Hi All,i want to know why my application was like this, i've run Premiere Pro and Photoshop without problem, when first installed, AME run perfectly fine, but the second i ran it, its occured an error like this, here is the screenshotThanks in advance,
I am using the latest build of Media Encoder and am experiencing incredibly slow renders and was hoping someone could help. I have simple edits (less than three minutes each), no effects are being applied, that are being converted to H.264 for review on Frame.io. Each render is taking an hour and a half which is nuts. I am using the GPU Accleration (Metal), all my Adobe software is up-to date and I have frequenctly cleaned the cache directories and restarted. Any ideas would be appreciated as I am at my wits end. Thank you,
Adobe Media Encoder keeps showing Bebas font missing. Sometimes it doesn't cause a problem sometimes it does. And this is really disrupting my workflow and has been a problem for like a year. I've reported it before and Adobe said "it is a known problem" but that was like a f!#%#ing year ago. If I preview it via encoder you can see the fonts actually look correct. But, in premiere it looks complete f!!@#$ing different! Is this a joke? I mean, I'm paying a lot of money for this chronically broken software.
Hi, I am rendering the AE comp through the media encoder. A small part of the video from left side is appearing at the right side of video. While, the content is fine in AE source. It looks like it is mirroring in the form of a strip. Do anybody know about this issue? Please help me out of this error.
In the export settings in media encoder, there is a section that I would like more info on. There is a min lumiance of monitor, max lumance of monitor, also average, and max luminace of project. Well I looked at multiple websites of my QLED TV, (which I use for HDR color grading) and all websites gives multiple answers. There is a peak luminance at a 5% window, 10% window, 25% window, 50 % window, and 100% window. Whick one of these do I choose? And is project lumiance, is that based off the waveform in Lumetri Color?
Hi Community, I am trying to get multiple things done in one click. When exporting my videos, I would like 3 things to happen at once.1. Export H.264 in LOCATION A2. Export same video in same codec H.264 in LOCATION BIs it possible to export one video with the same codec in 2 different locations?AND3. that same video, I want to export a text file of the transcript. I am trying to do this all in ME and in one action. Is it possible? If so, how? Thanks!
Hello,I was hoping someone could help me with creating an ingest preset in Media Encoder. I have already created an encoding preset so I would then have to create the ingest preset as well. However, when I click "create ingest preset" from the plus icon, the only thing that shows up is "New Preset" under my encoding preset and no dialogue box appears for me to actually edit the settings. I have also tried right clicking on the new preset and selecting preset settings but nothing happens then either
Is there posssible to create proxy for larger file size 52gb 4k 60fps?If there's some sollution please help me out!
So I've been using Media Encoder to render my animation but for some reason when I attempt to encode it gives me this type error non and it refuses to encode anything for me.
No matter what I do, I can't get AME to export a GIF with a transparent background.I've tried exporting to AME directly from After Effects (where I created the animation)I've tried bring the AE comp into Premiere and exporting from thereI've tried bringing in a MOV file with alpha into AMEI've tried bringing in a PNG sequence with alphaIve tried bringing in a TIF sequence with alphaNothing works. It always adds a black background. Can anyone help, please? And also, please try it yourself before suggesting something. I fear Adobe changed something in the most recent release. Thanks for taking a look.
Unsure if this is a shared experience beyond me and some colleagues, but we've noticed that Media Encoder has been steadily failing more often than it succeeds in any job (whether Dynamic Link or not). After Effects & Premeire can render such projects just fine, but the one advantage to Media Encoder is that you can continue working on projects while the render is happening. So it's unfortunate that, at this point, I can only reliably render in software and not in Media Encoder.
Hello,I worked on an after effects project in CC2018 and then updated to CC 2019My expressions are not working anymore when I try to render from AME.It works fine when I use the normal Render Queue of AE.It's a really simple expression (linked a Slider value to a text layer). What's going on ?Please help !Florent
I am currently in the process of creating proxies for a doco using Premiere's create proxies workflow and once in media encoder it will get about 30 or so clips in before it compeltely crashes my entire computer.Step by Step: - I import MXF footage from FX6- Select all the footage in Card 1 and 'create proxies' - I choose Quicktime ProRes (high bitrate) and begin proxy process- It opens up Media encoder and begins creating proxies without issue and will randomly drop out no matter which proxy settings I chooseI have used this workflow multiple times for other cameras and never had an issue. Does anyone know if this is an update issue? an MXF issue? Or my computer? How do I fix this? I have a Razer blade 15 with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design, and i wanted to re encode a boatload of screen recording videos into the MP4 format for Premere Pro editing, I have realized that Media encoder is relying on my integrated graphics card and not the dedicated graphics card, i have installed Nvidia's CUDA and set the rendering engine to Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) and it still does not work. Does anyone have any ideas to solve this problem, Thanks.
