Adobe Media Encoder

Hey everyone, was wondering if anyone knew how to get an install of Media Encoder 2021? I have a few projects that require me to edit in Premiere/AE 2021 due to some preview transcoding issues in the newer versions, but I seem to have accidently uninstalled my Media Encoder 2021 version and can't seem to find anywhere to get it back. Right now I'm just editing in '21 and then upgrading the project to '23 to use the Media Encoder of that version, but it's just a bit of an unnecessary hassle. Thanks!

We all know it happens. Half the time, your Windows version of Media Encoder 2023 will just randomly stop encoding your Premiere project file (not a crash, mind you, it'll just randomly stop). You do the thing where you pause, then open Task Manager and force AfterFX to close, then unpause, and hope it doesn't happen again...except, you know, in the deepest depths of your soul, that it will. And when it does, you know that you'll do the same steps again, and again, and again, and pray that the export doesn't fail. (Even though, statistically, there's probably a 1 in 3 chance that it will.)In my case, I'm ready to pull my hair our because there's no rhyme or reason to when it stops. Sometimes it stops when it's rendering a sequence with lots of AfterEffects sequences. Sometimes, it'll stop right at a cut. Hello, I have 100 folders, every folder contains ~ 500 of image sequence,is there a way to batch all folders into media encoder instead of importing every folder ?

I'm trying to create a proxy for a clip that has some kind of glitch that lasts for 12 frames. I'm guessing this glitch happened in-camera or in the memory card because I can see the glitch (green bar on lower third of frame) when I play back the raw clip in VLC. Even though the clip has a glitch for 12 frames, I still need to generate a proxy for it. But when I try to do this, the proxy stops transcoding once it reaches the glitch and I get a "failed" status in Media Encoder. The error report says "encoding failed." Is there a way to create a proxy without the transcode failing? Even if it subtitutes black frames where the glitch is happening.  I can break the clip up into two clips, pre-glitch and post-glitch, and generate proxies for those, but I would rather not do that and complicate the finishing process down the line since this is a feature film. Any project sent from After effects or Adobe Premiere to Media Encoder  for rendering in  with  x264 or 265 NVEC.2. Start encoding3. Encoding begin and memory use slowly increases until at the 2.5min mark 99%-100% of Ram is being used. Result:Memory leak resulting in  my screens to black in and out and computer becomes unusable. Media Encorder Fails the run after 5-10min mark. Expected:For media encoder to not use 100% of ram cashing a critical system failure. Notes: Please let me know how I can fix this issue. I need to export a GIF version of my video (so it can loop and autoplay when I post it on Behance). I made a video edit in After Effects for my product, the file is 4000x4000 and I need it like that, cuz my other stuff that I recently uploaded on my Behance draft are also the same size and I didn't have the issues with another GIF, except it was the size of: 4000x2000, because it was the first page of the project and it rendered as I wanted it. I tried to export from After Effects to PhotoShop and I get an error, so the only solution is the Media Encoder. I also tried to convert from mp4 to gif using some online apps but it didn't work and now I'm desprate to find an solution, please help.

Hi guys.In the latest updates i´ve noticed that ME is taking too long to render.Some premiere videos, with just lumetri as an effect, that usualy takes 1h to render are taking 3 to 6 hours now.Its a 10bit 4.2.2 4k footage rendered in h.264 - cbr 40 Rendering directly on Premiere is still normal.I tried everything to solve this, and tried to render in my notebook too, but without success. My specs.Desktop: Ryzen 3700x48GB RAMSSD NMVE 1TBRTX 2060Notebook:Dell G15Ryzen 5700x32GB RAMSSD NMVE 1TBRTC 3060I hope someone can give me a light here.

Hallo, wenn ich ein Video rendern will, kommt nicht mein Video sondern komische Farben der Sound usw. ist da nur die Videoinhalte sind nicht da. 

Does anybody know what this glitch is or how to fix it? Every single After Effects project that I try to render in Media Encoder is off centred like this. I'm using the exact same render settings that had worked in the past and no matter how much I alter the settings nothing seems to help.

Version 23.5(Build 51)Just stops mid render and doesn't move. Can leave for 12hrs overnight and it's still in the same spot the next day. Does it across multiple jobs regardless of content or files. Happens in around 75% of jobs. This is the same thing is used to do 2-3 versions back. Can swap to Software renderer and it starts to run VERY VERY VERY slowly.

