Hi Team, I had downloaded Adobe scan app and took a trail pack, however I do not wish to use it further but have been charged Rs 820, subscription fees for an year. Please unsubscrib me from the app service, immediately and refund my amount into my charged account. Thanks and Regards,Kapil sharma

If i modify a scan and upload it to Onedrive again with the same name there is no error message but within Onedrive the upload is blocked until i delete in Onedrive the original file. Is there anywhere an option to force overwrite or give any feedback  ?

When I'm at school I don't have internet connection on my iPad. Usually when I'm offline, I can still scan documents and they get uploaded in the Cloud automatically when I'm reconnected to the Internet. But last month, I scanned two documents while being offline and when I started the app with an internet connection, they were gone. Is there any chance I can get those scans back? I had to return the original documents und now don't have a single copy of it!

I had the problem a few months ago where I couldn't send emails to my other accounts. I changed the address and it worked.,here we go again... so frustrating! Does anyone know what I should do? I have deleted the app..and reinstalled. I have rebooted my phone...please help as I need to do this for online learning. Thank you

Hello. I'm using Adobe Scan+Reader to scan document sets that include both letter & legal sized paper...it appears (by looking at the pics of the scans) that the two different sizes have been captured, but when I emailed it to myself to do a practice download/print test, the documents only come out on letter-sized paper (& I know my dual-tray printer works bc Brother spent a LONG time getting it so)...please help, I need this remedied this weekend!

Open the Adobe Scan app. Click on the Home icon to view the file list From any file list, tap     for Android and for iOS Tap        Click on “Create new folder”     Give a name to the folder.     The new folder will be empty. Tried to capture both manually and automatically , from mobile redme 9 pro   by app adobe scan ,but in vain , pl look into the matter by an earliest means. 

Hello I read that the scanned files are saved in the device memory and is about 46 MB. I couldn't locate the files, when I searched nothing came to me. Old scanned files are only there but not more than 15 files where the actual files are 110.Where I can fine them? 

From my iPhone App (Adobe Scan) , when I I'm in a Scanned document , I'm able to search any text , the program highlights it in orange. When I'm outside , in the List view and see all my documents , I'm trying to search for a keyword but the Appication does not open the document that contains that word. 

I would like to have the same functionality as it is in Adobe Scan for phones, but do the same thing on a computer with a webcam. Do you know any solution for that? Thanks

I can't go to my image folders anymore. It used to be very simple, you went to Photos as a source, and from there you selected "Folders" and went to whichever you chose. Now that option is gone. And it takes forever to load all the photos.Before this change I'd create a folder with the imagesI wanted and it was aesy to select them. No more.Why? Can you please bring back that option?

Could anyone assist with how to remove the suggested recipients that come up when you send a copy of a scanned file ? The options of  recipient a given in the app are not the common ones, it saves ones that I almost never use. 

Hello, I'm using now 19.10.01 version of scan I'm happy with them but in this version we haven't seen c"to device options" by this only one mistake we are suffering to send our data in some apps... So please check....

I have to mute my phone when taking pictures to scan but even if my phone is on do not disturb or mute with all sounds off, it still plays the "snap sound" when I take an image and there is no way to remove it in settings.Please can you add a way to turn it off. Thank you for your help.

Scan a document by selecting the document types in Adobe Scan and get related options available.   Now, you can streamline your workflow by selecting one of the document types available in the Adobe Scan application for scanning. Selecting a scan type changes how the app captures the scan. It also uses the scan type used for the default file name (which you can change as well if needed).   Adobe Scan provides you four Scan types to select from which are mentioned below:   Whiteboard: This option is used for scanning the text or information from a whiteboard.
