We are a government organization with strict data residency requirements.Please add the ability to fully disable Adobe cloud storage (specifically in Creative Cloud Enterprise and Acrobat Pro Enterprise for our purposes).
If I insert a Cloud file layer into a Photoshop file, and then right click layer> Replace Contents, although it seems all of my Library files are available, they show up jumbled together under a group titled "Graphics" (which doesn't otherwise exist as a group in my Library files). My Group organisation of my files is disrupted. Is there any way to fix this? The same happens if I right click layer> Relink to Library Graphic.
Due to the limitations of Enterprise Storage, students who are graduating cannot automatically migrate their assets and must download from a variety of locations. Depending on the Size of their assets, this could consume a large amount of time in a critical time of a Student's life. I understand per support that this has been requested before and I'm here to further reinforce the need for this additional feature.
It would be useful to be able to redirect the RUM log, particularly on macOS. Currently the log gets written to the current user’s Library/Logs folder (or root if RUM is being run from a script via MDM). Enabling root just to be able to read/copy/move a log file seems terribly unwise from a security standpoint. Additionally, in the case of shared devices, one would need the ability to access each user’s Library/Logs folder. Again, this seems terribly inefficient and needlessly cumbersome. Being able to redirect the log to a common location such as a folder under Users/Shared would simplify accessing the log. I am not suggesting moving the default location of the log, simply perhaps adding a parameter to RUM that would allow the redirection to a desired location. Thanks, Gus
I have a set of flourishes which are black on transparent. In the Library panel, they are almost impossible to view because the default background is dark grey. I don't want to change the whole UI of Illustrator just to see library items. Please provide a more sensible default background color for handling transparency. Ideally, a toggle between white and black would be most useful.
I've seen that the CC Libraries panel not loading has been a bug that has been around for quite some time. And I've seen messages that it's supposed to be fixed. It's not. More often than not, this panel stays empty when ID opens on my second monitor. Closing the panel and reopening doesn't fix this, only logging out of Adobe CC completely, which is VERY annoying as I have to close ALL my work just to load my libraries in ID. I don't have this problem if I use my built-in macbook screen. In AI and PS I do not have this issue and the Libraries panels work just fine in those programs.
I use libraries a lot for networked assets and libraries across my team, and the cloud keeps failing to inialise for InDesign or Illustrator, but will then work on every second day, or always on Photoshop. Restarting doesn't help, and in an enterprise system we can't edit, delete or reset user app data directly. I don't understand why the Cloud won't initialise for various programs on different days. It didn't used to do this until recent updates, but I can't say which because it works every few days.
Illustrator's Library Panel has a hiccup and not showing all assets in Library.Attached is what I am seeing in Illustrator v28.3 (right of image) vs Photoshop v25.6 (left). As you can see some assets like colors and elements are not showing up altogether.I have tried fully logging out of CC and back in.
I rely on these libraries to get colors for each client quickly into new layouts for InDesign and Illustrator. Can we fix this? Started happening maybe a month ago for me. Right now colors appear in InDesign library but not in Illustrator. I'm on a Mac - OS 12.7.4
I am a content creator who primarily uses iPhone and I absolutely HATE creating now that it's so hard to even upload to premiere pro/lightroom etc. The discontinuation of Creative Cloud synced files is such a bad move, I'm publicly requesting for it to be up again! I paid for Adobe because I thought it would make my life easier, but now it's just making it harder.
I have a few notes for feedback for the product team to consider. TLDR:1) Libraries are stuck on the account they were created on, and don't move with the account if it is transferred to a team account.2) Need to switch accounts between accessing the library and working on the assets -- this is a pain.3) Sending a copied invite link to the library creates a copy of the library and not a synced instance of the library.4) Library is struggling to load in the webapp5) Switching accounts/profiles could be easier. Background:I have a CC asset library to share amongst other designers across a few teams I collaborate with. It is important to that this library can remain synced among all the members. However, when my account want moved to a team account, this library didn't move over to the team account and working with support, it doesn't seem like it's able to be moved (though it previously moved from a previous team account to my personal and did not do so for one of my team member). Dear AdobeThere is a bug in the QR-Code-Tool. If you do Visitcard and type Text with "ü", "ä" or "ö" like in EU used it occured a bug if you scan the Vcard-QR-code with the camera or a QR-Code-Reader-App. On iOS its all perfect but on android it bugs. Our customers have some problems with that.Problem: The vcard-Tool runs on version 2.1 (no support to ä, ö, ü)Solution: Update on version 3.0 (does support the ä, ö, ü)It would be very nice if you can update that Tool. In Illustrator, the Library window fails to load the majority of assets in most of my libraries.I've found that forcing a refresh fixes it but it's cumbersome and sometimes doesn't work.Refresh methods:- In the LIbrary window, navigate the the "All Library" page. Close Illustrator and reopen.- In Adobe Cloud, in the Library that isn't loading. Double click on an Asset to open it in Illustrator.- Logout-Login of Adobe Sometimes none of these would "refreshes" would work and I'm stuck waiting/trying again. Note: "Libraries sync error: Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your Firewall settings" does appear sometimes when I'm having Library issues. The IT department hasn't changed anything with the firewall compare to when this message didn't appear. (aka: When Libraries were working.)
