Hey there, I'm trying to export a 1920x1080 After Effects clip, but Encoder keeps changing the final video to 2560x1080. I've got all my settings correct, and as it exports it says 1920x1080 but the final product is always 2560x1080. I've tried resetting the dimensions manually as well as making sure that I'm running the latest version of Encoder, but neither solved the issue. I did upgrade to Catalina the other week, so I'm wondering if this could have something to do with it? I'll attach some photos here - any help would be much appreciated!
Hello, I am rendering out a 1080p video but every time the video gets exported, the video is blurry. I have tried changing the format but nothing seems to be working. I have attached some images of what the video looks like while editing, and what it looks like after it has been rendered. Thanks for the help!
Doe anyone know about the Media Encoder CC2019 crashing due to Mac OS Catalina? AfterEffects works fine, but when Media Encoder is activated through AfterEffect, it crashes during startup.
Is Encoder faster at Encoding than Premiere Pro? Or would it make no difference? Thanks! 🙂
Hi! I use Adobe Premiere pro cc 2018 for making and editing, and I had to install Media Encoder 2019 to reduce glitches and to make video editing easy, but I couldn't connect them, by choosing "Proxy" in PP there occurs note like I haven't install ME yet. Please help me)))
I am having issues with pproheadless.exe crashing in the middle of encoding a video. Not sure why yet. This is a new issue for me and I am still trying to troubleshoot it. Hi, I want to export my AE work into MP4.I was using AME perfectly fine, but from some point, it started not working.converting video into video works fine, like converting MOV video into MP4, but when I try to export AE file by AME, it seems that there's some error connecting to dynamic link. How can I fix this problem?my AE version is 16.1.1(Build 4), and AME version is 13.1(Build 173).Please help!
Hi, I am wondering if there is a maximum width or a limitation regarding aspect ratio when it comes to MP4. I frequently have to create LED banners for football stadiums with formats like 17280x96px. That's no problem with MOVs or AVIs rendered from AEs Render Queue. But this time have to deliver as MP4 and it seems I can't go bigger than 16384x40px with h.264 codec and not bigger than 16384x96 with HEVC (h.265). If I am right and there is a limitation can someone give a reliable source that confirms that?
Hi, all!In my opinion "shut down when done" is a very simple and useful, why developers still do not realize to add it?
How can I tell how many items are in my Queue? Is there a way to view a numbering column? thanks.
Hi There, I've been looking through a number of threads but none of them are particularly new (and therefore outdated) or have answered my question specifically. In short, I am trying to burn a DVD of a short film that I just finished editing. I have zero issues rendering the movie digitally but when it comes to actually burning to a disk directly, I'm out of luck. The information I'm finding keep instructing me to pick settings best suited for DVDs and then click "Queue" where it will send me to Adobe Encore where I then can work with Menus, timelines, chapters, etc. But this is sending me to Adobe Encoder instead. I'm assuming this is an updated version of Encore since I can't find it anywhere under the Creative App options for Encore. If this is so, I would think that the instructions would be translatable from the one program to the other but I'm not finding any of these functions at all nor am I finding any options that allow me to burn to a disk outright. Thanks in advance,Reming

I've exported a 1920 x 1080 DNxHD QT from Avid Media Composer. It successfully plays in QuickTime player with picture and audio. But when I bring it into Media Encoder, I can find no setting that brings up video. I tried to transcode it to H.264 and under video settings, it sees the file as 720 x 480 and at the end of the transcode, I have audio, but no video.Any idea what I'm doing wrong?MartinEarly 2009 Nehalem MacPro4,1, 2 X 2.6 GHz Quad-CoreOS High Sierra 10.13.6Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB system drive32 GB RAMATI Radeon HD 4870 GRFX CardBlackmagic Intensity Pro 4K, Driver: 10.11.4Avid Media Composer v. 2018.11.0Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 v. 13.0.3 (Build 9)Adobe Media Encoder CC v. 13.0.2.39
Like the headline says, as of this morning (Tuesday April 16 2019) Adobe Media Encoder CC 2+10 keeps crashing whenever I try to add a source file to render. This is happening whether I try to add source directly, or whether I have After Effects add to render queue. It isn't creating a log or error report when it does this. It is happening when I try to add files that I had previously rendered successfully so I know it's not the source files that are the issue. The last time I used it to render a file was Saturday, April 13, 2019 and everything worked flawlessly. I'm including a screenshot of my about screen since that's all I've got to share. I just uninstalled Adobe ME and reinstalled it and the same thing is still happening.I'm using the new NVidia creators optimized drivers for my GPU, but that was also true on Saturday when everything worked correctly. I've tried turning GPU acceleration off, and on, same thing happens.FWIW Here is my system specs:Windows 10 Professional 64Adobe
Hi, I'm using Media Encoder to output XAVC 4K Intra profile Class300 (Intra CBG) MXF files. This output works well for simple videos. However, in the case of complex video, the coded frame size of the MXF file may exceed the Class300 standard.Does Media Encoder have an option to adhere to the coded frame size? The [Sony device compatibility] check had no effect. Thank you.
