Adobe XD

How do I deactivate that link?  I deleted the file in XD (permantently) I have no access to it, I just want it down.

My team can't access any libraries nor have their Cloud files uploaded to the cloud.   <Title renamed by moderator>

A prototype like this one (with multiple component states objects with mouse over effect and different page for each item selected) is frustratingly slow on browser. Adobe XD need to optimize component states to be viable besides simple cases. 

Today, my team updated Adobe XD to version 48.0.12.10 We found out that: We are not able to update our own libraries - All update buttons / links in Adobe XD are not working (BTW: why are you placing so many CTA to update library?) We are not able to edit nor update libraries created by someone else e.g. another member of the team.  This way we are not able to work with all our projects. We need immediate help. Anyone?          

When exporting, it is impossible to specify the path to which folder to save. There is a default folder "Downloads". It started after the last update was released. How can I change this without rolling back to the old version?   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi,Every once in a while, when a new update rolls out, when govering over certain elements I get the finger cursor, like on a website menu. I think it's extremely annoying and disruptive, and I would like to disable it. I don't see why I have to see this annoying cursor when I hover the rectangle tool, or the shadow color, or the flip button. Right now all the elements from the tool bar and from the righ side panel show this annoying finger cursor when I hover them, it's pointless, disruptive and annoying.Thank you

Bonjour, à plusieurs reprises j'ai voulu partager des plans de travail en mode developpement via xd et ou l'un de mes plans de travail apparait blanc dans le lien en ligne ou encore un bloc texte saute. Comment faire ? J'ai dejà essayé de supprimer et ajouter de nouveau mon plan de travail, cela ne fonctionne pas.Merci 

Hi, Im hoping you can provide some advice why XD links and embed codes do not work in the Edge browser. I have looked at other posts and followed the advice but it still does not work and a red bar appears with the error message: 'There was a problem displaying this prototype...'  The Edge browers is fully up to date, as is the OS. I have tested the same XD on other browsers and it works perfectly.This error seems to happen randomly so if you can provide some advice as to why this is happing please that would be greatly appreciated.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello! I cannot see in Adobe XD the tutorial, the new functions, support and feedback. I can see in tutorials online these features are included in XD and I wonder why not in mine. Thank you for your support.

I like to create "everything" in XD including a planned sitemap. It's nice because I can prototype link each sitemap "node" to a matching mock-up or wireframe for that page. It's a really nice experience for people to preview because you get context of where the page is organizationally and then click to see it in detail.   The sitemap "artboard" is just set to be as big as I need, it's not really based on any screen size and so you can imagine for an especially deep site, that can be pretty big. I swear that I used to be able to just open the preview link and hold space bar to drag the document around to look at the different nodes in the sitemap I've rendered.    Now though, I go into the preview view in the browser, hold space, I get a hand cursor like I expect, but I can't move the document. It does nothing. I can;t even scroll. Zoom works but not being able to drag it around which makes it really awkward or impossible to use. This is a common UI in most adobe p

I have earned a 9-month complimentary subscription to Adobe XD from a learning program. I already had an adobe creative cloud so I updated everything and installed Adobe XD using that account.After instaling, the program didn't open. Am I missing any step? I know, this question/request might sound strange but there is a reason which I explain a bit further below. So the question: can I install and run the free version of XD on a computer on which a full license of CC (including the option to install XD) is running? Or will the installer always install it with my full license?Reason/background: I have been asked to give someone some lessons in XD and this person uses the free version. He is worried that my full version has functions that the free version doesn't have, which could affect the teaching.Of course a related question could be: are there any other functions beside sthe sharing functions the free version is limited in (because if not the above worry might have no grounds anyway). I do not know enough about the free version (I didn't even know it exists before I had been approached for teaching) to see if there might be an issue to work parallel if one person uses the free one and one the paid one.Thanks

Im trying to bring in a vector logo that is made of many grouped pieces. It comes in fine as an SVG.Problem is, when I go to resize the group, the separate elements scale individually and not as a whole.How can I fix this?Can I lock their relationship to each other or does the vector art need to be prepared differently before being brought into XD?Original:Scaling that isnt working. (Its scaling the Group box. Not the elements inside.)

 Hello! When I try to start a new document or open a working file, this is all I am getting.It's basically blank and most all options are grayed out. Then the only way to exit the program is to force quit. I have logged out, re-installed, retarted my computer. Nothing is working. Please advise!

Adobe could not resolve my issues, please refund my money, I think I should try Figma now

Adobe made chances on the business accounts and now I have to migrate all my projects from a "personal account" (that will expire in 60 days), to the business account.Problem: YOU CANNOT move, download, migrate your files in bulk. You can't even download the folder you create for your files!Adobe's recommendation is to download the files, and then upload them after logging in to your other account.This needs to be done ONE file at a time.This is one of the most backwards, non-user-friendly decisions Adobe has made.Why would you choose to break something that is working OK?I need a workaround to move 80+ projects (each with multiple files) from a personal account to the business account, that doesn't imply losing 2 working days migrating files thanks to your idiotic decisions.

Hi IM IN NEED OF HELP PLEASS HELP!i use Xd to make a website. When i shared the link the first page good scroll down. The second one is stuck. Can't scroll down or anywhere. I think my Xd file is to big. I got 6 other pages linked to the page... Good this be it? how to solve it? anyone pleas help me i got exams comming up and i need to fix this before...
