Adobe Fonts

I have no problem syncing Adobe Fonts on Mac (Adobe apps + non Adobe apps) but when I use my iPad the fonts do not sync. I'm specifically having issues with Keynote (non-Adobe application). I never have this issue on a Mac desktop or laptop. There is no Adobe Font or Creative Cloud app for IPad. What do I do?

This question has been asked before, but there was no answer that worked for me there, so I'm trying again. I'm trying to check something about an activated font. So I tried looking through the list of fonts under the "Manage Fonts" section of Creative Cloud, but there's no way to scroll through the list; I can only see the first few names, and can go no farther. And all of the dropdowns under the font family names are fully open, so if you were able to scroll, you'd have to go past every "Bold," "ExtraBold," etc., each taking up an entire line. Am I missing something? This is quite useless as it stands.  I'm on an iMac, using Ventura 13.6.1. As far as I know, I have the Creative Cloud app updated.

I'm thinking about making the switch from CS6 and the OTF Font Folio (on old computers) to the subscription model. Access to the current Adobe Fonts catalogue is appealing, but there doesn't seem to be any equivalent of the old Font Folio manual where each font would be presented with icons indicating if there were a full set of ligatures (ff, ffi, ffl, etc., not just fi and fl) true small caps, and oldstyle figure options. If I'm typesetting a book, I can't waste time with fonts that are not full-featured. On the Adobe Fonts page it looks like we can search for fonts that have oldstyle *default* figures, but not necessarily oldstyle/lining toggle options. There seems to be no way to search for fonts that have true small caps; if I search for "small caps", I get a bunch of ancient pre-OTF hits for fonts with small caps and oldstyle figures back when they used to be relegated to *separate font*. I seldom look at the Fonts panel in the CC app, but I received an alert from Adobe that one of my fonts was going to expire ... what? Not that it was going to be removed from the Fonts.adobe.com library, but that it was going to "expire." So I looked at the Fonts panel in my CC app and saw a different interface that I remembered. There's a panel for "Expiring Fonts" and it said that one of the 100+ synced Adobe fonts I have, Elza, is going to "expire in 2 days." There was a Renew button, that I clicked, and it said "Congratulations! This font is renewed." and was remove from my Expiring Soon list.  What the heck is this about?  Also, on the left of this window, there are two categories, "Added Fonts" and "Installed Fonts." The category "Added Fonts" shows, I think, all the fonts I've ever synced, including those are currently synced. The "Installed Fonts" ... Can't seem to find an easy way to contact Adobe. I am trying to use Adobe Caslon Pro font. I install it via Creative Cloud. The semibold version does not appear at all in my list of available fonts in Word. The Regular font is not the same spacing in Word as it appears in Illustrator where everything works perfectly well. I have not had a problem before with fonts from CC when using with Office 365 until now. Can anyone advise as I've found it impossible to find a way to contact with the Adobe Help team via my account... All advice / help and information gratefully received. Thanks,Kyra

I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Roc Grotesk font from Adobe Fonts, which I intended to use on our website, empowermind.pl. Unfortunately, after installing and applying the font, it does not display Polish characters correctly on the site.Currently, we have a landing page up, but we plan to publish the full version of the website in the coming days, and this font issue is blocking our progress. I’d like to mention that the font works perfectly in Adobe Illustrator and Figma, where all Polish characters display as expected.Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? Hello everyone!I'm using a Google Font - Baloo Thambi 2 - and recently I'm having an issue; when I choose the bold version of it, the text I'm formatting changes to the regular thickness. Why? It's not like the font isn't installed, there's no error message or anything. I have the option to the bold version, it just simply doesn't work. The font has regular, medium, semibold, bold and extrabold versions, all of them works except the bold. It makes no sense.Help.

I am using Acumin Pro for a website. The font appears correctly on Mac browsers but does not on PC browsers. I have reviewed the community and searched Google but to no avail.           Moved to Adobe Fonts community. This is not a general Type & Typography issue!

I design a website for clients who work at a university. The website displays a project that shows research results and was created at the university. I have understood that it is not enough to secure the licence for the project if I as the designer have an Adobe licence, but that my clients must have their own Adobe licence. Now I'm wondering which of my clients needs to purchase an Adobe licence so that we can use Adobe fonts on the website. Does it have to be the publisher of the project? Or does it not matter, as long as someone involved in the project (employees) has an Adobe licence?Or can the licence also run through the university as an institution - so without a specific person being assigned to it? 

Hi together.A short time ago, ive used the adobe font "bitter bold". After the update to the latest version from creative cloud, ive get a error message, when i upload the file. The Font Bitter Bold is not availible in the menu and its not able to activate directly in indesign.  Interessing is, that the hole family of the font is activ and also synchronised to the cloud app. Is there a way, how i can get the font working? I need it for a print project. Thank you for your help. 

I am looking to use some Adobe fonts that are a part of my brand guidelines for a client. "These fonts are not included in your plan." is what it says, and says its only available in Express, but it says Express is not part of my plan and that I need to contact my administrator. I am currently still in unversity and use a university Adobe Cloud account. Could that be the reason I do not have access to Express and several font families? If not, what could be the issue?

I have been using Adobe Fonts successfully for years. However I went to Adobe Stock and tried to logon and Adobe required a password change. This I did and now ever since none of my fonts are syncing to the applications/I cant even access fonts in creative cloud from the application itself or in the web browser when it says launch fonts in Creative Cloud. I work with on a Windows remote server so I can't play around with the background files to do much testing without involving an IT professional. However IT doesn't have a solution either and it appears to be only Adobe. My other coworkers on teams are not facing this issue. It is just my account on teams after my password reset. I did log back into all the applications with the new password no problem.

Is there a way I can find/filter fonts based on whether or not I can legally customize them?

I need help with this. On a website using the font Futura PT we have issue only with two characters like in the word Değişiklikleri. It's the ğ and the ş.More examples you can find here: https://www.breastcare.app/tr/Seems to be missed charactes in this font, because they are substituted by the fallback font of the website.Any ideas how to solve this?

Adobe Fonts has "Font Technology" filter but the only choice is variables fonts. I would like to be able to filter by and find color fonts. 

Im in the works to start freelance work for print ready designs and I had a question in regards to providing the source file to clients. I was unsure with the text licencing if this counts as infringement or fall under the commerical use of the font. I would like to be ahead of this to make sure im going about this the right way. Apologies if this has been answered in the past and may have missed it.

cant find installed fonts on computer. where do they go when adobe says they have been installed?

I have installed Gibson through Adobe Fonts. I can see it and I can use it in third party apps such as Microsoft Word. In Word, I can also save a file as a PDF and Gibson shows up properly.  I also use Filemaker Pro for work. I can see Gibson in the font list and it looks fine on screen. When I go to output it as PDF, the resulting file makes the text all funky (see attached). (Again, it didn't do this when I saved as PDF in Word.) In trying to figure this out, I have noticed that Gibson doesn't show up in the mac's Font Book and I can't manually add it because I can't find it on my hard drive (though Adobe Fonts says that it's installed and thus "in Adobe & other local apps"). So I'm thinking that whatever engine filemaker uses to convert to PDF can't find the font. How might I make Gibson truly usable for "other local apps"? Running MacOS 15 (Sequoia) on an M2 mac, but this was also the case under MacOS 14. (Also posting this question to Filemaker communi
