Adobe XD

Hi! I do use anima to uplod video in Adobe xd. Is it possible to choose autoplay and still have sound in the video at the same   time in playback settings. Please help.    {Renamed BY MOD}

In xd, it says that my document history is only 30 days, but I have all apps and on the xd website, it says that I get a document history of 60 days with my creative cloud. Why does it only give me 30 days?   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello. I have a problem with plugins, in Adobe XD. When I open the plugins window, in Adobe XD, everything freezes. The window stops loading and hangs. You can close it, by the way.     Hello, I am new on adobe XD, and I am french so forgive my english mistakes. I have a transition problem on adobe XD : it's impossible to change the transition beetween my first and my second screen. To go to first one to second screen, the transition slide to the left is selected but when I run the view test or with the share link, this transiton doesn't worked, instead I have the dissolve one. Then, when I add the transition to come back to first screen, the dissolve transition is impose, I can't change it. Atteched the screenshots, the size of the workbench is the same, and the blue ligne is a the same place on the two workbench, I don't understand the probleme.  I was clear enough for someone to help me.Thank's a lot !    

Hi folks!I am building a prototype with 150+ artboards, they have small mp3/wav audio files that are supposed to playback - but I am facing significant issues with the online links.  Understand this could be due to the large size (which is unfortunate to see) but eager to hear of any quick fixes or smart way-arounds to (1) present this prototype effectivly or (2) fix the playback lags etc. Look forward to hear your thoughts!

I've never had this to me, however recently, when I publish prototypes, I'm having text shift. It's not keeping spacing the same. This is a huge deal, when I'm tryihng to communicate correct spacing to developers. Can this be looked into?

At the time of prototyping the program freezes and does not let me do anything. That didn't happen to me before, I don't know what it will be.

I can't seem to manipulate one corner radius at a time by holding down Alt/Option. I can manipulate them individually through the control toolbox on the right. I just got used to shortcuts and it's annoying having to navigate to the toolbar. Please help!

I have received the XD file path. How can I download it as PDF? I think its not shared with me means it is only for eview 

I am a very beginner in XD. I want to animate an Illustrator design. Going to the prototype, I try to connect the two artboards, but the little blue arrow just doesn’t want to stick to the next artboard. Why?If I accidentally managed to connect the artboards and want to use Time as the trigger, this option is not available. Why again? 

I have tried to record the prototype animation, but it did not work. A strange pop up menu appeared and the animation preview just stopped at that moment and nothing was recorded.

I shut down my computer and I lost all but 1 adobe xd file, even though I saved other files. This has happened before, but then I only lost 1 file. Is there a way to recover my other files.

Adobe XD crashes when trying to use any library. Even scrolling through assests make it crash. 

This is the error my team and I have been getting with several files."Unable to update {cloudDocumentName} because of an error." We had multiple cloud files with linked components to one style guide file. We recently updated the components on the style guide file to a shared library instead. We have been going through the cloud files that had the linked components and trying to update them to the new library and this is where we run into issues. If we publish updates to the component library and then try to update some of those components on our other cloud files with the Update All button or even individually, we will get the "Unable to update..." error. Some components will update just fine if we do them one-by-one. However, others will trigger the error message and once that message is triggered, XD won't allow us to save the file, undo any actions, or sometimes even close the file or quit XD.

I have reopened an existing XD file and suddenly I can no longer see any images. Only the border of the shape is displayed, but the content/photo is gone. What can I do about it? Thx.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I work in an MNC and am using a Company Account. For sharing a prototype link, 'Public sharing' and 'Anyone with Password' is disabled by the organization. In 'Anyone with Invite' also, I am only able to add people from my organization and not my clients from outside my organization. Help articles say that this is a setting done by the IT admin and that he can change this setting. Want to know if this is possible for the organization and how can it be done?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>  

I'm using Adobe XD: 40.0.22, and Windows 10,  1st. I opened the assets folder by pressing Ctrl + Shift + I, 2nd. Then I selected the images. After that when I move images on top of grid it showing disable mouse pointer please help.

Hi! I've worked with a developer on 2 projects now where she isn't able to click on elements in the development link I share. All elements have "mark for export" checked. The developer wonders if it has to do with groups or animation layers; for example, in a grouped section she can download the entire group as a .png, but not click on the components within the group. And sometimes she can't see the text at all. I wondered if it had to do with which artboards were "on top," so I went through and moved each artboard to the top in the order they are in the file. She says this fixed some things, but not everything (she still has the issue with groups and text). It seems like if an artboard has a group with animations that include some components starting off of the artboard, those components compete with the elements that are actually on the artboard next to it, if the artboards are too close together. For example, if I have a testimonial slider, and the component includes

Hello,a old bug XD has to offer, When I use underline tool on Chinese text, I clicked that button,but the underline on text just so weird. 

Just bought a new Macbook pro M1 13". Had a nightmare with migration and Adobe, But I've reinstalled the suite from scratch and photoshop and Lightroom are now working. However, when I open XD I get the Creative Cloud Sync is not running correctly Error 3636 message. I've reinstalled latest version of XD and the beta version no luck.I've uninstalled the Creative Cloud app, no luck, I've signed out, no luck.I've closed all processes and restarted...no luck. So Adobe, what's next? How can I fix this?   

I've just installed Adobe XD on my laptop (new Max OS X). Created first artboard and tried to share it just to test whether it works already. And receive all the time the following error: Something went wrong.Learn More (Error 4005) Printscreen is attached.

Hey,Yet a new bug XD has to offer, this time when applying rounded corners. In the old days, when XD was working like a charm, holding ALT and dragging a corner would apply a corner radius only to that corner you were dragging. Not any more. Please Adobe, TEST YOUR APPS? This is such a simple tool you pnly need a few good testers. If I wasn't that busy I would volunteer.Thank you
