Does my files on Adobe Cloud will delete if I Clear DATA and Cache of Adobe Scan APP on Phone?

It's very complicated how to chose to opt out for selling and sharing my personal information. I filled several forms to opt out but still not sure I have completely opted out from all kind of personal information sharing, globally. Is these a single electronic form that I can use?I live in USA in Missouri stateThanksAP

Hello . I have problem with send a Scan in PDF . I try send by Messenger and i have info somethink like that. The file is too big , chosse file having less than 0MB . Usualy i send like that and i dont have any problem . I update all app and problem still the same 😕😕 

Hi there.All my scans in my mobile Adobe Scan App on my iPhone have completely disappeared since last December. I use only one account and I am the only user. The only files I find online in my Adobe account are the ones saved as PDF.Please help!Markus

After scanning, saving and attempting to share a copy a list of apps appear to use for sharing. Tapping on the Gmail app, it seems to try to launch but does not. All other apps launch and work to share a copy. Why is Gmail not?  It did just yesterday. I tried phone on and off, deleting the apps and reinstalling, always same result. Help. 

Today I made a scan and then went to share a copy into Google Drive. Previously Google Drive was always available as a share option, but it seems to be removed. Is there a way to add Google Drive back as a share option? iPhone 12 Max Proios 17.2.1Adobe Scan 23.12.13

I am having issues getting my scanned doements delivered nor can I see them when I go into the computer. I can see them on my mobile app

Adobe scanの最新バージョン23.12.13にアップデート後、文書をスキャンすると文書の周囲(机)も、ほんの少しだけスキャン領域に入ってしまうようになりました。スキャンしたものを印刷すると縁に線が生じます。この縁の部分を消すために、スキャンした全てのページを切り抜きツールで編集する必要が生じています。作業効率が一気に落ちており大変困っています。ー有料の意味なし。早く直してくださいますようお願いします。

Good day all   i have recently scanned many documents using Adobe Scan. The scans do not seem to have loaded to the adobe Cloud Storage.  Both accounts are the same so I doubt that is the issue. in the last 3-4 weeks the upload from the Adobe scan app has slowed to a snail's pace. i am currently uploading the scan of a single page to my account. after 15 minutes the scan has still not uploaded. this was a go-to tool for me last year, now it's become a complete PITA   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

After opening the app and trying to scan a document the app continuously blinks to zoom in the object and becomes unstable. I would have to manually download each and every adobe scan to my mac if they are going to be deleted (since they are not stored on my device) when creative cloud syncing files are deleted with the discontinuation. Does anyone know how to address this?

2 MB für ein vielseitiges Textdokument ist viel zu viel! Wie lässt sich die Dateigröße bereits beim Scan auf kleinstmögliche Dateigröße einstellen? Wo kann ich die Auflösung einstellen? Ich habe soeben das Update auf Adobe scan Premium gemacht- weil mir angezeigt wurde, dass sich darin die Auflösung einstellen lässt. Nirgends zu finden! Bitte um Unterstützung.

Bonsoir!J'espère réussir à retenir l'attention d'autres utilisateurs afin de pouvoir être aiguillé sur la résolution de mon problème. J'ai fais le nécessaire pour souscrire un abonnement ''Adobe Scan'', chaque étape a été validé jusqu'à la finalisation et la confirmation du paiement, pourtant... Rien ne bouge, mon statut sur la page d'accueil ''Adobe Scan'' reste le même: utilisateur sans abonnement. Cependant, si je consulte mes informations en parallèle sur ma page Google, la souscription de l'abonnement Adobe Scan apparaît comme il doit, il est bien affiché ''actif''. Le fait est, que je ne parviens pas à changer mon statut d'abonnée, du coup forcément je ne peux pas accéder aux diverses fonctionnalités dont j'ai besoin. Si quelqu'un connait la cause de mon soucis, ou si on peu me dire où m'adresser... Je serais très reconnaissante de recevoir des conseils avant de finir par résilier mon abonnement...                  &nbsp

La synchronisation n'est plus efective entre asobe scan (sur iphone) et Adobe acrobat (sur macbook pro). J'ai tenté de déconecter reconecter les applications à mon compte adobe mais rien dne change…

Hello , I was trying out the premium subscription and while I cancelled my subscription before the normal billing day , Adobe charged my card normally. I do not wish to have the premium membership and would like a refund back to my card .
