Adobe Capture

Is there a cap of 5 imports on the free trial or something? I would like to be able to use all the brushes I make.

Hi all! I'm trying to vectorize a color .png using Adobe Capture on my iPad Pro. This tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mQa4KgA7aA&t=483s via YouTube creator Premo ) was really perfect to describe how to create a proper black and white logo /.svg file. Does anyone know if it's possible to 'smooth' out the lines of a color logo the same way as described in this video tutorial? Is it possible to refine the Smooth option tool for black and white shapes, creating the possibility to manage the Smooth level manually and not only automatically? Thanks

I downloaded adobe capture on the Google Store. I have downloaded it countless times, but I still cannot use the software. The reason is that after each login, I will jump back to the start interface. My phone is One Plue 6t (an Android phone). I want to know how can I solve the problem.——Henry

Hello, Capture is a great little app, however, I simply cannot find the free storage location. I am able to create on the app and save. But, I cannot find the location when I open my laptop and try to work within Photoshop. Could someone please send me the location.  Thank you Kirk Jones

Beginner question - but when I use Adobe Capture it saves automatically to the cloud - but I didn't setup a cloud drive - nor did I get any notice of one being setup.  How do I access my saved files on the cloud? Thanks so much

I'm trying to do something a bit convoluted, but can't figure it out quite right.  Would appreciate any insight.I would like to take an image in Capture, and from that image create a Color Theme. (I can do that). Then I would like to take that photo into PhotoShop and "apply" that theme to the photo so that only those five colors are in the photo.  So for example I have a photo of a landscape, and I tweak the color theme to have 5 shades of green.  The image itself has browns, blues, reds, etc.  but I have moved the dots around to just get the greens. And I save that theme.  Now, I would like to go into PS, and somehow apply that theme to the image, such that it essentially becomes an "all green" image with the five different greens from the theme. (the blues are gone, the reds are gone... they are now green).I hope I have explained that enough to get some replies. Thanks in advance!

I used to be able to export shapes from adobe capture as a svg or pdf, however now it only lets me export as a jpg.

Hi, Last night i sorted my capture shapes into two different new folders through my capture app on Android. And today many of them are gone. I have 4 folders in total, and i can't find my shapes anywhere. The two New folders i created are still there and they have some of the files left in them. I can't see the lost shapes in my "creative cloud" app either.  I really need all my files back. I tried logging out and back in, and to restart my phone. I feel dumb, what happend? 

Please help! I hold the camera up to an image. Even if I hold it very still, for 30 seconds with the color dots staying on the colors I want to capture, as soon as I tap Freeze or Capture the color dots move to completely different colors and saves that instead.Every. Single. Time. I cannot get the colors I actually want. 

I have just updated the software of both my iPhone and iPad and then updated the App to the newest version.  My iPhone has a new feature that enables me to capture in color when utilizing the shape tool.  On my updated iPad which I have now restarted twice, I do not have that option. Why?  It's such a great feature!HelpThanks and best

I am new to illustrator and adobe creative.I am watching a video turorial showing how to take a picture with adobe creative then convert to illustrator on linkedin.I have created a free account on Adobe CC.Is there a way with free subscription to transfer taken picture from adobe capture on iPhone to illustraotr on my computer (trial)?  

This is particularly for Capture shapes I have been creating for some time. The libaries aren't appearing. Ex. I tried to make a new Shapes Library called "Temp." and it does not appear in desktop Photoshop Libraries panel. Any ideas on what I can do? I know there are other threads that describe simolar things, but I want to make sure Im doing something that is current. I'm using Photoshop CC 2018 and CC 2020 and both have the same libraries.On my phone I renamed some of the Libraries and they aren't updating on the desktop. It was working some time ago, but now it's obviously not.

Somehow color was applied to an image I took using the shapes option capture.I am stumped as to how this happened !I love it , please help me can't repeat 

after updating the ios app to latest version, i can no longer do anything it did before no refine section or basically anything?.... just a blurred preview photo.... not very good adobe i constantly use capture....

Hello!im fairly new to adobe capture, but it has been really useful in cleaning up my black and white drawings, getting them ready for prints and cards.. im trying to do a postcard for a restaurant, and I can’t save the finished product bc ‘vector limit reached’. I’m frustrated bc the image doesn’t even have color, and it’s not as complicated as my other drawings have been. I don’t know how else to refine my drawings to get them ready for the printing people at a high resolution! And this has only happened since the app updated. Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Hello everyone- I’m using the updated Capture app on my iPhone. I now can’t get my images with a transparent background. Never had an issue with this before. Anyone else experiencing this? I’m using the Shapes function with an image from my photo library then cleaning it up as needed. That image is retaining a white background instead of transparent (as it normally did previously). Any help or info is appreciated!

After avidly using this app for a year, why suddenly am I not able to save my vector image?  It says the vector limit is reached.  WHY????? The whole purpose of using this app is to convert the images.  And that id ALL I use it for.  I have 30 orders I can't process because of this issue.

This happened to me today, the program still works but gives me this "vector limit reached" message when I try to vectorize a picture. I've tried uninstalling program from phone and reinstalling through a link I sent to my phone from adobe suit on my desktop. I understand that sometimes if you're signed into to many devices adobe won't work and I did recently buy a new computer, but I signed out of it and wiped computer before it was sold.  Any advice? When I was using Adobe Capture on my iPhone today trying to capture a shape, the slider was no longer working or not even visible. This is a recent issue as I had used it not so long ago, and I could use the slider to adjust what I was going to capture from an image. When I had first opened the app, the slider was not even there, and I thought it was removed for some reason in an update. I then discovered one way to bring it back was to tap the adjustment icon on the top right. Here I can adjust Exposure, highlight, shadow, etc. If I close that again, the slider is there, but moving it does nothing. So, I don't know if the general slider that helped adjust what details I captured was replaced by all these adjustment levels or if there is something wrong with the slider. Anyone else have this experience? If there has been a change, is there an explanation anywhere? Thanks!

I used to be able to sign in to an account of my choosing for adobe capture, but now it automatically sign sme into my old adobe account and there is no way to change this. I cant find a logout button either so i end up having to delete the app. When I press Sign in with adobe ID it just logs me in automatically without letting me put in my credntials. How can i stop this? 

I've tried to find this answer online, but have not had any luck. I am trying to use Adobe Capture to create vector patterns for use in Illustrator. and could use some advice on best practices.  No matter what I try, my vector pattern paths are a mess (see photo example used just for simplicity sake). I've tested capturing directly through CC Libraries, as well as using png & jpg images at different resolution and quality, to no avail and have found online resources to be minimal. Any advice?
