Unable to see XD files on my updated subscription. Hi,I'm using my companies my Adobe account, on 27th January they had updated the license. We have three profiles under that account. 1st valuefy technology Pvt. Ltd, 2nd Valuefy Technology, 3rd Personal. Previously my work was saved in the second profile "Valuefy Technology" but after the IT team updated the license, I'm unable to access my xD files. whenever I open xD it says "starter plan". Now I'm unable to see & access my cloud documents which I have been working on for the past 2 months. But in the adobe account (refer to screenshot- 1) it already says we have subscribed to the whole adobe plan, but when I open the xD it says you have to upgrade from starter plan (refer to screenshot - 2). In the Creative Cloud desktop app, I can view my past notification and file sharing(refer to Screenshot - 3). But I'm unable to access xD.I have tried re- installing xD, Creative cloud. but its not working. I also infored my IT team, but they are helpless. we are 4 poeple using th