Media Encoder was working fine this morning. Installed Catalina this afternoon, and now Media encoder wont open. Unknown Error (screenshot included). Tried Uninstall/Reinstall. Updated all Adobe apps. Cant find any articles online, not sure what my issue is. 2017 Macbook Pro
Hi All - I'm running a late 2015 iMac with a 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5, 32GB RAM, and an AMD Radeon R9 M390 2048 MB graphics card. I was having crashing problems on Premiere and Encoder recently, and I completely wiped the hard drive, reinstalled the Operating System (current at Mojave, 10.14.2), and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud. I've run system diagnostics on the machine and the hardware appears to be fine.I tried to export an hour long show last night by queueing it from Premiere to Encoder, and had another kernel panic. I moved the external hard drive that contains the project to my Mac Pro trash can, and it's exporting fine from Encoder. Can anyone help me parse the console error message I'm posting below and give me advice about what might be causing this? Many thanks - Zac___________________________________Anonymous UUID: C1FE8A79-BF06-8D11-D612-553DB4D0E936Fri Jan 25 17:00:22 2019*** Panic Report ***panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff8018cda1ed): Kerne
Adobe Media Encoder question -- Newbie here -- sorry if this is basic, but I can't find a way to change my preference to show only lists of file names in the Media Browser. I don't want to see thumbnails or preview video, just file names. Thanks so much.
Historically, I've invoked Media Encoder from within Premiere Pro by hitting <CTL>M from within the timeline. This brings up the Export Settings dialog where I enter my settings and then click on Queue which launches Media Encoder and loads my project and settings into it ready for rendering at the click of the green arrow. I received several CC updates the other day, and I think Media Encoder was among them. Since then, all of the above continues to work as usual except the last part. Once Media Encoder launches, there's nothing in the queue. I can add my project via the Add Source button, and render it, but that's an extra step and I'm not sure which of my export settings are coming over (I know the output file name isn't). Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks.

(( Google translation))Color distortion due to H264 size (occurred after the latest version upgrade) After upgrading to the new version, when rendering to H264 through the media encoder, if the size is larger than 1920x1080, there is a bug that the color is rendered wrong. Please make a quick fix.
I have an AEP composition with 25 frames. In AME CC 2018 this composition is a source with 25 frames progressiv. My destination is for example 1080i25.It isn't possible to render this source with fields. For me it feels like a bug. In previous versions and in CC 2019 its possible to render this comps with fields. At the moment i have to change the Composition frame rate in After Effects to 50 frames to get field footage.
I have set up a Watch folder in Media Encoder. When exporting a PP project, I copy a folder containing the PP project itself + Motion Graphics folder + a folder for raw material over to the watch folder. Then I move the PP project out of the folder and into the root folder of the Watch folder.Media Encoder exports the sequence, but excludes the motion graphics.Opening the project I see that the mogrt-files are linking to the previous folder structure. What can I do to fix this?
