Adobe Scan

Earlier we had a facility to edit PDFs using Adobe scan by uploading the a pdf in the Adobe document cloud and editing the same from Adobe scan as the Adobe scan used to sync with the Adobe document cloud. But now I am facing difficultly in doing the same. Please fix this issue  as soon as possible.  

I can no longer see my documents in the scan app but they are in the documents cloud. How can I get them back in the scan app?

I recently got a new iPhone, and on my previous phone, scanning and saving a document would automatically save it to a folder in my files. Now, the document just gets saved to the app but I cannot find it anywhere in files, and I have to manually save it to files. I have tried reinstalling the app and there are no updates for it. 

Hello, When i scan with the app, the document is in color black and white for all pages by default, i would like to have color original by default, is it possible? Thanks  

When I try to save a PDF of a document scanned in Adobe Scan on Android, it won't let me use [square brackets] and furthermore there is a weird effect that if I do try to type a square bracket, the last word of the filename I'm typing gets deleted.

How do I save scans from Adobe Scan for iOS to the Apple Files app?  It doesn’t show up as an option in my Files locations.   [Title renamed by moderator]

Every document scanned using the app on Android increases the "user data" size - even though I "do not save original images to gallery". Cache is different, and can be cleared easily. My scanned docs all show up OK on cloud. I send out scanned PDFs from my phone via Whatsapp. And these files are clearly stored in the corresponding Whatsapp folders. Deleting these files from the Whatsapp folders has no bearing on the growing "user data" of Adobe Scan. 1. Where can I see the contents of Adobe Scan's growing "user data" on Android?2. What would "clear data" on the app do? 3. Would "clear data" on the app wipe out any of the scanned documents on cloud?

How do I create a folder on the adobe scan for iPhone?

I am unable to search for files on the Adobe Scan or Acrobat app on my phone or iPad using words that I know are in the file I am searching for. I can see the OCR is working on the file because when I open the file I am able to search for words within it. It appears the entire search capability only extends to the title of files rather than the contents... The ability to search for files(receipts especially) based on their contents (rather than their title) on my phone whilst I am out of office is the main reason for choosing the app. Any help much appreciated! 

Hi, the scan and capture stopped working. The 4 dots focuses and only changes to capture mode... but does not complete. Can one you please suggest why this is happening? Not sure if I need to reinstall, but dear lossing what I have already captured ThanksSantosh

The app keeps on crashing after scanning the documents..I have scanned thrice & I'm fed up with this app. How can recover my scanned files?

I have scanned documents thrice, but I'm unable to save the PDF. The app keeps on crashing and I'm getting as adobe scan has stopped open the app again..!! I'm fed up with this.Please help me with a solution for this.Thank you.

Dear Adobe,It looks so easy, to use the share option to copy a scan directly into dropbox. Unfortunataly, the Post (Dutch language set) botton on the top right side of the modal keeps being disabled after selecting a folder.Can you (Adobe) please fix this bug?Kind regards,Igor

I reload the app several times : always this message. I switch off my mobile : nothing changes.As a result I cannot use adobe scan anymore.I tried trough my profile too... nothing....Could you help me please ?
