Adobe Scan

I was in the middle of editing my images on Adobe scan and the app froze and suddenly they were all gone. I have no idea what happened they just disappeared. Is there anyway I can get them back?

Hello, I have been using Adobe Scan for a while now and really like it! To me, it's the best PDF scanner app available! So, thank you!!! This morning, I used it to scan a couple of letter pages and was surprised to see a lot of random blue marks in the scanned PDF files! I tried the same with a couple of different PDF scanner apps and none of them had this issue! I am not sure if this is just me or there are some issues with the Adobe Scan app? I have iPhone 12 with iOS 14.4. Would really appreciate it if anyone knows anything about it? Thank you!

Today when I opened the adobe scan app to view my documents, it asked me to login. While usually I put the app login automatically. I used the correct user name and password to login and it said "Access Denied". I contacted the customer service and he told me to reset my password. I did the exactly as he told. However when I tried to login again with my new password, it still said "Access Denied". Are there any solutions for this, please help me.

The app will not let me hit the blue button to take pictures, or even export documents.  I have reinstalled, same issue still happening.

Buenas tardes, como puedo cambiar el tamaño de los documentos? Hay paginas que no me permiten mas de 245Mb y en 3 paginas en b&w escala de grises, normal u automatico es alto el peso, que tengo que hacer? Incluso tengo documentos de 2 hojas y aun asi tenho el mismo inconveniente

The cropping box is very hard to adjust in a straight line without being crooked I cannot adjust in a way the image doesn't look tilted or not in perfect box shape manually so I need a setting for fixed border cropping If Abode scan doesn't have that please introduce one

how can i save jpg high quality ?

Please clarify the following queries; 1) I have installed Adobe Scan on my Andriod mobile. As per FAQ, the scanned files are accessible from anywhere including PC as the files are synced in the cloud. Please let me know the URL of the files in the cloud. 2) Is Adobe Scan installable on Windows PC?

Whenever I upload pictures to the Adobe Scan app, it just auto-crops the first five-six images and its always the case. Sometimes I have to crop the pages which ranges from 10 to 95. Its really annoying and frustrating. Please help and fix this bug. Thank you.

Hi,The Adobe Scan info web page says, "Copy to: It gives you an option to add files on third-party cloud storage. You will only get the options only for the third-party application available/ installed on the device like Google drive, One Drive, or Dropbox."I have pCloud installed on my device (see screenshot), but under the Adobe Scan Copy To options, pCloud is not listed.Does anyone have advice on how I can have pCloud listed as an option under the Adobe Scan copy to list?

However everytime I try to add a cc it gives me an error code . Please help

Hii downloaded app and used it many times without creating an account.  Now the scans saved in PDF are gone. Can I get them back?thanks

I scan my some documents and the check after few minutes there is no documents

Samsung A50 is turning off randomly while scanning and editing documents in Adobe scan, it's also getting little hot while using app. I have never faced this problem before. 

Please add a feature to arrange sub folders in a folder

I log onto the Adobe Scan app on my IPhone using my business email address. Once I select a file to email out, the app automatically switches to my school district email (which does not allow me to access the same contacts of course). I cannot figure out how this happened or how to correct it. So inconvenient! Anyone else have this problem?

Adobe Scan kostenlos Android.Nach dem Scan wird Datei freigegeben. Nach Kopie freigeben Teilen mit Google Drive. Auf Drive erscheint dann seit 3 Tagen "Warten auf Netzwerkverbindung". Seit Monaten bestens gegangen. 

Escaneeiei 26 pág. Veio msg de vc é Adobe premiu pode fazer até 100 docs por PDF. Renomeei, salvei e o pdf sumiu! Não aparece por nada

The app worked as expected on my old phone. I just recently purchased a new phone and reinstalled the app for the mobile version. It will not allow me to send a document to another app without being connected to Wi-Fi. What are some suggestions or a possible solution for this issue?

Earlier we had a facility to edit PDFs using Adobe scan by uploading the a pdf in the Adobe document cloud and editing the same from Adobe scan as the Adobe scan used to sync with the Adobe document cloud. But now I am facing difficultly in doing the same. Please fix this issue  as soon as possible.  

I can no longer see my documents in the scan app but they are in the documents cloud. How can I get them back in the scan app?

I recently got a new iPhone, and on my previous phone, scanning and saving a document would automatically save it to a folder in my files. Now, the document just gets saved to the app but I cannot find it anywhere in files, and I have to manually save it to files. I have tried reinstalling the app and there are no updates for it. 

Hello, When i scan with the app, the document is in color black and white for all pages by default, i would like to have color original by default, is it possible? Thanks  

When I try to save a PDF of a document scanned in Adobe Scan on Android, it won't let me use [square brackets] and furthermore there is a weird effect that if I do try to type a square bracket, the last word of the filename I'm typing gets deleted.
