HiMy team mate an me work on same file. We both want to publish and refresh the publish link for developers. Currently just 1 person can refresh the link as the owner.How can we both publish/refresh the existing link?Thanks for response.Susann

I am having a problem with Adobe XD. It continues crashing after an update and whenever I try to edit a component or text. I've removed the Type kit fonts as well as duplicate fonts from my windows laptop. This solution is available on the adobe community (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/updated-xd-can-t-modify-add-text-crash/td-p/9546154). This solution worked for me only for one day. I was working on three XD documents at the same time the other day. and Suddenly the XD screen became fuzzy, and it was forced to shut down.

Hi guys, I have problem with the artboards. Why when I drag some attached items (svg in my case) to the pasteboard are disappearing and others are staying visible?

As a first time user of Adobe XD (free version) on Windows 10, I discovered the included Tutorial is problematic for several reasons.On a regular 14" laptop screen - It is impossible to read the items in the workspace without zooming.Once I figured out HOW to zoom through experimentation, I see the first part of the tutorial tells me how to zoom ... well ... that is I can read it once I figure out how to see the bits which are now off the visible part of my workspace.OK - Let's try "zoom to selection". Ah. That does it. Now I need to figure out how to scroll and navigate within my workspace when something is too far left, right, up, or down.Yep. All the suggested zoom tricks work fine, but .... I still can't scroll.The Hand tool allows navigation and scrolling.  I press the space bar (I'm using a laptop only without a mouse other than my touchpad) and the hand tool appears.I stop pressing the space bar and the hand tool disappears.I try several combinations until I discover the fo

I just updated XD to V42.1.22.4 x64. I'm on a Mac with Big Sur OS. I can easily create a text field and edit the text no problem. But if I want to change the size of a particular sentance or word or even the color it changes the entire text box and I cannot get around it no matter what. Anyone else having this issue? Thx

Tive que formatar meu pc recentemente e instalar todos os aplicativos inclusive o Adobe XD, quando reinstalei o app do XD todos os meus plugins salvos foram excluídos. Seria interessante que isso não acontecesse pois acaba gerando uma má experiencia com o app.

HiI have a subscription for Photoshop, Lightroom, Ilustrator etc. and: Adobe XD. I can see it in my account under "installed" and the current version is installed, showing a green dot in the account.But when I want to export a PDF from my project in Adobe XD, it says it is limited to 2 exports. These are done now. I can't export anymore.Whats wrong with my subscription??

I have been working in a file with multiple artboards. I have to combine all of the artboards from 3 differnt Adobe XD files into one, but for some reason when I paste the files into the new file - they look differnt. Not sure what is causing this issue. I tried on my PC and Mac. There aren't any interactions, hovers, components,  etc... Just a simple copy paste is not working. The first screenshot is what it looks like in one file, the second is what it looks like when I paste it into the new file. Please help.

Hi.I've had that freezing issue with XD since I started using it 2 years ago and I see that lot's of us have been experiencing the same thing for years (makes me wonder why I'm paying for using that app, actually). It is a very frustrating issue it can decrease your production dramatically as it keeps happening over and over again on a project.Now, I don't know if this will help some of us, but I found out that if I stop streaming apps like Spotify of YouTube, the problem does not occurs as often, sometimes not at all. If I stop streaming while XD is frozen, it actually gets back to normal right away. Maybe a lead for Adobe Devs???Hugo.(I'm on Windows 10)

Hi guys,I am a UX Designer.I faced a big problem when working with projects that have a large number of links to different flows in one file.The problem is that when I create a file and all links inside this file, then I cannot transfer the rights to work with this file to another designer. Another designer has to create new links within the file.And every time you transfer a working file to another designer, you will need to create new links.This is very disappointing.Could you tell me when you plan to add the ability to transfer the owner's editing rights to a completely different user so that you do not have to create new links?

Hello,I am having a problem for the last few months and I've reported this situation more than once, and usually it gets solved, but this time I'm not having any response in 1 month.Basically this started in January, when everytime that I try to open a project that is saved in Cloud Documents, I get the following error: "getSharedResourcesFilePath(): Could not load component: Code: 52". The last 3 times that this happened, I reported and everytime I got a phonecall from Mr.Anuj. Everytime he tried to help me and always resolved the situation, but everytime that this problem got solved, the next week keeps coming back.Like I said the last time that I contacted with someone from Adobe, I cannot keep getting this error every week and I can't waste 1 hour on the phone to try to solve this constant problem. We have deveoped a commercial application (SaaS).  Developed a XD plugin to exprt the design  in to our application. We intend to privately distribute the XD plugin to our paid customers as of now (We are NOT planning to publish through plugin store now). We have ensured that Adobe marketing guidelines are taken care.Please confirm if we are permitted to distribute the XD plugin as described above.

Hi, I'm trying to share a design for review and although I've set link access to "Anyone with the link," it still sends you to the Adobe sign in page. How can I share without others having to login?

In all of my shared XD files I no longer have the Comments icon to view or add Comments.  Other people who have the same shared files do see this icon.  I'm not sure when this started because I have never had a problem viewing/adding comments.  This is happening in Chrome, IE and Edge.I have a free personal Creative Cloud account.

Hello,  I'm working on a small dimensions artboard 480x272 px size to be specific. In desktop preview mode I seem to have margins from top/bottom which I can't get rid of, the screen will not allow me to resize it height wise any more. Is there any way to get rid of them and just have the size of the window be the one I'm working on? Why is there a margin from top and bottom? I can't scale up/down the design artboards as that would require redoing the work.   Thanks

As you can see in the video I added, when I put lines from the pasteboard onto an artboard, the lines won't appear on the artboard but remain a part of the pasteboard. This not only happens when being dragged there, but also if I try to rezise lines that are part of an artboard. They "jump" from the artboard list right to the pasteboard list in elements. Notice, how the coordinates don't change and adapt to the placement on the artboard, but still to the placement on the pasteboard? This is a bug I struggle with for some months now. Please help/fix it.
