Adobe XD

Hello! When I use the "Share" link in a Usertesting.com test, it opens the prototype at a reduced zoom level for the users, both when I set it to "fullscreen" mode on and when "fullscreen" is off. I'm doing unmoderated tests so am unable to explain how to adjust, and it's negatively impacting our feedback as people comment the text is too small, or about the large size of the white "bars" on the left and right sides. My artboards are 1500px width and multiple heights (usually 3000px or more), but the issue happens on all of them. It's been multiple tests and multiple files. Generally, my Scrolling is set to "Vertical" and "Viewport Height" is 1280. I tried changing the "Viewport Height" to 1080 and 800 and it still displays at different Zoom levels. =( This happens in mulitple browsers. Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my Adobe XD prototype when viewing it in presentation mode on monitors with different screen sizes. When I open the prototype in full-screen mode on a larger monitor, I notice white bars on the left and right sides of the screen. This happens because the prototype doesn’t scale properly to fit different monitor resolutions. I came across a solution where you can set the Viewport Height to match the browser height (as described in this post: link), and it works fine on my current screen size. However, if I move the browser to a different monitor with a different resolution, the white bars reappear, which could be a problem for clients using different screens. Is there a way to set the prototype width to 100% so that it scales automatically across all screen sizes, or any other solution to make the prototype fully responsive and prevent the white bars? Thank you in advance for any help!

After Synced Files are discontinued, will I still be able to access my Adobe XD files and prototypes, or will they no longer be available after February 3rd? Additionally, will Adobe XD stop working entirely, or will it receive an update? What will happen to all the existing XD files? If there's a solution to safely store and back up my Adobe XD files and prototypes, could you please provide more information?

Hi, I wanted to ask a question since I've been looking for ways to create a touch application on the web. Adobe XD offers live editing and can serve as a host for the app, allowing me to create touch functions. My question is whether the "share custom" option has any limitations that would prevent me from opening the app externally or if there is a time limit for storing it in the cloud.

I need to type X'Y'Z' but XD is changing my straight quotes to curly quote marks each time.How do I turn this off? XD Preferences are not accessible yet (greyed out).Thanks

Hi Adobe XD team, I am using for Adobe XD for UX/UI designs for my organisation.   It's a small story about me. I'll tell you. When suddenly my boss comes to my seat asking me some file. I am always searching my files in XD where it is. While dragging and searching the files which created last six months back. My face always filled up with tiredness. I am always searching...searching.....searching. Oh, god....finally I get when my boss already leaving my seat to ask me to send the file when you get. I always test my luck.   So, I think you guys understand my frustration and same time luck.   I am using latest version of XD updated till the day.   I have attached a small reference video just for understanding.   Please work on the search option in XD, so that it will be very useful for me and for everybody.   Thanks for reading my story.   {Renamed By MOD}

I am very curious to know how many Figma's users at this stage will people come to to Adobe and use Xd now that Figma is starting to charge more for their application.

All settings greyed out and it's asking for my old computer that I don't have. Can anything be done to resume normality? I thought all the files were on the cloud because they flashed up on my new device but they may just have been smart previews. Thanks.

Adobe XD is taking too long to generate prototype link. Only for it to throw -1. Error - '44:76 Something went wrong'2. Error - 'You're disconnected. Check your Internet connection and try again' dispite being on a stable connection.

I need a way of sharing the layout grid view of my designs with my development team. The grid doesn't display when I share in the development view setting even if it's turned on on the designs. I also can't find a way to export a PNG/pdf of the design showing the grid. At the moment I'm having to work around this by screenshotting the designs with the grid overlay but this means they are really low Res. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Hi Adobe team, Just a little feedback from a new XD User. I have recently switched over from Sketch and am loving XD so far. My Number 1 complaint, feedback would be to please add a font preview in the font picker. Sketch has this as well as other Adobe Products! So WHY does XD not? Us UI/UX designs work with font heavily and this would be a nice future addition in an update. I'm sure everybody can agree. 

