Hi I have exported my file from Premiere Pro cc 2017 into AME 2017.After settings the project started and after one minute in the out put video is showing off line.Any solution?
In previous versions of AME and AE CC, I was able to set the preview resolution in AE to quarter for faster preview and when I add it to the AME encoding queue, it will still render at full resolution. However, after the most current update, If the preview resolution is set at a quarter, then the resolution of the encoded file will also be downgraded unless i set the preview resolution in AE to full before adding it to the AME queue. Is this an intended feature or am I doing something wrong?
I would like to be able to chop the first 9 seconds off a ProRes file without having to recompress it. Is it possible to do that using AME?
Just updated all my adobe apps to the new CC2017 and I've noticed an odd issue. When I send footage to AME from Premiere, that I've applied a LUT to in Lumetri Color, it outputs as B&W. However if I export using Premiere's export window the footage comes out fine. This really hamstrings my ability to multitask my edit schedule. Has anyone encountered this issue?
I'm encoding some videos in VP9 format with AME.For a 6 minute video AME takes about three hours for VP9 format ... but for H264 only some minute.Do it's normaly ?Do it is possible to accelerate de encoding for vp9 ?Thank you
Hello,I just couldn't find an Info about this.Is the Media Encoder only availabe if you purchase the whole CC suite,or can you download it also if you just purchase one Progamm e.g. Premiere Pro.Apprechiate infos!thx
Hello,it is possible to put the "run fast" (moov atom) in the VP9 files?I want use these file for web streaming ...Thank you
I have several Adobe Fuse 3D characters that i've brought into Photoshop and animated.Instead of tying up Photoshop whilst rendering, Can i push/import them into AME and render the video in there, as a queue?
I have been exporting product videos here at work through Premiere until recently. I started using AME to get a better workflow going and everything was OK for the first few days. Now when I export videos out of AME, they seem to be missing the music I put in. A1 and A2 are the tracks I use for "talking" and I'll use either A3-A4 or A5-A6 for my background music which is always a WAV file. Run the project through AME (as a H264 MP4) and the final output will be missing the music. The talking is all there, just not the music. Not sure why this is happening. Nothing has changed since I first started using it 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine at first and now it's not working right. Sadly, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't so I can't narrow down the issue cause it's not consistent. I've manually deleted both "cache" folders and it still doesn't work right. Any ideas??
Hi!For so many years waiting for this feature before start using. After completion of the encoding queue the opportunity to turn off the computer or initiate Sleep or Hibernation.Others have long been used by coders! How long can you wait?
Hi there,I have a 43GB DNxHD .mov file that I need to compress to an MPEG-2 DVD format. When I drag into or open it with Adobe Media Encoder (2015.4) I get an error that "Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015.4 has stopped working. I get a similar error with 2017. Watching my system monitor I don't get any RAM, CPU, or Disk spikes (Ram sits at about 10% with 64GB installed, and CPU is under 10%. Any ideas on what my best options would be?Thanks,Stephen
Hi,I recently started using AME for converting clips to the .mov dxv3 format for use in resolume. All went well untill now, for some clips i get a screen like this (Imgur: screenshot). Most clips work fine however. They are all mp4 files.
I have just upgraded to Media Encoder 2017 and got a bad problem with .mov(ProRes) to .mp4 (h.264) export while using a double-pass encoding. It stops in the middle of the process and won't proceed. I didn't have problem with the previous version. Who knows the solution?
Hey whatsup!I wanted to render a video and it worked perfectly before i upgraded to windows 10 and now it gives me this error everytime i open it. !
Has anybody else noticed that the WMV encoding quality has fallen off badly in the 2015 version of CC? I'm not sure exactly what version I can go back to encodes done last year using an identical template and we go from "reasonable" quality to banding and pixelation. Nothing changed on my end. Yes its a fairly low bit rate 720P @ 1Mbs 2 pass VBR but i was getting comparable quality to H264 based MP4s. Whats more if I do the same encode in Squeeze it's also markedly better. I don't want to lodge a bug until I can get confirmation from other users but it is like this on all machines.I've included a couple of screen grabs - the actual data rate is around 1.2Mbs including audio. The quality of the source video has always been quite noisy - that hasn't changed either.
The Encoded Files have after Encoding no Audio Tracks. As i had never similar problems before, i think its a Bug! Where can inform the Adobe Team?
