Can't open PSDC files in Photoshop 22.1

I saved the file in the cloud a couple of months back. I'm using the latest version of PS now but error says ...

Could not open "filename.psdc" because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop.


Do I need to upgrade that PSDC file? How so?

    Ours just says "Couldn't open due to an error". I'm trying to open a Psdc (a file from the cloud), and it will not open. GREAT system guys! You're doing great work! I guess this file is lost to your void of nonsense!
