After scaning with mobile app the scan isn't in the library unless you restart the app.

Hi there, Where do documents scanned with the Adobe Scan application go? If they go to a cloud, where is this cloud hosted? Regards,Johnathon

I've made a PDF of scanned documents using the Adobe scan tool. My problem is that I can not edit the text of the PDF. I have the acrobat DC membership but it seems my app is no better than the free adobe pdf reader. I've deleted and re downloaded the app with no changes. I'm on the road and only have my iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using iPhone New iOS version is 13.1.3 OS was updated two days before  App opens, but don't allow to save. While trying to save it crashes  Installed the app again after removing it App was not allowing to sign in with Adobe ID initially While the app scans the document, it is not allowing to save. I have been using the app for a long time. It was amazing! But today i just found out it stoppped working. Everything seems to be the same, but after saving the file. it's gone... i tried several time, even delete and reinstall, not working at all. the home screen just shows "You don't have any scans". Please fix it. iphone 11, ios 13.1.3

I had scanned a lot of important documents a few months back. For many months I was able to access them, add to them and edit with out any issues. Now I logged in for the first time from my new iPhone and they are all gone. I've looked in the DocumentCloud, but that folder is also empty. I had vet records, car maintenance records and receipts that were to be submitted for reimbursement to my HSA totally almost $6000. I need these documents back, where did they go? and it is not under another login, I only use my work account so I know how I logged in each time. help!!!

Very frustrated. On Oct 22nd or 23rd  I scanned several old family photos and a sketch. When I opened the app it asked share as pdf. I clicked no and now all are gone. Never had this problem with cam scanner.

While scanning documents, the sound made by camera is irritating. Isn't there any option to shut off the sound?

New versionb doesn't work. After scan and save PDF，it doesn't work! Nothing can be saved.

Boa noite! Depois que fiz a ultima atualização do app, ele mudou o layout todo de vizualizações dos arquivos digitalizados e passou a TRAVAR MUITO! Nao consigo mais renomear arquivos antigos, consigo uns 2, depois o app trava. Trava também em outras funções.

Hi. Today I Scanned 60 photos with Adobe Scan. Before to save it. I tried to edit. But while I was trying to edit, the aplicacation Crashed and I Lost all photos that I Scanned with the aplication. I didn't save it. I would like to Know if there any manner to acces to Old Scanned Photos that not has been save?? Because the aplication have a Cache.

I was looking through my documents, the system crashed, and the documents I was reading had gone when I went back into adobe scan !!!!  It was the most important docs as well

Somebody please help. I lost all of my scanned documents. Adobe scan logged me out and wouldn't let me log back in using Google.  When I went thru the create a new password nothing was there. How the heck do I get my stuff back!!! Freaking out   [Title renamed by the moderator]

Hi Community, I have lost some crucial scanned documents from archives that I was using for research in Argentina (I'm based in the UK). They were definitely saved as PDFs on the app and I did not delete them but they have disappeared completely from the app. They are also not on the Document Cloud. They had not been backed up on the cloud yet, but were saved PDFs on the app. This only happened because I didn't have wifi connections when I was in the archives. Is there a backup server they might have been saved to? Please can someone from Adobe help me with this. It would be detrimental to my research if I lose them and a real shame for what I thought was a great product. All best Khem  

Since the new adobe scan update there's no longer an option to simply scan then email PDFs? App is now useless.
