Adobe Scan

 Hi, ever since last update, my adobe scan got ruined, but ruined to the max...I can not crop it good, the crop is uspide down, the screen itself changed also, basically, the app became "worthless" to me... How do I fix it? how do I return to last version? I really want to use the app, but I cant... I used it for one year in my studys ( now second ), all of my history in classes is there 😞Hope I will be able to fix it.Thanks.

I use Adobe Scan as an app on my iPhone. Until recently, it was easy to share a file to my computer (whether iMac or MacBook)--files would automatically appear in the Downloads folder on the computer. Since Dropbox updated for Mac, however, files do not appear on either computer. It looks like the app is moving them, but they don't appear in Downloads or anywhere else. If I choose Airdrop rather than my computer, in the sharing options, files still appear to transfer but do not show up in Downloads. A search for the file turns up nothing--they are not transferring to either computer.

Is it possible to have Adobe scan save my scan to my phone's SD card rather than to its internal storage?

Are we (Users) safe..?Explain this!

I am facing an issue with this app, whenever I rename a pdf file and save, After shared the file i got null (automatically) instead of renamed file name. Please suggest me what's the problem is

The one time I used adobe scanner to scan my documents, it seems that all my scans have disappeared!! I was better of using my good old camscanner app which still has old scans from years ago. I see that a lot of people are facing this issue. Not sure if I will ever get those scans back. 

Ich habe die premium Version von Adobe scan abonniert allerdings zeigt es mir nicht an. Wenn ich spezielle Dinge machen möchte steht da ich solle abonnieren, wenn ich dann nochmal auf abonnieren gehe, steht da ich habe abonniert kann aber keine Premium Sachen machen. Bitte um Hilfe 

I scanned 166 pages, I was about to save it in pdf form a message pop up saying we were unable to save the data, by any chance can i get back those pages, kindly help 

It does a good job identifying edges and converting to PDF, but where does it save the actual document???

I took a scan picture but was then unable to view it.  The PDF folder showed three files, but none had any data.Thanks.

HiI just checked my adobe scan app to procure some old scans but dont see any.I am on the latest ios application with an iPhone 14 .I don't see my scans on documentcloud.adobe.com as well. I can confirm that I had the scans till yesterday.

Earlier Adobe scan worked fine but from the last few months I can't upload or download scans without using a VPN. I have many documents already saved in the app but to access them or to upload new scans I need to use a VPN. This is extremely annoying to me. Please provide a helpful solution for this issue ASAP!

I accidentally sent a scan to a wrong email address. Can I ask for that to be recalled as I don't see an option to do that myself. 

I've always used this app to send my job tickets in for work, recently the landscape document feature doesn't seem to be working. I rotate my camera, but the photo won't rotate with it. Yes I know I can manually rotate it afterwards but it has to be done for each ticket, something I've never had to do. Running on Samsung S21 Ultra running android 13.

My yearly subscription to the adobe scanner app is about to expire, and the only option it's giving me is to renew with a monthly subscription, which I don't want to do. So did they just get rid of the yearly subscription option?I attached a photo showing that they are only allowing me to select the one option at this time.

Everything was fine until after the LAST 3 UPDATES WHEN YOU CREATE A PDF FILE AND OVER SEVERAL CAPTURES, EXACTLY IN THE LAST SCANNED IMAGE WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOCUMENT IT DOES NOT SEE COMPLETE, THE LAST SCANNED IMAGE IS CROPPED AND ONLY UP TO HALF

I can't find any scanned files (many documents) and sometimes I surely save the scanned file but didn't save it! Please help recover and fix my account asap!

I used to have a file with multiple pages. Most of them are taken from photos in my camera app on iPhone 12. They used to look good, but for a few days now they have started to look gray. Some of the pages (2 out of 20) are still fine. i tried the display large images trick but it didn't fix the issue. 

Can no longer email copies of scans-share copies

I'm trying to send an email and the contact with a different name comes up with the same address. How do I delete the contact in adobe scan? Thank you.

Escribo porque tengo un problema para sincronizar archivos desde la App "Adobe Scan" con Document Cloud.  Ocupé el máximo de espacio posible con mis digitalizaciones y por eso he ido borrando archivos en la nube para disponer de espacio. En la actualidad tengo solo ocupado el 13% de mi capacidad en la nube. Pensé que con esto se resolvería el problema. Sin embargo, no se sincroniza los archivos borrados con los que tengo en la app: me siguen apareciendo archivos que he borrado en la nube. Trato de borrarlos también en la app y me dice que no es posible. Tampoco me deja hacer nuevas digitalizaciones.  Estoy trabajando con Ipad (6ª generación; software 15.1).  Muchas gracias por s
