Adobe Scan

Hi, I've subscribed to Lightroom Mobile which includes 100GB of cloud storage, which LR confirms, with 86GB being currently used. Adobe Scan however complains about "2GB" of cloud storage being full. Even stranger, the Creative Cloud page reports 86GB of 2GB (!) being used. Therefore, I'm unable to use Adobe Scan at all. How can I resolve this? Why is there no official support for a paid subscription? Fabian

I made some Scans on the adobe scan app on December 14th 2022 and previous ones but I can't find any scans on the App anymore, is there any way to retrieve them?

My all scan documents deleted automatically.  

HELPP!I had numerous files saved in Adobe Scan, but after the update they asked to login again. I have already logged in with all possible emails, Facebook, by the Apple id, but in none of them do I find my files, they just disappeared all, and they are important files that I need urgently, which have always been saved in the cloud of the icloud backup !! Can someone help me?

I deleted some files from Adobe Acrobat file reading app and I lost my scans from Adobe scan app. How do I retrieve them??? 

I can't find any scanned files (hundreds of documents) and sometimes I surely save the scanned file but didn't save it! Please recover and fix my account asap!

Hello,I had all my scanned documents stored in the adobe scan mobile app. A week ago when I opened the mobile app again to scan something else I saw that all my previous documents have been deleted. I have searched for my documents on all folders and also on the Adobe Cloud but they are nowhere.Version of Adobe scan: 22.10.11-regularmy device details:one plus 8 proandroid version 12.1

Am intend to migrate from the CamScanner application to Adobe Scan app as the former has vulnerabilities. I have downloaded all the documents from the CamScanner website as PDFs - one file at a time. I have uploaded these files to https://acrobat.adobe.com and are visible under "Your Files" I tried to move these manually uploaded files into the "Your Files" > "Adobe Scan" folder on https://acrobat.adobe.com and try to re-login into Adobe Scan App on my iPhone, but still, the files are not visible. I moved all the files from "Your Files" > "Adobe Scan" to the "Your Files" folder and try to re-login into Adobe Scan App on my iPhone and the file list was empty. I moved selected files that were scanned by the Adobe Scan application from iPhone from "Your Files" to "Your Files" > "Adobe Scan" folder and try to re-login into Adobe Scan App on iPhone and the selected files were visible.  This implies that Adobe Scan App is unable

Adobe Scan and Fill and sign images and pdfs don't appear in Adobe cloud In the apps they appear to be in the clouds but the Adobe cloud website and app don't show term.    

Hello, I used my Adobe Scanner app on my phone yesterday to make a lot of new scans for school. When I opened the app yesterday, everything looked normal and I was able to view all my previous scans. When I opened the scanner app today, everything was gone. I am hoping for some help on how to get back my scans and save me hours from having to redo the work. 

Hi, I recently updgraded my iPhone and signed in with my same Adobe ID. The documents I previously scanned that were saved in the app no longer appear. Is there a way to locate these files? They do not appear in the cloud for some reason though they were saved in the app.

I used the free version of Adobe Scan. I had a very important pdf there and now all of them are gone. I think that the application deleted them without any warning. How can I get them back? Please help!

Hello! I logged into my account for the first time on my new phone and none of my scans after december of 2020 are there. Fall of 2020 until last month I used the same phone, I didn't change any settings or anything changing how scans should have stored, and only the ones I can view currently show up in my cloud.Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get those scans back?? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you so much!

I also opened up my Adobe Scan on my iPhone today, to access a scan from just the other day, and everything was gone. I have years of business scans in there! I have updated the OS, logged out and back in, checked my adobe cloud on the web, checked that cell data usage is allowed, and EVERYTHING IS GONE! This had to have happened sometime in the last 3 days. How can they just be gone!?
