This error happens to me constantly when trying to create proxies for 4k footage (usually happens on longer clips 4+ minutes in length). I've already tried every different proxy preset ingest setting, even made a few of my own in Media Encoder. Nothing seems to work, errors out at the same timestamp. Posting Media Encoder logs as well as system specs, not the best PC but this still shouldnt happen, please let me know if anyone can help ! I'm using Media Encoder V.22.0 and Premiere V.15.4.1
Hi! I'm an animator who frequently uses Adobe Animate and I've been trying to implement videos to animate over and/or manipulate . There's one major issue though... Adobe Animate supports .mov, .mp4, and .flv video formats but only properly displays .flv files when exporting the Aniamte document into a .swf file. Media Encoder used to support the .flv format but in recent additions removed it entirely. The only other way to implement videos in Animate is to export the video as a PNG sequence, but that can bloat your file size like crazy. Not to mention copy and pasting png sequences from one file to another just breaks the files even more. Additionally, various Adobe written posts and tutorials tell me to use Media Encoder to convert files into .flv that were updated recently. This is clearly incorrect as you can no longer export anything into an .flv format. I have 2 solutions; 1. Add support for FLVs back into Adobe Media Encoder2. Allow MP4s and MOVs to display o
Hi,So, we already have the 2024 version of the encoder. Nevertheless, to my shame, I still cannot figure out all its rich possibilities. I found out that there is no special filter for deinterlacing. But so far I can't find a way to add something from the filters that are installed in Premiere without opening it. So, how can I use the filters installed directly in the encoder? When I start it, I see their list running through, but where are they, how do I apply them? Thanks.
Macbook M1, All Apps and OS automatically updated. This used to be smooth, but now it feels like a clogged pipe. I hope you look into this.
When I export MP4 from AME, it will not play in Media Player, but will play in MPC-HC. I looked up a "fix" for this, and it says to use hardware accellerated encoding. Well, the preset settings show Progressive checked but grayed out, and if I try to change the Encoding Settings from Software to Hardware encoding, I get an error message "Your system's hardware does not support hardware accellerated encoding for the current settings." I'm following the same workflow that has always worked before, which is rendering to Quicktime Animation compression and compressing to MP4 in AME. I'm on the latest version of AME on a new computer with i9-14900K and RTX 4080 Super GPU. I just updated the driver to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I tried disabling the checkbox shown disabled in the Preferences Media tab to see if that would turn off Hardward Encoding and fix the problem, but it had no effect. It's not that I particularly need it play in Media E
I have exported a few videos from Premiere Pro CC 2019 through Media Encoder that don't have the color grading in them. I have done research online and followed some directions. My custom luts were in a folder, in my movies folder. I then copied and pasted them into the proper folders inside of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder (LUTs-Creative forlders). I even removed the lut and reapplied them from the dropdown inside Premiere Pro under the creative tab.All apps are up to date. Exporting inside Premiere works as it should and fine for quick couple minute exports but anything I export with some denoising done takes forever so I need this to work properly. What else can I do?IMac Pro3.2GHz Intel Xeon W32 GB RamRadeon Pro Vegas 56
when i edit a footage like 50fps then i changed into interpet footage to 25 fps then make to proxy its not make complet proxy, with original 50fps footage work well in proxy ... why???????
Hi, I would like to encode a project from After Effects with Media Encoder, but it says: Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue. Cache-SSD is empty. What can I do? Media Encoder is also not starting as Standalone. Renderqeue in After Effects is working.I am working on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, Betriebssystembuild 19045.4046, AE and ME, nvidia-driver are newest versions dated today. I am stuck.Cheers, Albert
Simple 3 PNG files sent from After Effects to export via Adobe Media Encoder.Connecting to Dynamic Link server... and no progress. AME 24.4 (Build 7) BetaAE 24.3.0 (Build 42) Beta
Hi, i have a question. i was trying to render an image sequence as simple as it is, but when i go to the encoder and do the render the render turns out horrible. other this i saw is that the media encoder gives me an estimated size for the file and the file turns out to be lighter (whitch is because its rendering wrong), but in the media encoder and after effects looks ok so i dont know what the problem could be.
I was trying to render a after effects file on Media Encorder, But it doesn't render, it just stopping near end. I have attached a screenshot for whats happening. The application is not stucked, it is only the render. Please help me to fix this. Thank you.
