Adobe XD

Hello! I'm running into an issue with my XD redesign for a company website. The company is very reliant on some large videos to show the effectiveness of the product, however I cannot locate any way in which I can load a Youtube video into XD. I know I was spoiled with Adobe Muse but how can this not be a feature? Is there a plug in that I'm missing? Please note the files are way beyone 15 mg so drag and drop isnt an option.  If anyone could help me, I would be eternally grateful. Thank you,Alicia 

Hey, it's been 3 months since XD is not working on mobile (specifically IOS 16). It is extremely slow. Prototyping is like broken. I can't even scroll down or tap. Really poor experience. Anyone else having this exact issue? I am considering to unsuscribe from Adobe, really. I am delaying all my designs due to this issue. Adobe version XD mobile: 50.0, computer version:54.1.12.1 and iOS 16. Iphone 11 pro.  Can you help?

Bonjour j'ai créé une maquette pour l'un de mes clients. Il a besoin de faire des modifications dessus sauf que moi, ma version logiciel XD est 55.0.12 et lui a une version logiciel antérieure.De ce fait, lorsqu'il ouvre mon fichier à moi, il lui est impossible d'avoir par exemple les bonnes typos, les couleurs ne sont pas les mêmes etc etc.Je lui ai indiqué que différemment de Indesign par exemple, XD ne m'offre pas la possibilité d'enregistrer mon doc avec un format "hérité" qui lui permettrait ainsi, même avec une version logiciel antérieure, de travailler sur mon doc. Pensez-vous qu'il existe une solution svp ? Merci 

Hola, hace poco que estoy usando XD, tengo que hacer una lista de opciones de texto, que cuando se de click en una se desplieguen mas opciones y estas tengan el link a otra pagina. Como hago para armar la lista de opciones desplegable. Simil menu pero solo con texto para poner dentro de una pagina web.

Hallo,ich habe folgendes Problem: Derzeit arbeite ich in einem Cloud-Dokument (mit 2 weiteren Personen), mein Mac hat heute gestreikt und ich musste ihn Neustarten. Dabei kam bei Adobe XD die Abfrage: "Möchten sie die Änderungen speichern"? Da es sich um ein Cloud-Dokument handelt und ich nur eine kleine Änderung vorgenommen hatte, habe ich auf "Nein" geklickt. Nun ist meine Arbeit von einer Woche komplett futsch und auch im Versionsverlauf ist nichts zu finden. Hat jemand noch eine Idee wie ich an meine "nicht gespeicherten" Änderungen komme? 🥲

Hi Everyone, I am designing a webpage, which has side jump navigation. I want the jump navigation bar to be static at left side of screen while the respective content should go up and down as directed by user. Is it possible in XD to have one part station while other part to scroll up and down.  I have attached a sample screen, where the left portion is of jump navigation bar which should be static while other part which is the right portion (or the content) should scroll up and down as per theaction taken by user. Kindly help with your feedback. Thanks & regards

Hello, my fellow designers!Is there any way that I could search in Adobe XD Cloud documents from the app welcome screen?Our team is using Adobe XD for designing various features for our custom software solution. We have different products and have created mockups and scenarios in one document. But after a while, it was tedious to organize and slow when we connected to one document.So we now split different features to separate documents with one connected design system library. The only problem that we now face is, that we cannot search in the "big pile" of documents saved to the cloud. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this issue? Or is there a search functionality that I am missing? Please let me know! Hi!I have persisting issues with creating a link to share from  Adobe XD prototypes. I am new to XD and have so far never been ablt to do this.  The progress bar is very slow and then displays Error 44:76. I am hard wired to the internet. thanks 

Hello! I've created a public sharing link for a prototype in Adobe XD. The prototype will be used in a training course, and we want to know what's the limit or number of access to the link. For example, if 500 (or 10,000)  people click on the link at the same, will there be a problem? Will all of them be able to view the prototype? I know the Adobe Cloud was down last week, could something similar happen if a lot of people try to access the same prototype at the same time?Ps. We're currently on a free plan, do we need to upgrade to ensure the link supports the concurrency?

