Adobe Media Encoder

EL render no avanza, he modificado un par de ajustes en los efectos y haavanzado más e ido mejor, pero se siempre se queda pillado en algún punto y no termina, tampoco se queda congelado el programa, todo los demás va correctamente. 

Running latest ME causes system to lag... mouse, AE UI, etc... anyone else experience this?

I cannot find this function in the latest version.It has been very obvious in previous versions. Anyone know where it is?23.6.7

I recently upgraded from CC2017 to CC2018 on both my PC at work and my Mac at home. When I was using CC2017 encoding 1920x755 (for digital signage) worked fine to a MPEG2 file. Today, I was trying to encode to a MPEG2 file, and started getting this error below. It happens on both my Mac at home and PC at work.I can get a 1920x1080 to encode, (1920x754 and 1920x756 both encode ok), the size I need to export for digital signage is 1920x755.Is there somewhere I can find what frame size is supported by MPEG2 codec? I feel like I've eliminated "hardware or memory problems" Things I've tried so far:- Uninstalled and reinstalled Media Encoder latest version (kept preferences from old CC2017 and also deleted preferences)- Cleared all my media caches- Restarted - Updated video card drivers- Tried a new simple AE project - Encoding Time: 00:00:0208/27/2018 04:58:33 PM : Encoding Failed------------------------------------------------------------Export ErrorError compiling movie.Codec compression

Is there any way to have a Watch Folder preset that will export a specific frame number (time code) to a JPEG? So far I have only been able to export the first frame, or an image sequence of all the frames.  What I am trying to do is create a Watch Folder I can drag a video file in to. ME will then export a JPEG of the 29th frame, or 00:00:00:29 to use as a preview image. I can get regular preset to do this by manually clicking on the preset, dragging the scrubber to the 29th frame, then hit ok and run the queue, but I cant get it to do this as part of a Watch Folder. When I use a JPEG preset on a Watch Folder I only get the first frame (which is never useful) or an image sequence, which is too much.

Dear Community,I am currently trying to convert multiple JPEG files into H.264 formats using Media Encoder, and it's working quite well. However, I have the problem that the length is limited to 5 seconds. I can shorten it, but I can't extend it to, for example, 15 seconds. I could simply export it in Premiere, but since I have several JPEG files that I want to export as individual H.264 files, does anyone have an idea on how to achieve this?Best

Adobe Media Encoder will automatically rename inputted source files to their embedded tape name if there is one. For example:Source File: Drone Footage Comp 001Tape Name: Drone Glasgow 22-06-24 Adobe Media Encoder will output the file as Drone Glasgow 22-06-24 and totally disregard the original file name. This is also true for transcoding AS-11 MXF files. AS-11 files will have their production ID as a tape name, and AME will output the file as the production ID. This may be helpful in some situations, but it really should be keeping original file names by default - especially when you're transcoding lots of files. 

I'm using Media Encoder to export my sequence, but it always shows that media is missing during encoding. I found out that only MVI files are reported as missing when rendering/encoding in Media Encoder. I've tried converting MVI files to MP4, then exporting them in Media Encoder, and it works/renders with no issues.

Since my last update (24.5), I have had a lot of audio sync issues when exporting, though not every export is like this.  I have Media Encoder set to start the queue automatically after 30 seconds, and I often add 3-5 videos to the queue at a time. Often, the first video to export will be the one out of sync, but I think it specifically happens when I add a video to the queue while another video is "Preparing Audio." I'm on a 2020 M1 Mac Mini running MacOS 14.5. Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a fix, or do I need to go back a version and wait for an update?

I dont know whats happened but in the last week i dont seem to be able to render from media encoder properly. Every single thing i send is having issues. captions wont render despite all the correct settings being there, im getting black frames starting from halfway through a composition for no reason. my settings or way of rendering havent changed. i've updated the software to the newest version to see if that helps and it just seems to make it worse. I use it every day to export from premier pro and after effects to have more control over the video and its really slowing me down having to render things multiple times to eventually render straight out the programme.