Hi! I am converting hundreds of video files which get posted to YouTube. We remove the raw background noise using Encoder and apply a still watermark. This is good.I would like to replace the audio with the same audio file, with a voice and our business music theme (no copyright issue). I do not see an option in Encoder to replace audio.Does anyone have a workflow to do such a thing? I don't want to reformat the video file - just replace the audio. Has to be part of an "automated" process. Files go to a folder. Media Encoder does its thing, gets uploaded to YouTube with very little interaction by this tire human - because I am doing hundreds of these every few weeks. Thanks!
I would love to overlay an animated version of our still title overlay to our videos - to add a little more oomph. Is there a way to apply a looped animation files, so that I can process a batch of hundreds of videos? I am also interested in replacing the raw audio with a standard audio bed, such as a pre-produced radio spot.Thanks.
what is the added value of a media encoder when it's working in direct in AE? losing time
Hi,Just a quick remark on the Adobe Media Encoder settings pannel : When choosing the format, the scroll doesn't work as well as it did on non the Beta version. the list pops out of the screen. A bit annoying. Here's a screenshot :
No es posible exportar la composición utilizando Media Encoder, trabajando desde LionBox.Alguna idea de lo que puede ser?No exporta ni arrastrando directamente a Media Encoder ni tampoco enviando desde After Effects.Gracias : )
Hi, I flagged this years ago but its still present within v15 AME. The AS-11 preset, no matter what the start timecode of your sequence, or even if you manually change the timecode within the preset stripes in 09:59:30:00 to the file. We deliver commercials which have a starting timecode of 09:59:50:00 and promotions with 09:59:55:00 starting timecode. No matter what you setting you use, if you export with the AS-11 DPP preset it changes the timecode to 09:59:30:00. Please fix!
Ive been he whole day trying to export a video and its ending alqways like this...im using the version 23.6.2 exporting in H.264 bitrate +20, in 1080*1920.its using hardware aceleration with and nvidia Cuda of 4gFirst i was trying to export it in premiere, qhen it didnt work i tried to sen to Media encoder and it ended up the same way, then I tried to send it to after effects with the adobe dynamic link or just importing the timeline and it didnt work.when I thought it was a problem with the Project I tried using and older project and it ended up the SAME WAY.i uninstall and reinstall the three programs several times, using diferent versions below and none of this have helped.(i think this is a diferent issue, but now when try to open the after effects project it literally instacrashes)Anyone with the same problem? or that knows whats going on?
when I export video from Adobe PR and AE in mp4 format. It shows the glitchy screen stuck and audio only. I tried cleaning the cache and turning off hardware acceleration but nothing worked. The video size is just 500 kb which is also very strange, it should be around 15 to 20 mb. plzz guide ...........
Dear Community, currently AME has a very different setup in terms of app language than other Adobe apps such as Premiere Pro or After Effects. In those apps, the langauage settings in the Creative Cloud Desktop app define, what language the app will be in. However in AME, you can freely switch the app language in the preferences of the app. If we would change the model AME uses right now towards the same as Premiere Pro / After Effects / Audition etc., will there be blocking issues you'd be facing? What kind of workflows are not possible if the change this? We would be happy to hear from you regarding this issue!
I am attempting to export a video about 35 minutes long, in High Quality 2160p 4K and in the H.264 format. I have tried to export twice. The first time, the video appeared to have exported normally (using GPU acceleration), but in playback in VLC media player, and the standard Windows media app ('Films & TV') the video fails halfway through. The second time, I switched to Software only as the renderer. It took 1/2 the time to export as the first time, and appeared normal, but again failed 3/4 of the way through in playback (note that it failed at a different part of the video). I have exported before with GPU acceleration and all the other same settings, albeit not a video quite as long, in the past, with no issues. How can I fix this? Thank you.
Any idea how to fix this? You can still see the video behind it.
We have several AME watch folders set up to run automated transcoding for incoming media. Is there a way to set up AME to run as a Windows service so we can avoid running it in the foreground? We are running the latest version of AME.
Is there any advantage to run a jpg threw media encoder and have it render a png. is that png goint to offer a better edit excperience i think thee may be an advantage but it could be wishful thinking on my part topaz has a softwear they claim can produce raw but i wan't impressed i
