Adobe XD

Hi Adobe,  So I am using Adobe XD to create software prototypes and stuff. I designed an icon in it and in the export stage, I am facing a weird problem. This is the icon, when exported as PNG, which exports as is (true to the design) -   However, this is what happens when exported as SVG (tried all permutations and combinations of the SVG export parameters, still same results) -  Notice how the lower-left portion of the icon-design is completely messed-up? That's the bug. Similar problems are showing-up while exporting other SVGs as well, which is forcing us to export them inn PNG, but it's not the ideal scenario and hampers us from using lottie-animations, which is a dealbreaker for our product.  Kindly requesting for some support and a fix please. Thank you!

Hello, I am very new to adobe XD, and I find it very frustrating to use. I have created a link with the plugin called anima so when a user clicks on the text it will make them click the link and bring them to the website. I have done everything but when I try to interact with what I created in the desktop preview, it does not let me click or interact with anything on the art board, it's just like if it was an image. I made a link and hover effect, but both of those do not show. How can I fix this? Please do like a step-by-step instruction or something easy to follow. I have very little experience in how to use XD. thanksthis image shows that I made the text have a link and hover effect ^^^^-----------------------------   

Hi Guys, I'm working on exporting design assets for the web developer as I normally do. For the images, I uaually use JEPGs. Recently, all the photos I've been exporting just look very blurry and low quality, tried both PNG and JPEG, just not acceptable. I designed them at the 1x size. And I have checked this article: https://medium.com/thinking-design/protip-exporting-assets-in-adobe-xd-c586996de703 It's pretty dated, and nothing really helps.  I attached a screen shot of the comparation between design view in XD (Left) and an image (Right) I exported. You can see that not only it became pixelated, the color also changed and look duller...Both views are at 100%.  I already designed and cropped every image the way I wanted in XD, and I don't want to go back to photoshop to crop and resize them one by one. (Tired) Please let me know if this is a software bug or a set up I can change on my end. (The "Preferences" button in my XD is also greyed out.

Hi,We have Adobe XD packaged through the Shared Device Licensing option and deployed out to domain computers on our network. A user will log onto the computer with account (e.g. user@domain.co.uk) and then launch Adobe Creative Cloud, log into it with user@domain.co.uk which is successful and they are able to launch Adobe XD through Adobe Creative Cloud. They then log out of Adobe Creative Cloud, and then log off the computer.A second user comes along, logs into the computer with account differentuser@domain.co.uk, starts Adobe Creative Cloud and successfully logs in with differentuser@domain.co.uk. They then try and launch Adobe XD through the panel but it just sits at the launch/splash screen for about a minute then crashes out and closes the XD window.All other software we've packaged this way has worked fine with multiple domain accounts. Anyone else have a similar issue? Any idea why it's getting locked out from the second account onwards and why the first account is able to

We are in the process of re-creating a design system with co-editing, making good progress until a certain point everything starts to slow down, saving to the cloud takes longer and longer... often blocking us from using the file whilst saving... opening the file also takes sometimes between 10-15 min...When opening the file from the cloud we start seeing a message saying that components should be under 20,000 layers for optimal performance...giving us a list of the problematic components.These components all share the same issue; they contain many sub-components (and sub-sub-components) that each have about on average about 5 states.For example: A modal with header and footer containing many form elements each of which have states such as hover, focus ,pressed, disabled, etc.... multiple inputs with such as calendar pickers (also made of many buttons with multiple states)Conclusion: We have had to completely re-structure and not use components with multiple states, but rather create a

I heve been getting  erorr 5719 for 4 days now  and I have tried almost all the solutions provided by the Adobe's employees. I did the "gpedit.msc" process , I did reinstalle creative cloud and XD , I did the creative cloud cleaner tool and the result was an erorr titled :The process with PID 10092 could not be terminated.I do not know what else I can do. I'm having a problem with a Lottie animation in XD.I would like this Lottie, set to loop endlessly, switching from one artboard to another, to continue without starting over each time.I connected the two artboards with Auto Animate, thinking that the Lottie having not been modified in any way would have continued from the previous point, but it didn't work. Thanks to anyone who will help me

Hi,Past two days suddently xd is not opening any of my cloud documents. I have already closing all process form activity monitor in my mac, Updated the creative cloud, and have restarted system as well. Nothing has worked. Kindly suggest a soltuion for same. Attached is the screenshot for same.