Hi, This might be a really silly question, but I cannot seem to find the Effects section of the Property Inspector in Adobe Xd in order to make inner shadows etc. Is there a specific way to make it show up? I have multiple files open of various sizes, and I've tried selecting objects, text, groups, components....no matter what i select, there is no "Effects" section of the Property Inspector like the one that is shown in the folling tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/set-border-color-shadow.htm

Hello, I am on MacBook Pro and I'm experiencing this issue since the first time I started using Adobe XD. My computer gets disconnected from the internet as soon as I start the software. And the only way to get internet is closing the Adobe XD and plug again the usb dongle. My dongle:UGREEN CM199 Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet  My OS X version: Monterey 12.2. No errors are displayed while it gets disconnected. This issue only happens with Adobe XD.

I have recently got an issue of Adobe XD:  - When ever my system goes to sleep mode it just closes my Adobe XD, and when it does it takes lot of time to reopen the application(adobe xd) again. I am a window user I guess anyone eles is also having the same issue.   - The text & move tool stops working whenever I work just for a long time. - While working on a cloud document with teammates it always shows an error of conflict, and all the changes that I have done in 2-3 minutes it just take me back where I have started working. Also, it shows that my file is reconnecting and when it reconnects it just crashes.   I think lot of windows users are facing these issues. Like Adobe is bringing new features only for Apple users and real struggle for window users.    {Renamed By MOD}

Hello, on XD I have a problem updating my library on my XD file saved on the cloud. It doesn't update even though I click on the "Update" link. My application is up to date and my internet connection is good. I'm on MAC OS. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

When I create a color token with the same value like a previously created token, the existing token gets deleted. This makes creating design system visual themes in Adobe XD a real mess.

While holding down, the number will blink at 0:00 and just press esc to exit. None of the popup texts ask if you want to save it as an mp4 file. There is no proper guide and I want to use this feature which I think is important. Please let me know.

I urgently need to replace the missing fonts in a project in a large document.   When I click on a missing font and click on "Replace font", the window for replacing opens. As soon as I move the mouse pointer over the window, the window closes again and I cannot replace a font.   {Renamed By MOD}

When trying to use the Adobe XD extension for VS Code I get caught in an authentication loop when trying to import our library from Creative Cloud. This issue is happening to many users and is being reported at: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Adobe.xd&ssr=false#qna but there aren't getting a response.  It seems that this plugin is no longer maintained but there isn't any messaging to communicate that, at least not that I can find.  Is this VS Code extension actively maintained? If so, is this where we should report bugs? Thanks, Nate

I'm working on exporting some XD assets for use in an Android project, but the exported images do not match the design at all. Below, you can see the design and what the SVG export rendered. I've tried adjusting settings, but this error still prevails and I am unable to create usable SVGs. What am I doing wrong in this file?   

Adobe Release XD v55 today...  Improvements & bug fixes only! WTF? I guess it’s time to learn Figma.

I am not so much disappointed, as I am infuriated with rage.  Adobe XD on Windows feels like a slap in the face. After XD runs for a while, it will randomly prevent me from editing any text elements. i click on them, sometimes there's a text cursor and I am allowed to edit it, sometimes it freezes. Great. Restarting adobe xd occasionally helps, though rarely.   This has been the case for years. It's not a nit pick, it's a huge problem that costs me quite a few minutes every single day of my life.   I don't hope for this to be adressed by the company, I hope for better alternatives than Adobe XD to make their debut so we can switch there asap.   {Renamed By MOD}

I enjoy the challenge of creating all my interactions on one artboard whenever possible. I cannot figure out how I can create a state that resets itself when clicked off of itself. For example, I have a box visible in the "show" state. When it it cliked it is closed in the "hide" state. These child states are nested in a component with two states "A" and "B". The child states "show and hide" are only in parent state "B". I would like to go to state "A" in the parent and come back to state "B". When I return to "B" I should see the "show" state of the child whenever I select it. Instead what I am experiencing is the "hide" state. Since I previously closed it it is not it is not in the "show" state when I return. If this is not possible I can just create seperate artboards and make it work. Thanks.