Adobe Media Encoder v23.6 is now available for download from Creative Cloud desktop app. This update includes performance improvements & important bug fixes. This update is recommended for all users. Issues fixed in v23.6 Crash on launch if access to folders on MacOS is denied. Browsing files in Media Browser writes XMP for text files. Uploads to Vimeo could fail. Adobe Media Encoder throws many errors for destructing a listener on a thread other than the main thread. Several memory management-related crashers lead to throw errors. Import of Premiere Project with offline media doesn’t get an offline warning. The name of export effect “Name Overlay,” changed to “Text Overlay” to indicate that options other than filename are available. Installing unrelated font canceling the current encoding. The "YouTube Terms of Use" Button isn't available. System Preset Icon for Stock Presets is missing. Missing fonts warning when importing sequences natively with custom fonts.

I have upgraded my ADOBE suite since the last nightmare ..Has anyone else had this issue?IMAC 2017 Fully Loaded.MAC OS High Sierra - 10.13.6Media Encoder Version 12.2.12
This week I received my M2 Studio and installed all my Adobe apps. when I try to open Adobe Media Encoder I get the message "Adobe Media Encoder 2023 is damaged and can't be opened"I have uninstalled Premiere and Media Encoder multiple times but still have this message. Does anyone know what the issue may be, I have never seen this before?Thank you.
Just another in the long list of awful changes 2023 PP and ME has made. I encode multiple videos from one long sequence. Before, it used to encode all of them sequentially and add _* (* denoting whatever number file it's up to when exporting). Now it just replaces the old one.Firstly, why change this? Yet another thing that's been fine for YEARS that gets changed at the drop of a hat. Secondly, how do I change it BACK? Once again I see no options for a stupidly changed feature to be moved back.
AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core Processor 3.49 GHz, 64 GB RAM, Windows 10 Pro, NVIDIA RTX-3080 GPU AME V23.6, up to date; PP 23.5 Media Encoder totally freezes pc at random points while encoding a particular project; also happens when exporting directly from PP. I have to hard-stop the pc and reboot. Have also had pc reboot on its own while encoding the project in AME. When the freeze occurs, I can do nothing at all with the pc, can't even move the mouse cursor or get any response whatsoever from the keyboard. This is happening with an old project that I'm making changes to. Originally, the project was on the internal drive. Now, it's stored on an external USB drive... I've edited the project on that USB drive, and all seems ok in Premiere. But when I export the project from PP, or encode it in AME, the freeze-up happens after some apparently random period of time. The destination output .mp4 file is to the internal SSD; H.264 mp4, 4K 59.94fps I h
After upgrading to Ventura (13.5.2) Media Encoder (2023) takes up to 40+ seconds to access a render folder on an external drive. Didn't have this problem yesterday when the OS was Monterey. The actual render time to the folder once it's displayed is fine.
“Adobe Media Encoder 2023” is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Bin.I deleted the app (AME 23. 6) and installed it again, didn't work. I have installed two older versions, didn't work. I followed another thread on this site that suggested to go to Applications, Media Encoder, right-click on Open, and agree on the security dialog. But couldn't go that far; as soon as I right-click Open, I get the error again. Running MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 with Apple M1 chip. Any ideas?
Using Premiere 23.6.0 and Media Encoder 23.6. Mac OS Ventura 12.5.2When I select multiple sequences in Premiere to render using Media Encoder, the dialog pops up where you enter your output destination, preset, and format. Click send to Media Encoder. ME opens and shows the sequences with your encode settings. The problem is, the render destination doesn't pass even though it was just entered in PP.It defaults to the last destination used. That is understandable if I open Media Encoder on its own to drop some files.... but is annoying when I specify a destination in PP.This workflow used to work in previous versions of PP and ME. I am not sure exactly when this issue crept in, but it is annoying to end up with renders in unexpected places and retrace my steps to see where they went. The workaround is:When ME opens, select all (CMD+A) (or Lasso all) of your outputs and specify the location again. Seems like it should be a simple fix for the developers.
