Adobe XD

Hey all, just looking for some advice on how to make so when i transition from one page to another, scrollable, page, it'll load at the top. Seems to really break the immersion loading midway up the page. Many thanks   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello there. I've recently installed the creative cloud on my Microsoft Surface to co-work on a XD project with 3 other people in my class. It won't work for me, although I removed and re-installed XD again. Is there any way to fix it because it's very urgent and we have to get it done by the end of the week!

Hey buddies,it happens to me with a few fonts: as you can see, I can use the font but it's Regular all the time, I can't choose the weight... I use this font on Adobe Illustrator, PSD, and it works well. It happens to me with more than one font... Anyone knows what can I do? I tried re-installing the font but doesn't work 😞thank you so much Gisela

I am working in collaboration with another designer in the company, and as she prepares and updates a part of the design for which she has invited me to edit, I open her document on the cloud but right before it finishes loading on my device, Adobe freezes.  Is there a way for me to diagnose what problems could be arising? Or, what are the most common issues that could be causing this? Thank you.

Hello everyone,I've been having an issue with one particular prototype lately. When I open said prototype in the XD mobile App(tryed various devices, both IOS and Android) the Prototype doesn't open in the already set home screen, it jumps to artboard Nº47 instead. This problem is exclusive to the mobile app, when I open the Prototype on a shared link(web browser) the starting screen is the intended and set home screen.I've tryed changing the home screen to another screen and back to the desired home screen.           - Problem persisted, the home screen never changed when I opened the prototype on the mobile app.I've tryed reuploading the file with a new name and deleting the "old one".          - Problem persisted, the mobile app keeps opening the prototype on artboard Nº47.Tryed both updating and reinstalling the mobile app on the device.          -

hola, tengo un problema cada vez que abro cualquier aplicación y trato de abrir mi biblioteca aparece el siguiente mensaje "Se produjo un error al inicializar Bibliotecas Creative Cloud" y ya intente todas las opciónes que da Adobe y nada funciona. espero alguien me pueda ayudar y muchas gracias.

  

Hi,I have trouble sharing my XD prototype. There are 9 artboards in my file with some links between them.The thing is when I try to share my prototype I have this error message : "You're disconnected. Check your Internet connection and try again." (attached screenshot).The error message appears some time after the upload has begun (usually crashes around 60 or 70%). My Adobe XD version is : v 44.1.12 (up to date)And I'm connected to Internet via Ethernet from work. So far I tried to :Disconnect and reconnect from my Adobe Creative account.Share my prototype from an Adobe XD file saved on the cloud and saved on my computer PS : I did some testing and It doesn't happen on small files. My Adobe XD files weights 57mo. Thank you

Updated XD and now i can't type anything, leave alone saving a file. Tried Alt + Tab, no success. Any help will be useful.

Hello  i'm trying to install some plug-in for XD but thay ask me for my ID and passwordso i put it but it doesn't work it says that it is wrong...i dont know how to do, i try to change my password try to log out log in and nothing works can you help me please?thank you

I am currently running XD 44.1.12.5 x64. I am working on a design system and was attempting to change the global color of a blue in or color pallet under document assets, something that should be a simple change to change across the document. However, when I attemted to change the color the color XD freezes and becomes unresponsive. I thought that this was strange but it consistently happens. I then created a save as file and then deleted all of the artboards except 1. This artboard has less than 100 elements that the blue color is referencing and XD still can barely change the global color. When you change it the program freezes for a 10 seconds and then changes the colors. Global colors is barely functional at this point ant time.  I've recrated this problem on brand new files along with the current design stystem files I'm using, so it not a bug specifically linked to one document. 

Hi Guys, I just opened xd today and realized all my data for the last 5 months are missing. The project I'm working on? Gone. I still have an active share link for it but can't seem to find my document. I restarted my computer sometime this week and I can't pinpoint exactly when I lost all my data just that I've lost it all.Any chance I'd be able to recover it?

I can't open Adobe XD suddenly!! But it's OK when I open Photoshop and Illustrator. Why??It show "We can’t verify your subscription status.We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. We're noticing an issue where scrolling artboards in XD links is very janky/broken, almost sticks at different points.  We replicated this on Windows, MacOS, and Linux, and in both Firefox and Chrome. The issue seems to be worse when the zoom is lower. For example, at 72.4% or lower its really frustrating for me, but at 100% zoom it's not. 75% its still broken, but much better than 72.4%. Another user didn't notice it get bad until going down to ~59.1% zoom. I'm running Chrome 93 maximized on a 1920x1080 monitor. I am using a mouse with a 'clicky' scroll wheel, in case you think this is related to people using scroll wheels instead of gesture mice. It isn't limited to specific links for us, but if you need us to provide one I can get one for you.

Hi everyone 🙂I am working on mobile webshop design, that contains a scroll group (horizontal) with buttons. The client would like to see the scroll group fading out at the right side. So in other words: The last element touching the right edge of the screen should be displayed gradient transparent. Does anyone know how to add such an effect? Thanks in advance!

When I download a UI kit from adobe xd, the width in the dashboard is 1600pxIsnt it 1920?

I messed up . We had a creative cloud all apps a organization account for the past 3 years where all our designs were done in XD for all projects . Just 10 days back changed the creative cloud all apps account to individual . Apparently there was a folder of cloud there. Now that folder is gone as no backup/ auto synch was not turned on . I have a links though which show the designs for that project but apparently that won't help m told by adobe customer care . I'm willing to upgrade , reactivate do anything to get my 3 years work data back . Even the adobe cloud assets link don't show our work

When using buttons with hover states, I noticed that there's a slight delay before I can click the button (after hovering over it).   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi all, the hover state seems to be stopping other animations for me. Context:I've created hover states for clickable links on the nav bar which uses 'Fix position when scrolling'. The hover states highlight the link and then can be clicked. Issue:I have other animations throughout the prototype but when I trigger the hover state (even without clicking) the other animations will stop or not begin.  I can reproduce this 100% of the time. I can even click on the navbar hover state to go to another page, then if I leave my mouse in the same position, it will trigger the hover state and stop animations on the new view.  If I quickly move my mouse away and avoid the hover state, animations will act as expected. Thanks for reading, would appreciate any help resolving this! Version: 44.1.12.5, Creative Cloud Sync 4.21.1.1