First time posting, so please excuse anything I may miss when describing my issue! I am using the lastest version of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder (23.5) Using a Mac Mini M2 Pro - Ventura 13.4.1 - 32 GB of RAM The system is brand new, booted it up and loaded up Adobe Products (Photoshop, Premiere, ME).I wanted to do some testing using very basic Lumetri color correction to compare to my Mac Mini M1, so I loaded up a previous project with some basic titles, added the Lumetri effect and toggled some things I might have done. (The M1 Mini would take anywhere between 8-10 minutes to process a 3 minute video with Lumetri, so I was confident the M2 would be awesome! hopefully..)I sent it over to Media Encoder to process, and the entire computer went black and rebooted itself.Upon the reboot, Premiere and ME would load back up with no sign of an error (no error report, etc.) I tried again thinking maybe there was a fluke, and it did it again numerous times.  I then c

I was having the same issues reported by others using After Effects and Media Encoder. I am having the same problem with Character Animation and updating to 23.5 did not fix the problem. I'm also having an issue with rendering ending at 4:23 when the scene duration is set to 5:03. I can fix the duration but the easiest fix for the displaced image is to crop the source then stretch the output. It wasn't a huge issue until rendering a hallway and everything looks obviously off center.

Hi all, I'm not posting this as a bug just yet as we're having trouble replicating it reliably - but we just set up a new Mac Mini with a M2 Pro processor for our editing team that's having very weird issues. System is running the latest versions of PP / AME (we have just updated to the new AME patch that came out a couple of hours ago - don't know yet if that will make a difference).Our workflow is to take a ~10-minute source file and then make many dozens of slightly different variants (some have some small sections removed, or need certain text or graphics cards replaced with a slightly different wording or in different languages... etc) so all the variants are from the same source material, but end up different lengths, between 8-10 minutes each. Hi, I have a problem when exporting a video from After Effects using Media Encoder.It somehow trims the left edge of my video and puts it on the right side of the screen instead  - see the screenshots attached: first one is from After Effects, showing how it should look like; second one is the video exported by Media Encoder. I have tried with different export settings. I re-installed Media Encoder deleting all the previous settings. I tried exporting another project (that I had exported correctly some weeks ago) - always the same error. If I export directly with After Effects render queue, the video looks fine.Anybody knows what's the reason and how to solve this?

I have been having non-stop crashed with both Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder during export. I've tried reinstalling and wiping preferences with no luck. All drivers are updated. I've tried a few different versions of the 2023 builds with no luck. System specs shoud be more than sufficient, I have a dump log from the crash but it's saying the format is unsupported for attachments. I'm at the end of my rtope here, it's been crashing for 45 minutes straight at this point and having a render complete is basically a prayer. I've tried using both CUDA and software playback only. I've tried changing from VBR to CBR on output render. System isn't remotely close to topping out. During render CPU is around 60% with maybe 20gb of memory being used. Typically renders get a few minutes in before crapping out, this occurs with both 1080 and 4K renders. Windows 10 Proi9-13900KSRTX 409064GB RAM

Hello thereI am editing in Premiere and usually exporting in Media Encoder but last 2 days my all exports has mistake, you can find below screenshots about mistake. As you can see right side of the frame has interesting crop and view. I checked in Premiere, on timeline i am using only 1 video track. If i take export in Premiere there is no problem. Maybe my Media encoder settings wrong somehow. Could you please help? Awaiting for your news.Have a good day.   

I have a relatively simple 36-second export and I've been waiting over a half hour on the export: 1080 ProRes422. It's currently around 60% done and not showing any signs of speeding up. I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING. This is an issue I've been encountering for months with no resolution in sight. About a month ago I spent 2 hours on a chat with Adobe's Customer Care, and they came to no definitive conclusion on what could possibly be the problem. Their "solution" was to revert to an older version and "wait for an update" - but even with an earlier build, and now the latest update, the problem is still occurring. I can't go back to an earlier version because I started editing this project in this version - and will have future projects in this version because I'm working with another production company that has the updated versions. Mac OS 10.10.3Mac Pro 2013 2.7Ghz 12 core64GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECCAMD FirePro D700 6144 MBIve tried the following with Red Raw, Pro Res and  .mp4 footage.  If I add a Lumetri Color effect to a clip or adjustment layer and queue the timeline to Media encoder, no color effects show up on the final compressed file. The only way to get the color effect to show up is to bypass media compressor entirely and export directly from Premiere which stops me from working in Premiere. This is one of many issues I have had with this VERY buggy release. Anybody else experiencing this issue?

Hey All, When doing batch exports from Premiere Pro and clicking 'Send to Adobe Media Encoder' (or clicking the equivalent shortcut) , I end up with renamed sequenes (i.e. V3 when it's V10) that go to random locations in the render queue. Sometimes it matches the settings, other times it doesn't. If however I first go on the export tab within Premiere and click the bottom button 'Send to Media Encoder' it the output file matches the sequence settings. I've tried going over ME setting multiple times including checking and unchecking 'Import sequences natively' and and no luck. Help appreciated!

Issue - When using the export preset (may be true for others, I haven't tested) 'Youtube 1080p Full HD' on a watched folder, the captions are burned in.Adobe Media Encoder version number 23.5 (Build 51)Operating system: Mac OS 11.7.4Steps to reproduce - Create a watch folder with the above preset. Drop a premier file in with a sequence that has a closed caption file as one of the tracks. Expected result - No closed captionsActual result -  the exported file has closed captions burned in To get around this I have to change the preset to change closed captions to 'Create Sidecar File' and then just delete the files afterwards.
