Adobe XD

Hey everyone! I'm having trouble exporting artboards from an XD file to After Effects. In my original design I'm only using two typefaces: Archivo and Space Grotesk, from Google Fonts. Curiously, these are the only fonts that After Effects appears to be unable to process? In the screenshots you can see I have an artboard with multiple text layers in different typefaces, and the top 4 (which are all Archivo and Space Grotesk layers) get imported as Myriad Pro, whereas the bottom 4 typefaces were imported properly. I found I'm able to manually change the typeface to Archivo or Space Grotesk on After Effects after I've imported, but it would take me a huge amount of time to do that to every layer in my project. What could be causing this problem?   Thanks in advance

I have a weird bug with the color picker. I have a MacBook pro mid-2017, and this bug is only happening with my external display (Philips 4k phl 288e2).Basically, if I have an element with a certain color, and I use the color picker the pick its color and apply it to another element, the result is not the same color. I'll get a less saturated color with less saturation.if I move adobe xd to my MacBook display, it is fine. I only get this bug with my external display.

A friend and I are using the same account, working on the same file. We are unable to track each other on the file. After every change there's a pop-up asking whether to accept remote changes. What is up? How can we see each other on the file and sync our changes at a same time?

I have an active preview/prototype link for an old file that I was working on, but I have lost the original working file.A lot of time and effort went into creating it. Obviously for the prototype link to exist and function, all of the necessary images, links and other files must exist somewhere. Is there a way to download them?The file is not stored on the cloud, but the the link is hosted in my account. I'm looking to recover the working file.Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have been having issues when trying to update some text boxes. It doesn't happen all the time, I never know when it is going to occur, some times I close browser and it works, but I would like to know if this issue it's being handled because it is happening to me from more than 1 month now. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I want to share my Adobe XD prototype with developers. When I try to create link I get „You’re not connect to internet…” notification. But I am connected to the internet.

Lets be honest everyone agrees to this our clients love using adobe photoshop and we cannot give them a psd format so at least make us being able to open our files on photoshop or export as psd like we can open Ai / Psd files on xd, photoshop should be able to open xd files thank you for your time

All it would have taken was 2 small features to get back on track and please stop replying to vote on it, people of have been voting and asking for this for many years now. When if ever, will you come out with: Dark Mode and Pages? I love XD, but when will you realize that you are losing hundreds of thousands and soon to be millions of subscribers to Figma and other Prototype software. Adobe was one of the first to create something so amazing like XD but someone in your team has lost direction to what matters to your audience and is responsible for losing millions of dollars due to people switching over to Figma and other prototyping tools. I have written to your staff on numerous times, and no one has ever got back to me. Your subscribers have been asking for simple items that you already have in all your other software and every time someone asks about 2 of the easiest features that a basic developers could create in literally 1 day if not quicker.  While your tea

Hii am using adobe xd and when i trying to export objects as svg it fails every timemy objects are smalller than 16,000 x 16,000i am not trying to export it to locked directorymy object aren't under 1x1 size  it happanes even when i am trying to export a simple square or a circle  also tried to re-install xd and my windows 10 is updated

Hi, i have notebook that have good specs, but small storage. I cant upgrade to new windows 10. I downloaded XD installer and it says i nedd windows version 1709, but i have 1703. Can i get older version somewhere? Thanks

I would like a way to produce a report of where instances of cloud library components are used XD files. Is there a way to do that?

After viewing and reading tutorials on how to share a prototype built in XD I have attempted to perform the steps on my own project but just get a blank screen and console errors when I attempt to open the index.html file in my browser.  I am using the latest version of XD Enterprise.here is what I have done:Once all of my artboards were wired up, I selected the tap in the upper left of my home artboard, and it turned blue. In the Share tab, the home artboard, and all of the wired up artboards are highlighted in Blue.Set the preset to Design ReviewSelect 'Export Prototype', the process runs, and a folder is added to the export destination.Open the exported prototypes folder in Finder and open the index.html file in my browser.A blank screen loads witht the following console errors:  Can anything be done to fix this?

When I invite a client who does not have Adobe license to my project, when he enters the comments I would like them to be notified by email to all invited collaborators and not just to the owner.How is this achieved?

How many decades does it take for live preview to work on Android? I've read so many official Adobe articles that says this is working but it's not. Then the articles is re-written to "coming soon", then it says "Preview prototypes using the XD mobile app (iOS and Android)" but it's not working! I've just finnished downloading the two january XD updates but it's still not working. I've tried it on Galaxy S7+ and Galaxy S10. When I open the XD mobile app and connect it to the PC as described with XD documents open nothing happens. All I see is this screen. It's been like this always, so what's the point in having this app for Android when it doesn't work?! Is this one of those "uhm, sorry it doesn't work on Windows" type of cases again?      

 Can I temporarily put my subscription to XD starter for now? I haven't been using the software for 8 months until now because I had to deal our parents' health matters. Also what is the difference between the paid and starter plan? Can I save my files to my computer for now?  Cheers 

I've been having this issue for almost three weeks now where the browser view of the document that you get when creatin a Sharing link does not match the actual content of the document. The problem seems to happen at random and to random links. Did anyone else get this problem? Do you know what could be done to fix it? This is the primary way I show my deliverables so it is becoming a very big problem for me.  

Hi, we have been experiencing issues when creating and updating links to share prototypes. We have a document with several flows, each one with a different name and link. Randomly, when we open one, looks like the system mixed them and the prototype shown belongs to a different link-name, so it doesn't match links with names nor content. Is there anybody having the same issue?Does anybody knows why is this happening and or how to fix it?  Thank you in advance.

Hi,   I work with a group of designers and we struggle every time a colleague go on vacation or just change project and we want to continue working sharing and updating same links. We need to download the file, share with all the group again and update manually every single link. We do this for a lot of projects... And it really a pain.   Do you know if the possibility to transfer ownership of a file is a feature in the backlog? I lost days of work and documentation today when I opened XD and, to my surprise, the file was in the state it was 2 weeks ago when I first started this project. I've checked everywhere, and CC simply has a registry up until the 7th of July for my files. I even tried switching to personal account to see if for some reason my file moved there at some point, but no. I'm guessing this is a DB issue and I hope that Adobe can restore my files history.
