So I cancelled my monthly as I no longer needed to convert as many audio files.  I was paying $10 a month.  But now, under the “free” plan, I can no longer do any adjustments.  Before, on the free plan, you could. And now they’ve DOUBLED the price!  Sorry.  You’ve lost another customer.

hello I am new to the community . I have just put together a video for my wife and absolutely fantastic result with the adobe podcast enhnce speech feature - its justso fantastic. i have not upgraded yet so just using the basic , just one thing in this video I have done the sound is excellent and its cut out the echo in the barn and it sounds like professional mic's were used but when the guy is being interviewed when he laughs (at around 6seconds in and 1minute32 seconds) as you can see when he laughs adobe enhance speech has cut out his laughing and the sound/audio is just blank! - maybe enhance speech is picking his laugh up as unclean audio and muted it? - but what would be the solution for this. would upgrading to the subscription sort it out? and how would I do it? many thanks.Andy.

Mi problema es que, al ingresar a Mejorar el habla (Enhance Speech) y hacer clic en “Seleccionar archivos”, el explorador de archivos de Windows únicamente me permite seleccionar archivos de video como MP4, por lo que mis archivos MP3 no aparecen para poder cargarlos. Ya probé desde Chrome, también en una ventana de incógnito, y accedí desde diferentes rutas de Adobe Podcast, pero el problema persiste. Según la documentación de Adobe, el plan gratuito debería permitir procesar archivos de audio como MP3. ¿Este comportamiento corresponde a una actualización reciente de Adobe Podcast o se trata de un problema con mi cuenta/interfaz? ¿Cómo puedo cargar y mejorar un archivo MP3 sin actualizar al plan Premium?

I have been using Adobe Podcast Studio (via my paid subscription) for a while, and starting today it’s not enhancing audio I upload.We are talking basic wav files, same as I always do. But it does not download the enhanced version. Nor does it play back the enhanced version on the page with the sliders showing what’s been enhanced even when toggling it back from original to enhanced.It used to be a problem, but I’d use transcribe page then export from there and it’d download the enhanced version.Now it does not work when doing that.I have tried incognito in Google chrome per support’s suggestion and that did not work. No VPN or browser shields, etc are on. Nothing has change with how I use the service, in fact I used it about a week or two ago and it was fine.Now it’s not working across multiple browsers I’ve tried.File type, audio upload limits, usage caps, all are on point. I cant see the Music control slider to adjust, rebalance, or mute background music as promised in the  ‘whats new’ section? Please help.

Currently, I am using Riverside to record podcast audio and video and do live streams to Twitch and YouTube. If I switch to using Adobe Podcast, I would also like the option to also have live streaming to Twitch and YouTube.

I'm digging the option to export podcasts as an animated audiogram with the transcripts. However, I would love to be able to translate the captions to another language, to be able to post episodes to multiple audiences. Is it a planned feature?

Hi! I was charged $11.99 for Adobe Podcast Premium on October 7, 2026. I didn't intend to renew and haven't used the service since the charge. I am experiencing substantial video-quality degradation when recording video directly in Adobe Podcast Studio using an Elgato Facecam 4K.Hardware / source• Camera: Elgato Facecam 4K• Camera Hub reports the camera operating at 3840×2160 (2160p) at 30 fps• The image in Elgato Camera Hub is sharp, detailed, and properly exposed• Browser: Google Chrome on WindowsProblemVideo recorded in Adobe Podcast Studio is substantially softer and lower-detail than the image being produced by the camera. I have a problem since last week I was working in Adobe Podcast Studio and I was editing videos from text and at this moment it does not let me edit them, it only lets me edit the audios. That functionality no longer exists or is it going to be something premium? I have premium access. Can you help me please?

My issue is much worse than I realised. I am missing 2hrs audio and video from both my guests. One from California, one from UK. I was UK based too.  After 2hrs the recording fell over. We spotted it immediately and restarted. We ran for another 20mins. I have my audio & video for the first 2hrs and everyone’s audio & video for the final 20mins. I AM MISSING 2 HOURS OF AUDIO AND VIDEO FROM BOTH GUESTS FEED.What can I do here? How do I get it back? Or am I just screwed?After being a big fan of the simplicity of Adobe Podcasting I am reviewing my position. This is unacceptable and a deal breaker. If I am unable to recover this data I will not be able to use Adobe Podcasting for recording again.  

I edit my podcast episodes (It’s usually a litlte over an hour) and I go to export with and without captions, and the message “Something Doesn’t Work” comes up. Every time. Does anyone have any fixes for this? I’m about to just swap podcast servers at this point. 

Is something making Adobe Podcast move insanely slow? I have to wait 2 minutes for 5 seconds of audio to buffer out, I get error messages when I try to export audio ("Something went wrong exporting this audio. Please try again"), and when download does work, I have to wait 3 hours to download 65MB? I've really noticed the slowdown over the last few weeks, but today's speed is on another level. My internet speed is fine, all other sites are working, all other Adobe Apps are working. This is not workable- what's going on???

I uploaded a large .MP4 file - 17 G 4K - and the process was in a spinning Finishing mode for over 30 minutes.

After recording for >2hrs I realise that 10mins audio from my guest is missing. a 10min segment from 1h48 to 1h58 is just gone. It’s just me nodding at the camera a I listen to my guest. FFS.Will this audio come back? Is there a way I can go collect it? I’ve been a big fan of Adobe Podcast but this feels like a deal breaker :-(

Every time I try to use adobe podcast ai for the last month it says that I am at my daily limit but I haven't used it at all.  I have tried to get in touch with someone at customer service for the last three days because I've finally had enough but no one is willing to help me.  There's an office somewhere and that office has a phone number.  I don't want an email.  No one is getting back to me.  Has this happened to anyone else?  It's rather frustrating that no one at customer service wants to help me even though I have been a loyal customer for years.  Let alone the fact that I have work to do.  Please help. thanks.