Media encoder started to crash on jobs similar to ones I've run successfully until today.  Seems to happen when the I'm setting Premiere's Basic 3D Tilt setting to various angles (e.g. 50).  Media encoder will rund for several minutes, but then crashes.  The PC screen goes blank and monitor says 'no signal'.  Graphics card's or PCs Fan (not sure which) starts to go high speed.  Cannot recover without forced power down of PC.  Running "less stressful" jobs does not crash the system.  For example, I broke the video into a couple of parts and rendered them separately, followed by merging them together.  Same video effect settings were used.  So, there seems to be a memory leak/stack overflow type issue. Tried regressing to earlier Adobe versions, but still crashed.  Tried updating all drivers.  I'm not sure what changed from yesterday when things works fine, but there were some other Adobe updates (not Premiere or Media enco

HiI have a problem when exporting to this size 627x180px. I have attached a test that shows the problem. In the AE file there are two compositions. 1080x1080 and 627x180. If I chose Composition > Add to Media Encoder Queue and compress via Media Encoder, the 1080x1080 video is correct and the smaller 627x180 is getting a greenish tint. All settings are the same. Only the pixel size is different.I have also tried to export a mov or an avi and then compress via Media Encoder. Same result.Do anybody know a solution for this?Thanks,Jakob 

Hello, I updated Premiere Pro and Media Encoder from 2023 to 24.4.1 recently.  When I tried to create proxies, Media Encoder froze at the initial window. I quit and restarted, ME icon seemed to start, after a few seconds stopped. I tried a few times, same thing happened. The ME window doesn't even appear. From task manager, it seems there is an ME process on the background.I unistalled ME 2024 and installed it again (I had to quit the ME from task manager).Same thing after new installation, only the ME icon seems activated, then it stops. ME window nowhere to be seen. Hi AllSince few days I have a problem with AME . when I try to export a project form Adobe Pro it's crashing when it's trying open a project file with no warning. When just trying to open it it's work fine loading and no crash . I try to reinstall it remove casch file etc nothing help .Lenowo Yoga 9i Pro 16 GB RAM dedicated RTX 4050 any sugestion ?

why doesn't media encoder work for me? I updated the graphics card drivers, I didn't use damaged files on After Effects, but when I go to export a video with media encoder either the download stops and doesn't continue or it downloads to me but everything is buggy

I'm using the latest version of Media Encoder. Windows 11 Hi there, when I'm exporting my project, it will export around a little bit of the project and then it will either crash or stay stuck on one frame and not move. I've tried this multiple times and it still doesn't work, I'm unsure what the issue is here. It causes my PC and ME to crash.  RTX 4080, i7 14700, 32gb ram (19gb allocated for ME)

1 picture: 1. you can see that the channel with video is on (FREE GUY SA TR TD) 2. you can see that the channel with graphics is on (TV PREMIER). 3. it is clear on the screen that both are turned on.After that, I press File/Export/Media Encoder in After and Media Encoder opens  2 pictures: 1. in Encoder you can see that there is no video (FREE GUY SA TR TD) while the graphic (TV PREMIERE) is visible, although you can see in the upper left corner that the video (FREE GUY SA TR TD) should be there.  3 pictures: 1. Media Encoder reports that the video is missing (FREE GUY SA TR TD).  4 pictures: 1. Don't dump the video (report Fail)  I also attached the Error log, so there you go.  Just a note, when I export/export video from Premier Pro via Media Encoder, everything works normally. In a short way, between After Effects and Media Encoder, something is wrong."

Today I wanted to export my video from Premiere Pro 24.4.0 to Media Encoder 24.4. The project is send to ME and appears in the projects list. However when I click the start button nothing happens. I thought it might be a problem with the latest version of ME and thus went back to 24.3. However same problem here. So I also went back to Premiere Pro 24.3.0.  I opened a project which I recently successfully rendered with ME 24.3 and did send it to ME. But again - when clicking the start button nothing happens.Obviousely something has changed. Any hints? I am working on a PC under Windows  11

When I import Footage in Premiere with a Slog color space I usually get a color space over ride that I go change the interpretation in Premiere. For color correction purpossus later.Then when I decide to create proxies for my offline work, it creates a proxy with the Slog over ride that was originally there. What the F? Now when I change from proxy to FullRes it shifts the colors.The only way I found that works is to create a proxy directly in Media encoder THEN import the Full res in Premiere THEN attach the proxies THEN interprate the color space.Is there a way to fix that thing with the proxy presets?Thanks JP
