I want to canel free trial 'adobe media encoder', but I do not know how to cancel it. Can you help me?
HiThis tiny issue has wasted most of my day, but i can't seem to get media encoder to spit out a H.264 video that Animate will accept. I'm completely out of ideas....Every time it says 'The video format is not valid, please select a H.264 video'. When i click the 'convert video' button that opens media encoder, i use those H.264 settings, but that still doesnt fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks (p.s platform type is already set on actionscript 3.0)Rob
Hi, as of today I cannot open the latest MEdia encoder, or any version of 14 either, I get the Sytem Error The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll was not found, but V++ up to date installed. I have cleaned registry, scanned for viruses and malware, updated V++ several times, and uninstalled and reinstelled several versions of media encoder. I have restartted several times. I have updated Windows 10. All to no avail. Can anyone help please? Thanks,Hamish
When my credit card expired my payment bounced and my account was frozen in the middle of a render process on July 1st, when my monthly payment was due. Allthough i fixed the issues immediately, ME is no longer able of connecting to the projects in Premiere. ME just hangs without doing anything. The log says "Source not found". I am guessing its a problem with the Dynamic link server but I dot know how to fix it. I have reinstalled both apps and resterted but ME still doesnt render. How to fix?
Hi Folks,I don't know what's going on with Adobe apps. I can't get Media Encoder to render. I have nothing but issues with most of the apps loading. I did everything to fix the issues even uninstalling the updates and going back to an earlier version, CC Cleaner, EVERYTHING! I have plenty of RAM. I am on a new IMac. Does anyone know what the issue is?
Hi, I'm a freelance editor and have a ton of raw footage in MXF format stored - some in 1080p, some in 4K. I want to free up space on my drive, as these raw MXF files are quite space intensive, but I don't want to delete the files or lose a ton of quality (in case, for some reason, I need to revisit some old project later). So what I want to do is convert these raw files to h264 or h265 or something that will get as close as possible to the original quality, while still freeing up some disk space.
Hi, since I started rendering lots of videos (>20) I noticed that Adobe Media Encoder uses more RAM than I reserved for Adobe programs, and the RAM usage doesn't go down (even if the queue is paused). Sometimes it crashes because it uses all the available RAM. What should I do? My build is as follows:- CPU: AMD FX 6300 3 core 6 threads- GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX TITAN- RAM: 12 GB DDR3 (dual channel)
Me and my team have MacBook Pro's 16inch 2020 models with 64GB Ram and 5600m's with 8GB HBM2 Mem. We all have the identical issues that have been present for the past few months and we are at the end of our wit. Exporting renders form AE to AME when first opened places the project in the rendering list on AME but pressing play and it stalls, not preview down the bottom, nothing. Trying subsiquent times nothing gets added to the queue. Force closing both apps (have had to force close apps for the past few months even on clean OS installs, applications always not responding if you just choose quit). Importing the AE file and comp manually into AME does not work, connecting to dynamic link for a long time then times out with an error unable to locate source ( or something to that effect ). Once in the rare case they get added to the AME list clicking the preset to change it also has a long dynamic link loading bar that does nothing and times out with unable t
I'm running into a very annoying problem here. I need to encode some videos in a smaller file size, and in the past reducing the bit rate always worked for me. Now when I reduce the target and maximum from 10 to 2, it reduces the file size by almost nothing!Even if on the estimated file seize it says 3MB, the final render will be closer to 40MB. I really don't understand what I'm doing wrong here. Can anyone help? Has anyone ran into this? Posting a screenshot of my settings for comparison. Exporting as h.264, btw. Thank you
Hi folks,There's a mistery to solve...I don't know what's going on with Adobe apps. I can't get Media Encoder to work in any way...I have installed on my desktop, and needed to install on my work notebook (bought just to edit.).I've installed all programs I needed it and all of them works just fine, but when I've tried to send a project to Media Encoder it just didn`t opened. I've looked at task manager and shows as "not responding" and freezes at the loading image. Tried to install a previous version and the beta version but both when I try to open...Nothing happens. I look at task manager and it shows as "running" but never opens. Running out of option here, tried everything I knew and nothing work out. Funny thing, on my desktop it works PERFECTLY. Does anyone know what the issue is and more important, how to fix it???
