why default font is segoe ui in xd (windows 10) ? we should have save preferences option .

Would be great to be able to export/print pdf all the comments/notifications from the Xd prototype published link.Looking foward to have this in the next update! Thanks!

An idea for Adobe Xd app developers!You might want to add a checkbox with - No more shows that awful blue bar every time I open a file.I already know very well that files don't share components when I don't share a library in the cloud.Holy crap! Is this so hard to do? So labor intensive?

Hi all, My access to adobe xd was removed about one week ago, and today it has been renewed.After renewal, all published files have been removed, and I cannot update the existing links but only create new ones. On the other hand, I receive notifications about the latest comments on the existing links. My problem is that I need to update the existing links as there are some comments that I need to keep.Any suggestion? Eleni   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi,I'm using my companies my Adobe account, on 27th January they had updated the license. We have three profiles under that account. 1st valuefy technology Pvt. Ltd, 2nd Valuefy Technology, 3rd Personal. Previously my work was saved in the second profile "Valuefy Technology" but after the IT team updated the license, I'm unable to access my xD files. whenever I open xD it says "starter plan". Now I'm unable to see & access my cloud documents which I have been working on for the past 2 months. But in the adobe account (refer to screenshot- 1) it already  says we have subscribed to the whole adobe plan, but when I open the xD it says you have to upgrade from starter plan (refer to screenshot - 2). In the Creative Cloud desktop app, I can view my past notification and file sharing(refer to Screenshot - 3). But I'm unable to access xD.I have tried re- installing xD, Creative cloud. but its not working. I also infored my IT team, but they are helpless. we are 4 poeple using th

So some of my team have upgraded to the latest version of XD. I now can't open any of the files on my Mac as it can't upgrade to a newer OS. I don't see why I should have to buy a new Mac when the one i've got is working perfectly well. This is a very blinkered approach by Adobe.    

It would be really, REALLY great if you could add timed transitions between states in components. That would make animated interaction element a breeze, without having to resort to multiple artboards.   EG. Think 4 images crossfading.   <Title renamed by moderator>  

I shared my design to a collegue and now we are unable to link the design i sent to the designs of my collegue'. Please help. They copied my design from my document and pasted it in their own document, i just thought I should mention that.

The users are not able to drag and drop the thumbnails from adobe to the folders It was working till december end .....but it has stoppped working now  Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated . 

I have ordered my slides, numbered them in order, tried to create a path linking the order, and nothing works. To date this issue has never occured, and started out of the blue. I can go a couple slides in order, it skips around, gets back into order, then skips again.  Is there a bug in the recent release? any suggestions?

I have XD Version 45.1.62.3 x64. Trying to open a File keeps telling me that it has been created with a newer version and that I need to update. But i can't update to any newer version because I'm running Mac 10.14.6 and the newer version requires at least 10.15.Is there anything I can do to open the file or what can the person with the newer version do, so I can open it?

I'm using Adobe XD and when I export my JPEG file in 1x and 2x, the 1x image appears with all elements correctly, but the 2x image does not display some of the visual elements. This happens whenever I export to 2x mode (in jpegs or PNG). Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi, I'm experiencing unresponsive app whenever I try to work with fonts in newest Adobe XD (47.0.22). Even selecting text layer makes Windows Font Cache Service to ramp up CPU workload and XD UI becomes sluggish to unrensponsive. Then it crashes. This didn't happen in previous version (even though sometimes I had to minimize and maximize the window to get type working again). Windows 11, i7, 16 GB RAM, nVidia MX150.   Thanks for advice.   {Renamed By MOD}

I am using Turkish keyboard. This is the shortcut I use the most When I use this shortcut it opens the view menu. I restarted the computer and reinstalled XD, unfortunately the problem persists.     <Title renamed by moderator>  

I'm posting it as a record - hopefully I'm not the only one struggling with this "feature".I've created a (nested) component in my main library to consume from in normal designs - for consistancy and it's best practices. In the main library the main component has it's different states like the hover, disabled etc.The frustrations I have is that if I populate my (nested) component with an icon, copy and resize to fit the screen (when I'm consuming from the library) - in an design outside the library. The content doesn't get updated on the other states. I litterly have to redo every state and then the issue arises of misalignment - and looking inconsistant. Whats the point of the states if when I start populating it with actual content, it doesn't trickle down on the states below? Anyway, just finding it very frustrating and unpractical from a design system and consistancy point of view. 

Hi there,I am trying to Auto-Animate an oval shape to move continuously in a circular motion in XD. But, when the oval reaches the full circle at 360°, it oddly spins the oval suddenly and moves forward in a circular motion. I have tried to adjust the rotation values in the panel manually, but it seems this spin persists. I couldn't figure what makes this extra spin at the end of the loop. Could you please help me solve this issue?Thank you.Dori  

Since today's update through CC - XD will not open. The screen pops up and then it closes. I stopped CC and restarted- trying again, with the same results. I even rebooted, still the same result. Anyone else seeing this? 

I just upgraded all my Adobe applications (wish I hadn't!), and suddenly anything I copy from Illustrator into XD is losing the styling.  Colors are lost, gradients are lost, and weird groupings and extra objects and layers are created when a single one-layer object is pasted from Illustrator into XD. Everything was working PEREFECTLY last week, and after the upgrade, pasting from Illustrator to XD  is messed up.  See the attached PNG files.Adobe Illustrator 2022 v: 26.0.2Adobe XD  v: 47.0.22.9 x64, Creative Cloud Sync 5.2.0.17macOS: 10.15.7 Catalina

hallo stand 26.1 geht adobe xd nicht zu updaten auf dem mac und damit lassen sich keine datein aus der cloud die mit einem neueren adobe xd erstellt wurden aktualisieren  habt ihr dafür eine lösung? vg

I update in creative cloud then i didn't download plugin in xd. Resolve this issue 

Me and my team is posting comments on xd shared file. But not receiving the email notification of the comments put by the other team members, its getting very difficult to track the comments put by others. Even if in account settings Adobe Account its set to receive all emails, we arent receiving any Please help
