I don't like the "Bulk Remove Pauses" because there are some pauses I want to manually remove. However, that can get frustrating as it's either all or nothing.    I would like to suggest a "Maximum Pause Length", which will give people a range to what types of pauses are considered. A lot of those pauses are me taking a breath, which I want gone, but other pauses are because I'm showing people something and not talking.    This is a mock-up idea for the pause. Another option I would love to see is "db noise", which will determine a pause by volume control. In recording, I have to stop, go back, and start from the beginning of the paragraph. In editing, I might start some editing, only to get stopped because I forgot I re-ran that paragraph again.    It would be nice if Text could see that and warn me of a possible edits. So I would see something like thisL      If a simialar word structure shows up within 20 words (for example), the first instance gets highlighted, indicating I might have to fix an area.    If I take 2-3 runs at the same sentance, it would extend the 20 word view so I can catch that it took me 4-5 times to go through this.    Having this text be more predictive will help me continue to edit without getting stopped, or frustrated because I have to do that part again.    ... I was working on a video today, and had an AI cat I needed to keep still, so I overlayed the video (V3), split the scene (to where I didn't want the cat to move), then cut out the cat. I then put a hold on V2. Nothing I haven't done before.  But in this issue, the video wasn't showing the cat moving.  I hid V3 and no change, but when I hid V2, the cat moved again.  When I did research, I saw this post, but it was not resolved. https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/video-tracks-stacking-in-reverse-obscure-setting-or-error/m-p/12615504#M386178 I deleted media cache, and no change. It's really simple. Transcriptions are not correct. But if I use almost any other major transcription service, the accuracy is a lot more useable. And if I can't trust the language I can read, I definitely cannot trust a language I cannot.    Simple example - My brand is called "Geekazine". Transcriptions have done "Geek is in", "Geek Ezine", "Geek align", "Geek scene", "Geek cuisine" and other variations. Never has it done "Geekazine". - Premiere Pro has yet to get this correct.  - If I use any other AI transcription service, when I say "Geekazine", it shows up as "Geekazine"  - I use Vibe - an Open source transcription program - https://thewh1teagle.github.io/vibe/ It also gives me accurate SRT and text files.  - Even my Name "Jeffrey Powers" gets transcribed incorrect a lot of the times. I am not in the UK, so not sure why I'm seeing the English "Geoffrey".  I am not "Geoffrey Perez", or "Jeffrey Pow is".    Audio from my videos is fairly clean and free from noise. Articulation is pretty good. You can watch any of my videos to see what it sounds like.    So with that said, I would like to see options to bring in other LLMs (since they are accessable to download and use from Github). When I highlight the dead space [...]  I don't want it to edit to new dead space. If I have "[...]{filler}" and highlight both , I have to edit again to remove what I asked to be removed.    This is a big frustration when text editing. I don't want [...] and cannot bulk edit it - especially if there is a demonstration and nobody's talking. So I have to go through and remove all the [...] that I find. Which means I have to do this task TWICE for many [...] . And sometimes it splits it into two! Windows 25.1.0 (73)   When I try to text-based edit, I have this problem where I highlight text, the blue highlight follows, but then when I let go of the mouse, it doesn't highlight the text.  I have to re-highlight the text so I can remove it.  Getting pretty frustrating. I made a ton of layers with Generative fill and long scripts (maxed out the characters in the script box in some cases). These layers then get labeled with the script I put in.    I went to export all 50 layers through the "Export As" option. When it got to the layers with the super long name, the system simply stopped.   No warning, no indicator.    I finally figured out it was the layer name that was the problem. When I renamed the layer to something simple, the export worked.    Now, we're talking 40-50 layers I'm trying to export. There is no "Bulk Rename Layer" option, and like I said, I was not given any warning or indication the process stopped.    I would figure the Export option was renaming, because I had a few layers with the same names, and it just put a number after it.    1. Need a way to bulk rename layers 2. I installed 24.5, and instantly went back to the previous version. It continually slows down. Every time I make an edit, then hit play, the pause to start back up gets longer and longer.     Luckily, it hasn't crashed, but it's gotten to the grey screen a few times.    2nd time I have installed 24.5. I have cleared all caches, and reset settings. I have removed all 3rd party apps, and still doing the same thing. OK, so Transcribe has been part of Premiere for over a year now. Why is this not doing a better job in transcribing video?    Example: Every video I start with my name. In the last 100 videos, it only did it correctly probably 3 times. This last video it transcribed as "Sheriff Powers".   If I use any other transcribe AI device and say "Jeffrey Powers of Geekazine", it will transcribe as such. Even Geekazine gets transcribed correct 95% of the time through most of the speech to text programs I use.    It's also about common words. It misses a lot that (once again) other services will catch and correct.    These are not poor audio  or super fast talking videos. I feel this should be working a lot better.    At least have it highlight areas it had a hard time transcribing.    End of day, I'll edit video (using text), but if I want to put it into a video, I'll upload to YouTube, pull the transcript, then add it to Premiere.  ... When I am looking for filler to cut out, I really don't want dead space. Yet when I cut a "Filler", it leaves "[...]" in which I have to cut that out again.    I really wish this was more intuitive. I seem to continually have to cut out "[...]" from points where that has been removed.    I would love a "CTRL-Backspace" where it cuts any filler around the part that I cut out. This happened before, seems to be back.  V. 24.4.1 on Windows   When I am in "Vertical Mode" if I turn on "Filler", then make a cut - either via the Text, or by CTRL-K, the head will jump forward 1:00 minute or better. It usually moves the timeline too far ahead for me to just click back. Even the text is too far forward to just click back to where I was.    So 1. Edit video with Text 2. Select "Filler" 3. They just seem to be a bunch of vecors in folders, that you have to drill down to every time and find the one that might work for you.    Is there a side tool or setup you might use so you can browse your shapes another way?      ... This is a complaint about transcript. There are way to many times it "looses it's place" when you're editing. In this case, I'm putting down a chapter marker to a spot I think will make a good TikTok. When I mark it, I like to look at the text for inspiration on the label, but the text jumps to the top of the transcript.    I have to keep a mental note because I cannot move the transcript until I close the chapter marker box.    This happens when I save my work - it'll jump away from the marker point until I hit play or move the head.    Is there a way to make this not happen?  ... When I'm doing faster editing, sometimes the transcript disappears. I have to close and re-open Premiere to get it back.    Can you add a button that re-syncs or refreshes the text to help fix that problem? I wouldn't even mind if I can have it re-transcribe.  ... View more
