Adobe Media Encoder

Hi! I have a problem with the rendering speed of my project.I needed to make a video in English and in French. Originally, I wrote everything in English in AE and then used "Essential graphics" to translate it into French. The render of English version in AME took 30 mins, and the render of French version took 2,5 hours. Can somebody tell me how to fix this problem? 

Ever since I updated all my adobe applications, today 10/26, ME has not been working at all. Sometimes it will allow me to send my After Effects project to the queue , other times nothing will happen. I noticed ME has trouble connection to Dynamic Link Server as well, not sure if this helps.  - Thanks in advance!

You wanna know something funny? Something SO frustrating it makes you laugh. THAT YOU PAY FOR A PROGRAM AND THAT PROGRAM DOESN'T WOOOORK.It's unbealiable for me, I don't care if its a penny that I pay for a service, THAT SERVICE SHOULD BE GOOD AND WELL DONE. I am soo pissed right now, because your programs ALWAYS have a new issue that WE the clients who pay for a program (expecting it to work correctly)  have to fix them? I mean fix them? don't they have to come to us working perfectly? What are you guys doing? Do you think is fair for me to go to youtube to see if I can search a workaround for my issue? when in first place, the program should be fine. So I am always afraid of updating the programs, because I don't know which of them is going to come with a horrible bug that won't let me WORK. One time was lightroom giving issues, another time was premiere pro not working at all, another time was after effects... And now Media Encoder! My workflow is always interrupted. Now I have

Since latest update I cannot add projects to AME through AE nor with Drag&Drop in AME. Had reinstall all the apps, and even rolled them down to previous versions. (v 22.01 was not helping as well) Nothing has worked so far AME is hangin as in the attached Screenshot. I would appreciate any help. Using a Windows High End Desktop PC

When I try to connect to an AE file so I can import comps, ME initially work as it should, dynamically linking to the AE file and then giving me a list of comps to bring in. However, after some random but short amount of time it stops being able to connect to the file, loading bar just barber poling away to infinity. If I restart my entire computer, I can usually get another short file encoded before it locks up on me again. Everything else on my system is working fine, by the way. I'm assuming this is a bug with the new ME, since I havent had this problem at all until just now, this being the first time I've tried to use ME since updating. If there's a work around or something I'm not doing correctly, I'd be happy to hear about it. Thanks.

Was excited to install 2022 version of AME, but it has proved ultimately useless. It constantly loses connection with After Effects. Folks in our department may get 2-3 renders before it stops receiving new renders in the queue. The only way that has worked for me to fix this is a full restart of the system Additionally, even when it does receive new renders, I'd say about 80% of the time, they hang and fail within seconds to the point that AME needs to be "Force Quit" to restart the application. The only "renders" that seem to work with 2022 are converting existing video. I have to render everything in After Effects and then down-convert in AME once I have a rendered file, which pretty much makes AME useless in the end.  I've just uninstalled 2022 and put 15.4 back on my system. Hopefully that works.

Hello, My .MTS files are going out of sync after converting them to H.264 while keeping the same fps. Am I the only one facing this problem and what is the solution for it? Thanks.

I am trying to add AE file to Media Encoder but it doesn't work. I deleted and reinstalled two apps but it still didn't work. Please help me

When exporting extreme horizontal files, for example 9312 (w) x 96 (t), I've noticed that H.264 files are getting tagged with Rec 601 rather than Rec 709.  Even when trying to force Rec 709 using the new color managment features in AME, 601 is still the tag on these files. Any thoughts?  Am I doing something wrong or is this just a bug?

I managed to solve here by clearing the cache in After Effects (see print below).Open After Effects and go to:- EDIT > Preferences > Media & Disk Cache > Clean Database & cache 

And for no reason at all my Dynamic Link Connection has refused to be fixed or work for the past two weeks.  I've talked to a few Adobe Support technicians and everytime the remote access without fail never works so then it boils down to them telling em what to over text.  Everything I've tried does nothing and now my social media pages and content has come to s schreeching halt. So mad and just infuriated at this.

Schon seit mehreren Wochen kann ich keine Videos mehr rendern. Ich bekomme immer folgende Nachricht:Fehler beim Kompilieren des Videos.Fehler beim ExportierenFehler beim Abschließen des Renderns etc.Was um HImmels willen sol ich machen, dass ich meine Videos wieder rendern kann? Schon jetzt vielen Dank für die Hilfe.

Hi with the new update, the media encoder isn't accepting files from AE to render. I switched back to the old version of ME but then AE doesnt seem to sent files to old version as well? 

After latest update, i can not send projects to be rendered into media encoder, i can render them inside after effects so i know the file is not with errors i just can not open them into encoder. Has anyone had this problem or maybe know how to fix this ?

Works with VBR, 1 pass but switches to Software Encoding on 2 Pass.  Error message says "system hardware does not support hardware acceleration for corrent settings."  Almost sure it worked fine with previous version.  Installed previous version but it can't enciode V 22 Premiere files.Dell Inspiron 5680i7-8700 3192 MHz 6 Cores48 GB RAMNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 1280 CUDA Cores 

Media encoder was updated to the new v22 version and now I can't make any render, it doesn't even read the Projects, it stays checked in the blue progress bar. Please solution, I can't make any video!

Hello, from when I upgraded Adobe Media Encoder to 2022 Version, I find many problems to export files directly from After Effects Projects. It doesn't upload the .aep to the Encoder and it doesn't charge any composition from the .aep file.

I export video on adobe animate and it goes straight to media encoder to convert to mp4. it load and everything and then I says failed to export. Ive been using media encoder for a while now and it worked properly without a problem. but now I just can export my animations the way I want to. This is the message I get on adobe animate after I export. 

I've had many errors with exports, nothing seems to be working, it seems like a file is exporting and it says "Reading XMP" but never actually exports. Or I get the rainbow ball and nothing happens at all, Media Encoder just crashes. Media Encoder is an awful program, I've always had issues with it. Really wish this app would be updated because it constantly slows down my workflow.

Hi,  I used to use adobe prelude to ingest media to multiple locations without transcoding the media. Because adobe prelude is going away, I've transitioned my workflow to media encoder. Many have suggested that I use premier, but on work projects I will use photo and video and I dont want to ingest photos with premier. I would like a central ingest work flow. Rename my files, add meta data, and copy files to multiple drives and destinations.  Media encoder seems pretty close to doing all of these, but it will only ingest to one destination and give you the option to transcode to another destination. I would like the option to add as many destinations as I want just like prelude gave me the option.  Could any one give me a recommendation on anohter product that already has this capabilty? 

Hi,  I am using adobe media encoder to ingest media. In the past I have imported ARW raw photo files that I took using my Sony a7rii. Not sure why or when it happened, but adobe media encoder will not longer import these files. It oddly says the file format is not supported, even though ARW files are supported and I have imported these in the past.  I've tried to use different SD cards, I've tried copying the files to my desk top and other drives and still no luck.  Also, theres a little filter icon at the top in order to select "File type displayed". By default it seems display "all supported file types". When this is selected I am un able to see the ARW files on my drive. When I toggle this filter to "SonyRaw Format" nothing shows up either. When I toggle to "All Files" the ARW files show up. But I still am unable to ingest them.  Any ideas on what to do?
