Adobe Scan

AdobeScan is draining the battery in background on my iPhone 7 after installing IOS 13. Any ideas, other than deleting the app? Update: the app update of 21 Sep seems to solve this issue.

Can i give space or gap between the two documents in a single pdf, because whenever i scan two documents for a single pdf, they get very close to each other . Likewise i want to scan the the two sides of my adhaar card on a single pdf.....

I uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Logged out and back into CC and nothing has worked. No files from adobe scan are being saved into the cloud at all. I end up needed to email the files to myself in order to work on them on a computer.Android phone and windows 10 computer

 I just wanted to leave a feedback note for Adobe. I downloaded your app, mostly because you had added some features that enhance your old app. I’ve tried it on one document, and it’s encouraging. However, the login process is tedious on the iPhone X. Please provide functions to allow the user to either use face ID, or their microphone so we don’t have to key in every character when logging in.  That’s really old school by Apple standards.     [Title renamed by moderator]

I scanned a bunch of business cards and when I saved them, they all saved to my Gmail account on my Android phone. We are Microsoft house and rely heavily on Outlook and have that on my phone for all my email, contacts, calendar, etc.   Can the default save business card info be set to my Outlook account?

The button at bottom right for camera and photos does not way. I as well am unable to create scans from iPhone x

Whenever i try to email my scan i am unable to open the link and get an error message that states "file removed. Dont have access. Contact user." Been using this app for months and sharing with no problem. Just recently started. How do i fix? I am using version 19.06.02 for android. Please help!!!

I am encountering the same problem using the Adobe Scan App on Android and would appreciate assistance in retrieving the data from the original uncropped image.

I have recently updated adobe scan app on my iPhone 6s. But now I cannot see any of my archive files. I checked the document cloud but nothing is seen there as well.Can anyone help please?

Same issue. It’s broken. Version installed 19.06.20 iOS 12.3.1 iPhone X S Max. Just took a picture (scanned) a doc and it’s nowhere to be found.

I am using a new iPhone XS, so this is the first time I've used the scan app since switching phones. I never had this issue before. I scanned several documents for work and now they are nowhere to be found. please help bc I really need these documents. Thank you.

Hello. I use this app for a long time so I have got many files in there. An app had been deleted, then was installed again. I logged in with the same account and I can see all the files I ever had but I can't download some of them (pretty old ones)The sign "File downloading error. Download failed. Try later" appears. (Well, in Russian so it may be different to original.)How can I have my files back?It's quite important.Thanks.Konstantin.

I downloaded the Scan app because I have an document with incredibly small and unreadable text. I read that the Scan app can decipher text and allow you to extract it for editing. Once I took a picture of the document, the app indicated that it was reading the text, but now I can't figure out how to display the resulting pdf in a way that will allow me to see the text. Any help?Thanks!I've inserted the image for reference.

Have you found a solution as of yet? I have an iPhone XR and once I hit “save PDF” it seemingly disappears. Thanks

At some point, I'm guessing I've done something to some of my scanned documents which has resulted in the auto cropped areas being discarded. Not all my documents though, just some of them. I had been planning to scan a batch (several documents of over 25 pages each - no OCR required) and then work through the files to fix the auto cropping. Last night I could do this. Today I've gone to open one of the files I'm yet to process and it's been converted to black and white PDF and areas outside of the auto crop range have been discarded. This is problematic as the auto crop has botched a few pages.When I select to edit the PDF the page color changes to 'auto' (I think), and I can only adjust the crop within the auto crop area - the rest of the original photo is gone... what have I done to trigger that discard (so I can avoid it in future)?

What techniques should be used for scanning architectural size documents such as E, E1 and D size sheets?  When scanning E1 sheets, the text in the lower left hand corner is not legible.

Same here!  Files that have been scanned are showing in the scan app and Adobe DC app but not in the creative cloud.

Hi,I changed the AdobeID password (same account email address) and all the PDF scans are now gone.   They were all there before the password was changed.This is a major bugWhat can be done to recover the now missing PDF'sBoth online and in the app the pdf scans are missing.thanks