I'm using Shared link with Indesign. When I open the shared link on my browser, I have the spread open and I can't go to a certain page but rather a spread. Where I work it's very helpful to be able to go to a specific page but also the view. It'd really help to be able to see one page take the whole screen and not a spread.If you could add this feature would be amazing and make some work much easier.Also, I currently work on desktop and with the mouse, it's hard to navigate. I've been going through unnecessary account jumping because some of your staff outright lied to me, but what is more frustrating is the fact that I need to clean up the mess by manually moving all my photoshop files before you can do your bit to move 1TB of Lightroom. Your cloud solutions are messy and disorganised, and dare I say not fit-for-purpose. I have 60+ photoshop PSDC files in the cloud that I need to MANUALLY move. ONE BY ONE. Your "copy and paste a link" solution doesn't seem to work for accounts that are linked via a single email, so I need to open these files in Photoshop and manually save them to my Mac. Each individual file is now about 4-7GB in size! This alone begs the question why this sort of compression that is used on the cloud PSDC files isn't available for all other platforms. 60 files in the cloud are 78GB, but 12 of them on my Mac are 100+GB already? Please allow Administrators to move files from one users cloud storage to another without needing to "remove" the original user, or to download the files in a zip format and have to re-upload them manually. Situation:We had a user that left the company and had 1.5GB of data in Adobe Cloud storage. We had to go through a rather esoteric process with Adobe support that "removed" the old user, before we could have an email sent to the new user, have them download the files in a zip format, and then they could re-upload the files back to their Adobe Cloud storage.This seems to be needlessly complex and time consuming, as well as very concerning that if the user is "removed" and something happens, then their data is now "gone."It would be far better for all concerned if there was a "move file" option that did not involve "removing a user." If you moved the files, confirmed the move was successful and then "removed" it would seem a lot less "scary and final."I hav

Hi everyone, I wanted to bring up a new bug my team and I are experiencing with Adobe CC Libraries syncing. Previously, everything was working fine, but recently we've encountered a problem where the libraries have stopped appearing within the Adobe programs. Interestingly, I can still see the libraries within my Creative Cloud app on the desktop and access them online, but they're just not appearing within the programs themselves. We've tried troubleshooting by removing and reinviting team members, but unfortunately, that hasn't resolved the issue. Even the classic restart didn't help. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? If so, were you able to find a solution? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
I have cleared all photos and my storage is still showing 15GB being used. Is this a scam? Where is the 15GB of content??
So, 25.5.1 fixed the library issue, but with 25.6 we are right back to where we were so I am postingagain in hope of someone having a solution: With the new update something has happened with the library.Before this update, PS would open the last library used and would do so every time, but now it opens the overview of all libraries and you have to chose the one you want. No big thing, but would love to be able to have one library be the main one (as it has been like since it came).Main issue is this:All graphics added before this update works like they should, but things made after the new update works for about 5-10 minutes before we no longer can Place items from library.If we right click the graphics wanted and "place layers" nothing happens and there is a creative cloud logo instead of graphic "logo" like before. I'm having and issue where I have a bunch of brand assets saved in a CC Library (logo variations and colours), but evey time I go to use one of the logo files in InDesign the link is imediately broken. I log into CC Libraries through the browser and all the files are there, so I don't know why the links keep breaking. File type is typically .ai if that makes a difference
I am having issues authorizing my computer for Adobe Digital Editions. I have tried the desktop version and iPad version of ADE and both keep giving me the error message of, "Connection Error, Digital Editions could not connect to the activation server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." I have tried selecting the option, " I want to authorize my computer without an ID" and still nothing. I was told by Adobe support, "checked for Digital Editions but it seems the app is not shown as an option so you may please select the Creative Cloud option and submit your feedback.