Hello My adobe xd Portfoilo prototype won't work when i share it on behance. i've tried drafts before and it used to work a couple of days ago but it won't work, i tried all the view sttings, still none of them work. please help me, i have to submit this today 

I always suffer when opening shared files from my office XD. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, it's always "hit and miss". Out of 5 shared files, only 2 are always successfully opened, the others are "lucky". There is a shared file that is just blank when opened (check the picture). How to solve this problem?

I saved a After effect's file and a XD file in a same foleder.But I re-open the AFter effects file which is exported from XD, there is no Images..What did i missed?... Can anybody help me?..

Hi, I hope someone can assist:My company has 4 Adobe XD licenses, all assigned. One of the assignees left the company without providing the password to her account. I want to try and reassign her license to another employee in an effort to preserve the files that she created.I am the Contract Owner but in the Admin Console I only have the option to remove a User and free up a license to be assigned to someone else, or to add an additional license. I don't want to remove the user completely, as her files will then be lost. I also don't want to add a new user, as this will not solve anything.So, is there a way to reassign a license to someone else within my Team? Without having to first remove the license and then assign it to someone else?Thank you.

Hi , I get a lot of complaints around the share links from internal stackholders within the company, aournd the very slow loading time of the XD links.    We tried to build very slim non-animated prototypes and still it takes a lot of time to load. When publishing my document assets as an adobe library while in XD, the library gets published, but contains nothing. Once the library is created, I am unable to add anything to it either when it says the following: Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? I am using a PC with Windows 10, and I am using Adobe XD version 44.1.12.5, and Create Cloud Sync is 4.21.1.1 Thanks!

I had created three prototype flows in my Adobe XD file. I created these prototypes a week ago. I have the link to the prototypes, but I am unable to find the file in 'Your Files' or 'Creative Cloud.' Please help me locate my XD file

Hola tengo un problema con el programa Adobe XD, es que cada vez que pasa el tiempo me consume mas y mas memoria RAM. Mi PC tiene 32GB lo cual se me hace raro que esté consumiendo casi toda la RAM y eso que solo diseño con pocas mesas de trabajo

Buenas tardes, quiero hacer una consulta acerca de diferencias en tamaños que noto al realizar un mock en Adobe XD y una vez que lo armamos en la web. Si bien los tamaños son exactamente los mismos, se ve totalment diferente una vez subido a la web. Yo trabajo en mesas de trabajo de 1920x1808.Así se ve en el mock de adobe xd, notar los espacios que quedan a los costados. Pero al subirlo a la web, se ve todo mucho más grande y con menos espacio a los costados, a pesar de tener el tamaño correcto: Esto está haciendo que cuando lo llevo al plano de la web, todo se vea grande, y completamente desproporcionado, tanto los tamaños en general como los tamaños de tipografía etc, que en el mock se ven bien (cuando lo llevo a VIsta prebia en tamaño completo también), pero al subirlo no se ve igual, aunque tengan los mismos tamaños especificados. Ayuda! A qué se debe y como puedo mejorar el mock para ver replicado exactamente lo mismo en la Web?Desde ya muchas gracias!

When i open adobe Xd this message pops up: "Sorry, your sign-in doesn't match the IP range of your assigned lab. Please contact you IT Administrator" and forces me to close Xd.I haven't set any IP restrictions to my account and its a free account so i dont think its even possible. I tried a different account and reinstalling, but the same message pops up.Why is this happening??

Whenever I need to bold/underline/format select highlight text in a text box, as soon as I try and change it (i.e. make a word bold) it makes the entire box of text bold instead of the highlighted selected text. Never used to happen but effectively I can't format copy within text boxes now. Thanks in advance for any help!   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi Team, I have installed Windows 11 Enterprise two days ago. When i open the Adobe XD its automatically closing once i launch the application. Then uninstalled the Adobe Xd and Creative cloud and the installed. After installed launched the Xd from creative cloud, It takes nearly 20 to 25mints to open the file or it got stuck while loading (attached). Really dont understand the problem here whether its issue with windows or Xd compatiblity? Provide any solution to work happily in Adobe Xd.
