Adobe XD

This morning when I opened XD I got a "your developer license has expired" warning from Windows, that was solved fairly quickly by changing some settings.   But now if I want to export something, ranging from a single shape to a whole artboard, I get the message: "There was a problem exporting your asset. We'd love to understand what went wrong so that we can fix this for you. Please tell us about the problem here."   I reinstalled XD multiple times and logged in and out of CC as told by Adobe Support, nothing fixed the error and it's kinda getting really annoying because I can't export at all and XD also doens't know what the cause is.   Does someone have any advice?   EDIT: I tried older versions of XD, they all have this problem now.       {Title renamed by MOD}

HiHow can I get the point text box to snap to the bottom of the text?This causes issues with alignment etc.This issue has wasted me lots of time.  

They say Adobe XD 42.0 Support Apple Silicon M1 Chip, I'm using mac pro-2020 and updated my XD into 42.0 then I have a problem that the XD extremely lag which is wasting my time and really annoying. I created a drop down option selector tool. I added in an affect that highlights the option that you are hovering over. However, it only highlights one option. It will only highlight another option if you take the mouse off of the component then go back and hover over another option. That is not very fluid. Is there a way to fix this in XD?

Hello, i am unable to use the shared components from my library on other documents than the main one whilst my team members can in any document. Only a select few of the components will appear in the new document i roughly counted 5/100+. Quand je lance l'aperçu de mon prototype XD sur mon téléphone les images sont de très mauvaise qualité malgré le fait que je n'utilise que des images de très bonne qualité. Et je ne sais pas comment régler ça. (j'ai mis la différence de qualité entre le prototype et l'aperçu sur mobile.) Si vous avez des idées pour m'aider !! Merci d'avance

PDFs exported with masked images look broken when opened. The images seem to be enlarged and rotated within the masked space. I've noticed this is an ongoing issue and that the Mac OS preview is being blamed in previous posts. They look strange when viewed on all available viewing platforms I have (chrome, safari, mac OS preview) with the exception of Adobe Acrobat. In Acrobat, when you scroll down a multi-page PDF, these masked images are greyed out, but when you zoom out they look fine. I'm using the most up to date version of XD (24.3.22.2) in Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. I have a 2017 iMac Retina 5k with 48gb memory and 3.4Ghz Intel Core i5 processor.The workarounds suggested previously are unintuative to the way I work. That is, drawing a rectangle, then dragging an image from the finder into this rectangle, rather than using 'mask with shape', my preferred option. A fix would be good rather than a workaround.

I have imported a video to my prototype. As soon as I preview it the video works fine, except the video gets cropped a bit, unscaled. Which makes it look very weird.  Am I doing something wrong?

Has anyone connected a knob or dial to a computer to interact with a simulator in XD? If so, what hardware did you use. I need to be able to scroll left, right, and enter. Thanks.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Do we have an option to set timer to change to different state within a component? Coz linking between component states, i see only hover/tap/drag options.... i couldn't find the timer option here....

Hey guys!Can anyone help me please? Currently, I am unable to select objects from different groups.I do the Cmd + Shift to select them but when I go to select the second object, XD selects the whole group, like if I was only clicking on Shift. When I try to toggle the color and an overlay screen at the same time It doesn't work, Only does one, first the color and after the overlay screen, which means two clicks to toggle both states and after that I can just re toggle the overlay screen, the color won't change again.  Can anybody help me plz   

hello. I want to send a design I created in Adobe XD to Zeplin.However, it fails over and over again with the same problem as the title.'Error popup when proceeding by choosing [Plugins] - [Zeplin for XD] - [Export Selection] in Adobe XD' I am wondering what is causing that error popup.

Hello,   Please follow the following procedure to record an issue for sharing.   Note: Before you proceed with the recording, ensure that you hide or remove all confidential information on your computer or anything that you consider private information.   Windows 10 & 11:1. Open the Adobe application that you want to record in full screen.2. Press Windows Key + Alt + R simultaneously to start the screen recording.3. A floating window appears in the top right corner.Perform the actions you want and use your microphone to record audio (optional). You can also mute the mic if you don't want to capture any sound. 4. Hi,   I dont get why the option to round cornes is sometimes active and sometimes not? It's always as if some randomizer decides wether to show it in the UI or not   I literally just made a rectangle, removed border, gave it shadow, wanted to round the cornes but I cant because the option is gone. Draw a new rectangle and the option stays ...   Could someone explain please or is this a (perhaps known) bug?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

How do we use Adobe XD comments?Where is this feature?

We are a team of six designers and we work exclusively with Adobe XD.It is common for several of us to work on the same Adobe XD document and we do regular handovers of the work when one of us goes on vacation. We share our designs with the dev teams through links. The issue is that whenever the creator of the document is on vacation or unavailable, the link cannot be updated to share the updates with the development teams. This makes our work very slow since we have to ask the document owner to update the links one by one each time we want to push our updates. (A "update all links" button would be cool too!)I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and if there is a way to work around it. In addition, if it is in scope for future updates to add the ability for other users to update the links. Thanks for your help! 

We've been having a lot of issues in my team lately with collaboration due to files not syncing properly to the cloud. One of the things is not being able to share file - we are getting an error saying the storage is full, even though it's not (less than 1% of 1TB used). Other times, when we invite another team member into the file, they are not able to access becuase of not having the right permissions, but there is no option for different permissions during sending the invite. What can we do to fix this? Thanks!

Hi. In Figma when you change the preview settings in the browser the URL parameters change too. So you can share a link that is already 100% zoom and no Figma interface. Easy for people to see the site in your real size.With XD I can´t get the same thing. Seems that you have to warn the people opening the link that you need set the scale for 100%. The fullscreen attribute can go in the url, but the zoom will be scaled down to fit the client resolution. Because that being at fullscreen is bad because the client will not see the zoom select field.So, is not possible to force 100% zoom when opening?Thanks.
