This is really annoying as I have clients waiting to see their designs. Something went wrong error... come on Adobe, please fix this quickly

Hi guys. I have the fixed banner on the page, and I'd like to stop the scrolling footer menu at a certain point before it climbs on top of the fixed banner. Please see the attached video.Could someone help to resolve the issue?

Hello adobe community I'm using adobe to protototype an application but i copy some stuff from wireframes and I want paste it into my project but i cant press on paste beacuse it's gray and does noting . here's a video Adobe XD won't paste - YouTube  any suggestions .

Greetings to the entire Adobe XD community, I am new to the topic of Adobe XD and I am trying to learn more about the program. The point is, I'm trying to create a simple prototype for testing purposes. But the following problem has arisen that I cannot solve.For example, I want to make a simple button that when I click on it, it will hover and automatically redirect to the next screen. I have been able to do this function on the pc but when I open the live prototype from the creative cloud from my mobile it does not do the function correctly. Any ideas or advice on how I can move forward on this issue?

Create a Rectangle and set Fill to "Angular Gradient".Even if I run "Copy SVG Code", I get a different fill shape in the output. I'm attaching what it looks like in XD and the copied SVG. Version: 44.0.12.7 x64

Hi, I can't drag and drop images to Adobe XD. I think I tried everything that was post in the comunnity (EnableLUA to 0-1, Change User Account Control Settings, sfc /scannow for corrupt files) and I can't fix it yet. My Adobe XD version is 44.0.12. I will put my Windows specs and my pc specs below.   

Is it possible to create a component in one document (making it the master), copy and paste it into a new document, and turn it into a master component in that new document?   Right now, it appears my only option is to have it linked (via copy + paste), unlink it and then turn it into a new component which wipes out any states I had created (very frustrating)   I believe this would be a highly valuable feature.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi, i made an horizontal group. Fine. But when i scroll left right, its moving slighly up and down. I dont want to have it Position Fixed.Any solution to that?Thanks!

 I would love to see a new feature related to Adobe XD components. The idea is to "duplicate a main component" making it a new main component, bringing along with it all the interactions already created in its copy. -  Gostaria muito de ver um novo recurso relacionado aos componentes do Adobe XD. A ideia é "duplicar um componente principal" tornando-o um novo componente principal, trazendo junto dele todas as interações já criadas em sua cópia.

Hi Everyone, I have a question about the 'XD for Teams' subscription. Do you purchase 1 subscription, where the main user can add the rest of the team members? I mostly work on my Macbook. So I don't know with which update it happened,but when I opened a project and wanted to change the color the color picker looks like this:I installed all my Adobe Apps from scratch 2 days ago.

Hello, I am having an issue that I am hoping for some support with. The following error message is displayed to me when I am trying to open an XD file. Normally this is not a big issue, though it is very annoying, as I just reach out to the person mentioned and politely ask them to update their XD version or close the file. In the image above the names are removed, but you get the idea. How should I handle a situation where a designer has gone on a two week vacation and left a version of this XD document open? Surely I don't have to wait two weeks for their return before regaining the ability to edit this file? Similarly, on larger projects where there could be 10+ people editing the same document, how can I avoid having to repeatedly reach out to members of the team asking them to update? With a collaborative file this large there is always someone who has the file open who is out of date.  Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Dave

Lately I'm unable to change the font weight in some fonts like Roboto, I checked and the font is active with all it's styles in Adobe Fonts but XD only let me use the Regular version and the selector for font weight is grayed out.   I'm using Windows 10   {Renamed By MOD}

I,ve paid for XD and my documents all are in the cloud but you guys don't even let me to open the XDI uninstalled and tried it Why you guys are having cloud if you guys don't give a proper update.my work is pending and I don't even have a tool to convert XD to figma.either make the software stable or give a tool to convert xd to figma.we don't need XD 

 Hello everyone   Following the November 2019 update of xd, the use of the software has become very slow. Indeed, I am working on a web app interface solution (1920X1080) and I use two files: - the first one that contains the artboards of the interface - the second one which contains the library (Design Style Guide) of my components linked to the first one.   But since I'm using the new "Component States » feature, XD's usage is degraded. Everything has become slow, each use between my two files takes time (sometimes a few minutes) to refresh. For example : - when I modify a component in the files containing my library, it takes several minutes for XD to refresh it in the first file containing the artboards - when I save my file, it takes several minutes before finalizing it (I specify that I work locally on my computer and not on the Cloud)   And the worst is when I want to share a link in my file with my co-workers, it takes 15 to 30 minutes before uploading

Dear Folks,  It seems i have an issue to link to previous art boards and there is no option to link back to multiple and different previous art boards.  For example, if 10 artboards has a back button, then it will become looping between only two artboards when user is exploring 2 specific artboards within them.  Is there option in adobe XD to fix this issue?  Thanks you  

I'm really hoping someone can help me as this is driving me mad.I'm currently doing a protoype in xd for learning modules. I have added a scroll to top on the first module and i can scroll down and click on the button, it jumps to the top and everything works perfectly. I have another module which I assumed I did exactly the same way but, when I click on the 'back to top' button, it jumps to the top as it should.... However, once I then try to scroll down with my mouse after it has jumped to the top, my scroll triggers the page to jump to the bottom again rather than scrolling down as it should. It's really frustrating, I can't seem to find anyone with a similar issue.I would really appreciate the help. Thanks

So, I'm having a problem with my archives. Yesterday I noticed that my Adobe's plan have expired, so I contacted my company and shortly after they renewed my plan for me. After that I can't access my old and recent projects, they just disappeared from my Adobe's Cloud.  The only place I can see them is on the "Published work" tab on  Adobe's website, but I just can't open them on my pc's XD (The image is in Portuguese) Can someone please help me? I must access some important projects there.Thanks.

Hey,I am working on clickable prototype which have for eg. 4 individual workflows (with separate links)Now, I am looking to create a master link which is connected to these 4 different workflows without disturbing the individual links in the same xd file. Need your assistance please.