Help!New CC2017 exporting from Premiere to CC2017 encoder. It arrives in the queue ok but then when I try to render I get a yellow warning triangle.I was happily exporting without any problems until this upgrade. The exact same project in CC2015 was exporting fine yesterday. Now the error comes up saying it had a problem.Any one else experiencing this?Project in question has Sugar FX subtitles if that makes any difference.Currently using the direct export method (without encoder and it seems to be working through it.)
Please help ...I`m trying to broadcast to Vaughn Live using Adobe Flash Media Encoder but it wont recognise my video player, only my webcam, which i do not want to use. Can you recommend a player which will be recognised by Adobe ...I`m using Windows 10 also ...thanks
Hi all.I am working with a media partner looking to remove all project workfiles AWAY from the local design machines and onto a shared network SAN with fairly comprehensive network connectivity (10GB) and decent disks on the storage array. Our performance for Adobe Media Encoder when files are local to the system is ideal as the user has CPU/RAM and DISK all the the same bus (only using SATA drives). However, when we move the files away from the work machines and onto the network - what will the impact be to us? Has anyone tried this and noticed considerable performance troughs?Equally so, how does Media Encoder actually handle working on files, when opening a file from another network location, does Media Encoder copy that into the local work systems RAM/Cache - OR - does it keep the file on the server and simply send the read/writes back and forth? Thanks all.
I have been using After Effects CS5.5 for personal projects for a few years and just started a trial of After Effects CC to evaluate it for professional use. I have imported a project I created in CS5.5 to compare to CC. My preview rendering performance seems a bit better, but final rendering performance with Media Encoder is abysmal and unacceptable for professional use.The main project I'm using to benchmark is a 4 minute video with many layers, including plenty of nested compositions and PSDs. After Effects CS5.5 can render and encode the timeline as an h.264 MP4 in 15 minutes. Doing the same from CC using Media Encoder CC with the same settings takes 55 minutes. In case the performance was related to the h.264 codec, I tried importing the previously rendered MP4 file by itself and rendering it back out as a WMV. This took 6 minutes in CS5.5, and 65 minutes with CC / AME (65 minutes to re-encode a single layer video with no effects?!)Finally, I tried rendering the most complex
I have a peculiar problem using Adobe Media Encoder 2015.4 to render out Premiere Pro 2015.4 projects on a network machine. I can render out the projects properly on the machine that the files are local to, but on the network machine, the audio either is static or it is missing tracks altogether. I tried multiple audio and video codecs to make sure it wasn't one in particular that got corrupted, but no change. I am using the h.264 codec with AAC stereo audio with my current export settings. Both machines are Windows 10, and are signed in with the same Microsoft account. Prior to the 2015.4 update, the issue did no exist with the current setup as I described.
I am trying to convert an AVCHD video for viewing on my iPad 3. I use Adobe Media Encoder and select the iPad 2 settings (1920x1080) and it exports the video perfect, but no audio. I have "Export Audio" checked off. I tried it with 5 other settings and it just wont include the audio. Any ideas?
I am working on a video that is encoded as ProRes 4444 in Premiere Pro and AE, when I finish I need to export the timeline in ProRes4444, but this seems to be missing from the list of codecs.I do have Uncompressed 10bit 4 2 2. Searched google and found a few sites that claim to sell this codec, but I don't want to part with money if it's not something I need.Just to be clear, this is a Windows machine (win7)
Encoding is very slow with AME CC 2014. Resource monitor shows only one of the eight CPUs working while the rest are parked. This was not happening in CC version. Is there anything I can do to control this? I happen to be exporting to h264 Bluray. Says it has 2 1/2 hours remaining, which is way tool long for this project.
I am trying to use Media Encoder CS5.5 downconvert a HD clip (1920 x 1080) to DV PAL anamorphic (720 x 576) . However there only seem to be 2 choice for me in the export menu in terms of pixel aspect ratio.By selecting D1/DV PAL, the exported clip is a 4:3 letterboxed video - which is not what I want.By selecting D1/DV PAL widescreen, the exported clip is an almost-correct anamorphic video.I say 'almost-correct' because there are narrow black bars on the left and right side of the exported clip. The image below shows the preview of the exported clip (with black bars at the side)Does anyone know the reason for the black bars at the sides? And how can I get rid of them.Thanks.