Hey creative peeps,I am currently producing a video for tv broadcasting purpose in Singapore. The local media company requires that all submitted videos to be in the following format: With the help of the Adobe community forum (Huge thanks to past contributors!) I've managed to set my Adobe programme to output these, except for the GOP length in which the media company asked for 12 (M=3, N=12). In my Adobe Media Encode/Premiere Pro, I don't see the option of setting it. The most I could do is just ticking the two options below:I saw from some other forums that ticking the two would fulfill the M=3, N=12 requirement. Can anyone confirm on this? Also, when I rendered my work into an XMF file and viewed it on mediainfo, it was stated that my GOP format settings is "variable". Any Adobe gurus here willing to shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.
I'm not sure what is happening since it previously worked. Whenever I select a composition in AE to 'add to media encoder queue', Media encoder opens, but the composition never appears in the queue. Also when I drag the AE composition manually into media encoder and hit render, the progress bar gets stuck on 'connecting to project'. Any solutions would be a great help!
I have a rendering problem in the "Adobe Media Encoder" program. whenever I try to render an after effects project, the media encoder program fails, it doesn't render, I wanted to know the reason for this happening!
I have just recently had problems with my video exporting with the correct settings. No matter the settings I change, the exported version remains stretched and different from the matched source. I have consistently used media encoder for awhile and the only other time this has happened was once. I am unsure if it is a glitch, but as far as I know my settings have remained to match the source. Can anyone help?
The document I want to render never appears in AME. Im working on an I-Mac with OS Catalina 10.15.7, After Effects and AME are the latest version till now (jun 2021)This happened with older versions, but after I waited for some minutes the trouble fixed. But now it doesn't work, and AME starts trying to connect with the Dynamic link, and then crashes, so I have to make the render in AE.
I just got a new Macbook Pro (2020) with the M1 chip. After Effects renderer works perfectly fine but Media Encoder either pulls up a kernel panic/crash report or will show up in my dock before disappearing/closing. Is there a fix for this? I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling.
Im running media encoder 15.2 on a late 2014 mac mini running Big Sur and it takes forever to connect to dynamic link when rendering from after effects. Curiously, the same issue doesnt happen with Premiere Pro. Sometimes it doesn't connect at all, and I have to restart the whole system and try again. Its been like this for some versions now. Any tips?
Adobe, can you please explain to me why in the year 2021 it takes longer to open media encoder than it does to stage a coup in a small country?
Necesito ayuda urgentemente No me abre el Encoder y me tira un error llamado: "Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue"
I'm currently on a Windows 10 and after downloading my finished After Effects project, it said that the file couldn't be reached (as shown in the video above).Any solutions?
I recently upgraded to MacOS Big Sur and have since experience serious core throttling on my computer when exporting via Premiere Pro or Media Encoder. I tried Quicktime files and H.264 files but both types of renders introduce core throttling to 1.0GHz when my rated core frequency is 2.3GHz. Is this an issue with Media Encoder / Adobe or Big Sur? Would appreciate any tips or if anyone has had similar experiences. Here is my machine:Macbook Pro 16"2.3 GHz 8-core Intel Core i964GB 2667 MHz DDR4AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GBmacOS Version 11.4
The other day I decided I wanted to try the trial version of Adobe Animate. I downloaded the program; however unbenounced to me while the program downloaded it updated my version of Media Encoder from 12.1 to 15.2. Needless to say, I was running Adobe Media Encoder 2018 which worked with After Effects 2018 and Premiere 2018. I have many presets, plugins, templates, and more settings saved to After Effects 2018. I DO NOT want to update to the newer version of After Effects and go through this whole headache process of manually reinstalling, and migrating over files from my previous version to the new one. Is there any way possible to get back the old version of Media Encoder that I had installed? I think it was 12.1. I find this extremely frustrating, as I didn’t even know downloading Animate would erase Media Encoder and update it. Not to mention the fact Adobe doesn’t allow us to go back and get specific versions of Media Encoder, only back one year or so. I’m sure I’m not t
Hello,I have an issue when im exporting h264 files from adobe premiere pro using media encoder 2021,It exports but always with a glich on the video/sound, it mostly appears towards towards the end of the file. This only happens when im exporting h264. Other formats works like Apple Proress , h265 etc.(To clarifty , it exports the video but when i check the exported file, there is a freeze towards the end or even something earlier than that (only on h264 format)) Im using the latest version of Premiere pro and media encoder 2021, and running on macOS Big Sur. Help will be appreciated Thanks!
Media Encoder worked for about 15 files, then suddenly every attempt shows as "failed" after about 1 second. Converting 4k sony files from .mp4 to ProRes 422 LT (for easier editing in After Effects). Any ideas on how to fix this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Media Encoder and deleted preferences data. Any help is much appreciated!