Right now because of this horrible behavior I'm using invision and paying more money for something that already exists in XD (but not really useful).   If you share 1920x1080 wireframe on Adobe Xd  by deafult the view is 74.7%!!!!!!! Hi,I create an XD document, and add two simple text. I put them in stack.There is a big space between both (no marge in the attribut) When I create an HTML document, and add the same texte, with the same css attribut, I don't have the same space between both.Do you have any idea how can I reduce the marge in XD ? I want to organize my components and I can't get the create group to pop up on my iMac or my Macbook pro. I have the latest version of XD. When I select and right click it only gives me this:

My company changed the contract form with Adobe plan, and now I can't view my Creative cloud files I was working on it, in my Enterprise profile.  It happened because with the change of contract, my Enterprise profile is set as a "free account", and my Personal Profile is now the p"paid account".  But my working files in the past days are in the Enterprise profile! And I have until 30th December to deliver a job! WTF Adobe! Since Enterprise / Personal Profiles where created in September, I'm having this boring situations... it's too confused!

Hi!   I'm making custom SF Symbols using Apples templates from the SF Symbols app on macOS. I've exported templates from the app and placed them into separate artboards for each icon. I have then gone ahead and replaced the template icons with my own. I have several of these artboards in a single project .xd file.   I've noticed that black borders (of varying sizes) of paths without a fill background sometimes aren't exported when I export the artboards. I.e. nothing is rendered in the .svg when I export an outlined icon without a fill.   I've sometimes been able to export properly by: Changing the color of the border to #010101 Changing the fill from no fill to 1% #FFFFFF Copying the artboard in question to another .xd project and exporting from there   Any ideas about what is causing this behaviour?   I tried attaching a project file in which this error occurs, but apparently it's not allowed (some obscure error  message saying "The contents of the att

What happens: When trying to insert the attached SVG into Adobe XD, only the first part of the path is inserted, everything after that is cut off. What should happen: The full path should be displayed, like in the browser (e.g. Chrome).   The SVG is from https://www.carbondesignsystem.com/guidelines/icons/library/ (Search for "Collaborate"). Other icons from that library work fine. Interestingly the same thing happens when trying to optimize the SVG here: https://petercollingridge.appspot.com/svg-editor/. As a workaround, I've been able to load the file after importing and exporting it from https://editor.method.ac/.     <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I've been experiencing a strange issue for months on and off. When I preview my designs locally everything looks fine, however sometimes (seemingly randomly) the grey background color will be broken on a published link (see attached. that weird pattern is supposed to be grey like the rest of the background). The weird thing is, this happens only if the XD preview is set to 100% and the browser zoom is set to 100% as well. As soon as I change any of those zoom values, the grey color is appearing correctly.  I have windows 10 (1909), XD version 31.0.12.23, CC 4.3.51.3 however this has happened on older versions as well. It aslo happens in all browsers (Chrome, FF, Edge).

I have almost one hundred artboards, when I edit one of them, suddenly the cloud file shows saving, then all content were missing, but the artboard is still be here. I try to find the latest backup version file, unfortunately, missing too. Go back to one hour point before, the file is back. Why? There will be a lot of changes within 1 hour. I miss my file.

Hi, I am writing to request clarification on the issue of the impossibility of updating a link that has already been shared.I saw several reports, but none can clarify the problem pointed out by error 55:42.In this file, in particular, I have 7 links, of which I created 3 versions for each link, according to the necessary change steps. After opening the file, and making a simple change to the text "Examination 3", copying and pasting it to the home clipboards of the other flows, I updated the first 6 links until 7 got the error message.Is there a limit on links per file? Note: I don't know if it's relevant, but I'm in Brazil. mac-OS Catalina 10.15.7. My native language is not English, so please forgive the likely mistakes. 

Hi, I was working on a file, and I am the sole contributor. Suddenly I received a pop-up message saying to save an earlier version of that file. When I clicked on the link, my file got closed, and now I can't open it. I can't even download it. Please help me. I am loosing an important piece of urgent work. Many thanks in advance.
