Adobe XD

Hello,When I create an image the X and Y axis are correct.  But when I export an image in PNG format the X and/or Y axis changes slightly ( 1-10 pixels).  What could be doing that?

I've downloaded some fonts in creative cloud, or activated them rather. But they're not showing up in XD. after restarting the program some went through but now I'm trying to add more fonts (the rest of the family) and they are not showing up in XD. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Note: I have tried closing XD and deactivating/reactivating fonts. Does not work consistently. Thank you. 

Hello - is there a way to copy a component from one XD file to another and retain states in the new version?Currently when I paste into the new XD file only the default state it shown. The "make local component" option is no longer available. I need to make a new XD file because the performance on existing one is slowing down due to number of artboards.  Thanks!

i am working on app based on fitness, and tried applying glass effect within it, the effect works perfectly on the artboard, but when i switch to preview mode/share the document/ view on my mobile xd app the effect seems to be not working. this is how it looks on the artboard    and this is how it apperas on the preview mode and xd mobile app.     xd version as of 10/03/2022am working on intel macbook pro, running Big Sur OS version 11.6(pls dont tell me to upgrade my macos to montrey cus its all buggy&#x1f605). Kindly help

I noticed after the 49 update that the colour picker selector has turned really dark.Anyone else facing the same issue? The horizontal top line is very dark, but the colour code and HSB levels seems to be correct.Example screenshot:

Hi, I had a sudden internet outage last night when having an XD file open in the background. As a result, my entire file has seemed to have disappeared?! There were no unsaved changes but after my internet came back up, the file can no longer be opened - I just get stuck on a loading bar - however, a prior developer export (linked) seems to still be accessible.    Can someone help me understand what happened, and more importantly tell me if I can use the link to recreate the XD file?   Thanks in advance.   {Renamed By MOD}

I am not able to copy paste betwen files. I will like to copy from a local file and paste it to a cloud layout. Should I uninstall and reinstall XD? I have rebooted multiple times and tried to troubleshoot but still happening.

I need the version 45.1.62.3. Is there any way to install this version. I need it as my team members are creating files in that version. Which I can not open using 47 version, nor the 45.0 version. Any help would be appreciated .

Hi I am trying to create a hover effect using an ellipse. The ellipse shape has a square border around it, so when I am trying to hover over the ellipse as soon as I get to the square borders the hover effect will be triggered although I am not even touching the ellipse. Is there any solution to this problem? 

HiDownload the XD 49.0.12 update.And now I can not see a creation in a chrome-plated browser or any browser, gets an error message (see attached image). I was using XD and adding colors to the document assets and it stopped letting me add any more to it. Is there a hard limit on assets you can have and if there isn't why will it no longer let me add more colors?As you can see from the image the plus button is greyed out and will no longer let me click it.

Problem Statement: I usually create B2B websites(IT based) where we have tons of pages including icons and images in almost every sections. After creating all the mockups I handsoff the XD developer link for creating HTML and CSS. When developer downloads all the images they usually come to us(design team) saying that the images sizes are too large to incorporate in the site. They ask us to share compressed file size and give those assets in the proper folder structure. Now for that I take help of any online image compression site to reduce all the assets size and send them back to developement as per thier requirement.   Workflow What I Want: Design > Create Link for Develeoper > Developement > Final Launch   Worflow What I Am Following: Design > Assets Export > Compression of Assets > Creat Link for Developer > Developement > Final Launch   Doubt: Now, If I have to do all the assets export process, what is the use of XD developement link? Hi! I've included a video of what the output on the Adobe XD app for iOS looks like, and a still of what it looks like in Adobe XD for Windows with all the settings open so you can see. I started a whole new project and just added a shape to the bottom, made it a background blur then turned on vertical scroll so you can swipe it up onto the page, and in the output via my iPhone, it glitches out and is completely wrong. It also comes out wrong when I push the play button in the program itself. Check it out, I included pics and vids:  

XD prototype links are not opening on mobile devices. Need to present to the client but the links are not opening up on Safari / Chrome browsers on mobile. Not sure what the issue is.  Need to help to resolve it.    ~ Hetal <Title renamed by moderator>

So... Audio playback and trigger is all great. But due to recurent back and forth in order to test sounds in different platforms (So even if I am ok with my sound design, I still need to know how it adapts to each devices and so I need it uploaded on adobe Xd). The thing is I just stopped to use it for now because I have already 4 duplicates within adobe Xd, each of them with a tiny change. I don't need the previous version of these sounds and I'd like to remove them from the list... Make sens, doesn't it? But where do I manage these files? No idea. Please help me on this or otherwise it'll be hundreds of sounds, most of them versionning of the first one, stacked on this list.Cheers.

I want to be able to create a nutrition chart based on what the user would make. so they would choose a series of ingredients and I would want the chart to show the nutrional value of what the user would have put together. is this possible? 

I clicked on a link made with Adobe XD to see a project design. The link is open, but when you zoom in on the image, it freezes and the phone crashes and shuts down. Then it opens again. Am I the only one encountering this problem? Device iPhone 12 mini iOS version 15.3.1

I need to upgrade my starter plan online. I would like to know if it can be installed on another laptop if ever I need to change my current laptop. i.e is the licence transferable to a new device and how to proceed to install it on a new device.
