Adobe XD

Hey,I am working on clickable prototype which have for eg. 4 individual workflows (with separate links)Now, I am looking to create a master link which is connected to these 4 different workflows without disturbing the individual links in the same xd file. Need your assistance please.

When selecting multiple images to export, i get an error I've never seen before. No error exporting one at a time. Just updated XD today.   <Title was renamed by moderator>

I have made some mockups in XD and shared them with users in my organization. Some users have no problem accessing the link while others do. I checked with our account managers and IT folks and they are not sure why it's not working for everyone. I added the users with the same permission level to a mockup and one can get in but the other cannot. I have an enterprise coporate account for Adobe Creative Cloud and think it doesn't have a link limit. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great. I love XD and want to share my stuff with my customers.

Dear community,  my colleague udated to the lastest version this morning. So did I. Unfortunately the cloud file is no longer accessible. There is a promt to update but the version I use is already updated. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Phil   <Title renamed by moderator>

After the last update for Adobe XD v41, Cloud Documents view on XD does not show the files there!It only shows a pre-loader that loads forever! I can't access the cloud files through XD but I can through CC Web.  Any ideas fellows?

It's frustrating that we paying for a software to have this crappy issues. I use Macbook Pro Big Sur. I have seen reviews from 2017 that have the same issue and doesn't seem to be a solution for the problem. There must be some kind of bug. Could you please try to fix this ASAP, I would much appreciate it. Thank you for looking into this. 

I created a big prototype that works locally, but when on browser, it takes too long to load. For some people it never loads.    SO is windows 10 XD version is v44.0.12     {Title renamed by MOD}

Hi everyone!I have some difficulties with the synchronization of my XD Files. The new Cloud File I created today isn't "uploading" to the cloud.And I can not open the file my collegue shared with me.The invitations to the file reached me, but there is no way to open it.I already checked my connection and updated XD today.Any tipps? Hello Everyone,i have currently a problem with adobe xd and the problem is that i installed the program on my new laptop and i had to move old files from my old laptop in order to use it on the new laptop and when i try to open any of these files/designs on XD it crashes immediately and i tried updating and reseting and everything but it wont work + when i create a new file it would work but the old files wont Any help would be useful ! Thanks in advance

Hello, I was (auto)saving my Adobe XD file into Adobe cloud CloudToLocalMRCUCache and from yesterday I cannot access to documents. It says: "Sorry, we can't open this document. You don't have permission to open this document. I'm logged into adobe with our business acount.

When I access a link to an adobe XD project in a windows browser (chrome, edge, etc) The overlap panelon the screen is partially pixelated and does not fully load. If i load this same link on a Mac (in chrome) it loads fine. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? 

When I create a repeat grid there is nowhere to name the resulting artboards.  When I make the artboards first the repeat grid doesn't ever seem to fit.  How can I name a repeat grid? Thank you

Hi,I have the very latest download of XD for Windows 10 and have just been trying to export all of my site graphics as pngs...However, the graphic quality is very bad (pixelated) on everything that was brought in originally from Photoshop. In the XD program itself, the quality is perfect. It simply won't save it that way. Everything made from XD itself saves off perfectly.My previous XD download did not have this problem. Everything was perfect when exporting elements as pngs.I have not changed anything since, apart from having the latest XD download now.Please help asap as it is for work.Many thanks.

I cannot understand how to order my layers for teh animate to work. I am trying to createa an slider with content that advances using a sigle click. I have seven slides. Below it are indicators of what slide the user is on. The contraols are cherons toteh left and right sides that a are clicked to advace.   I have been crushing my head trying to figure it out. We built two Xd libraries for our Design System, one with atoms/molecules and another with more complicated organisms (maybe that wasn't the best way to do it, but it was too much for one file). The plan was for components ot go one way—from the first library to the second, and from the first and second to other files, but not from the second library to the first. Now we're getting an issue where a component that was created with multiple states in the first library (like a button), now has some states in that library and some in the second. We have no idea how this happened or how to fix it. When we try to 'Edit Main in Source Document' it flickers back and forth between the two.

There was already a similar problem with Adobe Xd crashing rather than freezing, already years ago. It's like 2-3 months that when you click on the text two times, or because you wanna edit it or because you wanna highligh the whole block, Adobe Xd freeze and the consequence is that you lose your work, because either you didn't save before double click, or there was not autosave. It's an enormous pain, only compensated by the fact that I'm using the free version, but it's becoming so prominent and annoying, that I started to wonder why I do not change tool. Once Adobe Xd, some component of the UI remain active, you can access to the "File" menu, but clicking on the item of the menu does not sort any effect, you can also see the "mouse hover" effect over the "close" button of the Adobe Xd window on the top right, but clicking on it will not close Adobe Xd. Then you think to get access to task manager of Windows 10 in order to see if Adobe Xd it's not responding, but

Sometimes, when I reopen my XD file, not all of my changes have been saved ie. the last few changes that I made before closing were not saved. My project is saved as a cloud document. I have a PC. I am a compulsive saver and press ctrl+s about every minute or so. I always ensure that my project says that it is "saved" before I close out of XD, yet sometimes when I reopen it, this is not the case. So far this issue has not appeared when I save my XD files as local documents, but I am very nervous about losing important progress.
