Adobe Fonts

Good dayWhenever I look at fonts in Creative Cloud Desktop I always notice that dozens of fonts have been added. I DO NOT WANT ANY OF THOSE FONTS! I am capable to choose my own. How do I stop this nonsense? I keep on having to remove them manually. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. BTW, none of the topics offered suit my topic! 

Fonts that should be included with Mac OS Sonoma were not included with my most recent install. What gives? Fonts known to be missing: Koho and Adelle Sans Devangari https://support.apple.com/en-am/108939

Hi - I have used the Roc family successfully last week. This week some fonts won't load. I've uninstalled creative cloud. logged out, logged in, removed the family, added it back again, but still no luck. Very frustrated after wasting a lot of my day with this issue... Any help would be much apperciated

Hi guys, Chrome on the left, Firefox, Safari and every other browser on the right:   When we use the foundry's trail webfonts it's perfectly balanced in each browser using the same CSS. Glyph alignment seems out of balance in the Typekit version of the font.  Can this be fixed please? // T

The license information for all fonts is "The full Adobe Fonts library is cleared for both personal and commercial use.". I don't quite understand how it can be that all fonts are free to use, although on the founders website some of these fonts are subject to license terms and may not be used for commercial purposes. For example the font: Sinete from NDISCOVER. On founders website it says it can't be use for commercial purpose and a apropriate licencese should be purchased before. Thank you in advance for your answers!

The CC fonts seem to be broken on my Mac, in that the fonts shown in the Added page don't match the fonts activated on the website. I can add new fonts on the website, and these show up, but there are several selected on the website which don't appear. As they don't appear in the Added page there doesn't seem to be any way to install them. CC 6.1.0.587 on Mac.

I need to have the fonts physically on my computer.  I need to download them to use with xTool Creative Space.  How can I download the ones that I want?  And yes they are in the Font manager but they do not show up in the creative space.  xTool has told me that I need to download them.

I have selected a few Adobe Fonts to download for use in my Adobe Apps, and those fonts are showing as downloaded in the Creative Cloud Font page - but when I try to check the fonts status by clicking the 'Manage Fonts' button, the next window has this error message: 'There was an error'. If I go onto Creative Cloud and click on the 'Adobe Fonts - your active fonts' button on the right, it again takes me to that same page with the 'There was an error' message. Does anyone hav any idea what the problem is? I'm on Mac OS 10.6.8 - Safari 16.6.

Hello! Using a variable font for the first time on a web project. The font is loading ok on the site, but the "font-weight" property doesn't seem to be working for all the font instances shown in the adobe fonts control panel. I did get this property to work... "font-variation-settings: "wght" 150;", so I'm not completely in the dark, but seems like the normal font-weight property should work as well. Maybe I'm missing something in the settings? The font I'm using is Mozaic Geo Variable. Thanks for any information!

If I have an Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription, can I use Adobe Fonts from my subscription for my Digital products that I am selling on Etsy?  (Wall Art and Interative PDFs will be my products I am selling in PDF format and all my fonts will be outlined so they will not be editable. Or would I have to still purchase the fonts even though I have a subscription?

Hey everyone,  I've been trying for several hours now to embed a font in my Wix Studio website, as I've seen that it's possible via CSS.I'm not at all experienced with CSS but tried to follow some tutorials, yet it just seems that even when I'm [hopefully] doing everything as shown on Adobe website, the fonts just won't import to the website. I'm currently trying to add Kensington font to the website which didn't work at all, so I've tried importing Lust font, and it DID work, but didn't import as ITALIC.  Here's what I've added to the css.global panel: @1552174 url("https://use.typekit.net/tie2ubf.css");h1 {font-family: "lust", sans-serif;}font-family: "lust", serif;font-weight: 700;font-style: italic;}  ---- Again, as mentioned, it did import LUST but not as Italic font. and it didn't at all imported any other font that I've tried. I could really use some help or know if there's any issue with importing and embedding fonts to websites

I created a few brochures for print last year and the headline font was NimbusSansCondensed Bold. I recall (hopefully correctly) that I used typekit for the font. Is it retired - because it is not available  anymore? I paid for typekit, used the font and now I have to go buy the font again elsewhere to make edits? I will post here since I cannot find a board for the Adobe Portfolio.  I have a question regarding the use of text boxes in Adobe Portfolio. I cannot find a way to adjust the font size of the page title, previewed in the ´collection´ tab. (see screenshot attached).  I would like to have a smaller font size, because I think it´s ugly like this.  Hopefully someone can help me,regards,Flore

I've made a few attempts to google myself towards adding Adobe Fonts to a basic Wordpress install.Since I'm not very excited about using a paid addon like Elementor, using two systems on one website gets confusing real fast. But those do usually support Adobe Fonts in an easy manner. At the cost of other complexity. I've made many Google searches, and the forums here just point to the standard adobe guide, which doesn't really tell you where in the complex innards of wordpress you stick that code. I tried figuring it out myself, more than once, never got it to work. I saw someone on another forum say it just wasn't possible, or that it needed lots of hacking. It was an old post though, and I had a hard time believing you couldn't make these two market leading products work together easily.  So I'd like some clarification, if possible. If it's just hopeless i'd like to know from Adobe.  But, of course, I'd prefer a guide to using my font subscription with W

Hi Community,we use a few fonts where glyph alternatives are assigned/occupied in the font.Now it has occasionally happened in our team that a colleague has to make a correction and the alternative has been used for certain characters and not the 'source character' (original).In the example you can see the @ sign, which is already a small difference.Is it possible to prevent this, or which setting must be the same in the team?Many ThanksFrank

Very disappointed that the Adobe fonts I used in my InDesign book project are not shared when packaged and can only be accessed by my service provider if they have an Adobe CC subscription. If I had purchased these fonts from e.g. Linotype, they'd live on my computer and be packaged with my InDesign file. I love Adobe and am usually never disappointed but in this case I am very disappointed. For future projects I may well decide to purchase my fonts from Linotype (or another provider) to avoid this issue. Not very user-friendly IMHO.

Our company is slowly but surely moving towards using only Adobe Cloud fonts in our work flow. One of our new team members is having trouble with our (very old, very over-copied) versions of Zapf Dingbats and Wingdings. Are there equivilents to the Zapf Dingbat or Wingding fonts on the Cloud? 

Hi, we wanted to get a bit more information about how Adobe handles updates to fonts. Knowing if & how fonts may be updated is important when retaining or opening older documents that may use older version(s) of a font. QUESTIONS:I believe I read that as long as a font stays active in either your 'Added Fonts' or 'Installed Fonts' in CC the version of the font should NOT change even if there is an update to the font. Can anyone verify this is actually the case?And any removal of a font from either your Added Fonts OR Installed Fonts would mean a more recent version 'could' be activated if available when you re-add the font, correct?What happens if one team member happens to add a font at a different time as someone else, and therefor ends up with a different version of a font? When opening a document that uses the different version, typically InDesign or Illustrator, what would happen? Would there be a warning of a mismatch, or would an older version be activated if someone on
