reduce the file size, I still get a warning message saying that the link cannot be created. What could be the problem?

Hi allI have been trying to create a link for a project I have been working on and everytime I try it I get an error message "Unable to create a link". It's not size related as I tried with a smalle project (4mb) and still get the same issue. I am on an iPad running latest versions of both iOS and Aero. Also on the desktop version (Windows 10) I get a similar issue: no link is created but I just don't get any message, it just dismisses the "Create link to AR experience" message with no further action. Any ideas?  Thanks!

All of my QR code stopped working. Please help.

I recently attended a recorded version of a webinar about Adobe Substance and Aero. The instructor seemed to say that you can develop a scene in Adobe Aero, share the QR code with anyone, and their IOS device will be able to scan that code and they can view the scene WITHOUT the Adobe Aero App or an Adobe ID. Is that correct? I have tried the QR code from the instructor and it won't work on my mobile devices without opening the app. This is a snippet from one of your product pages: https://www.adobe.com/products/aero.html, specifically: Instant Aero. Wherever you AR.Now anyone can view your projects without downloading an app. Distributing your work is as easy as sharing a QR code that will launch AR on smart devices.Is this truly the case? What might I be doing wrong when viewing the instructor's QR code?
