Adobe XD

I just updated XD to version 38.1.12 and it immediately crashes on start up. I get an OS dialogue that says "Can't load Adobe XD" and an error 6.I have uninstalled, reinstalled, wiped the preferencs with no luck. Here's I'm writing mail after so much irritating experience while working with XD..specially in between of project. Actually after updating XD in April 2021, I'm facing this problem...which is, when I start to use Text Tool the project window stop responding even after waiting for long time or clearing RAM of computer. plz do fix this issue...and I am really not happy with this using experience, I cant understand why so much bugs in this App & why you are not capable to fix it. 😞

I'm have a problem all day long to update a shared link after i made changes to a document.Has anyone else noticed this problem? Asked also a co-worker to try id and i't didn't work.😞

This happened several times to me and I finnaly could understand the process I did before getting this issue:  - I have a locally saved prototype, this is company requirement. I cannot change that. - This prototype has live links, as all adobe XD prototypes that are shared across several company internal forums. Its not possible to change those links, I need to mantain the existing ones. -  I was working today on my prototype, testing the new feature that controls components states on tap. Adobe XD crashed, I did send a crash report. - After opening the prototype again, my changes were there, but I was not able to save the file again, just save it with another name. This happened to me before and I overwrite my old file causing it to lose all my prototype live links. I had to send an internal email advising everyone involved with the prototype to not use the old link, because of that.  - My call on that note is that when adobe xd  auto saves

Hello people,  I am trying to prototype a website experience, however, when I select the object or phrase (in this case, "emagreca agora" to "lorem ipsum" , it doesnt select "lorem ipsum", instead it select the page itself.     I tried to reinstall the application, but the issue remains.May someone knows how to fix it?Marry 

Hi there,When I try to update the link for development & export it for web, it just stucked at 50%. I have trouble shoot it, it's only happened when "Downloadable assets" is selected, I have try to restart & login to my Adobe XD,  but the issue still exist. Regards,Amber

I am trying to select an IOS12 (Iphone 😎 Status Bar Component that Ive had across an old document to replace it with an IOS14 Status Bar for Iphone 12 and i realized that im able to Highlight the instances of that across all my artboards but im not able to select them. Is there a workaround for this or something thati havent seen?  Let me know!!

I've got the 24.4.22.1 version installed on my macbook pro and i can't find the way to update to the last version. Up to Creative Cloud anythig is updated.

Hola tengo varios proyectos en adobe XD, y para generara el link, segun entiendo esoto debe hacerse solo desde la cuenta que genero el primer link. es posible dar permisos a otra cuenta para que actualice el mismo link. no quiero depender de una cuenta para actualizar los proyectos.

I am having a huge issue with prototyping at the moment and trying to convey to my client what a particular feature does. I have a fixed navigation at the top of the page and I have made sure the whole navigation is neatly grouped and set to the very top layer. However when going into the prototype view it is still passing behind objects on layers much further down.I have tried recreating in completely new boards and I am getting the same issue. Any help would be appreciated, this is driving me insane. I think it may have something to do with the 3d transform as I can no longer draw shapes over the box either (they just disappear). I have attached a short video of a simple recreation without sound that conveys the issue. Many thanks in advance

I need help.   I couldn't find my XD file on cloud/local.. before it goes missing i have created a link for review and i still have it now. Is there any way that i could retrieve the file back?   Many thanks,

Hi, I have a component, the original size is 24x24px but I need to have it in 64x64px.Then I need to swap that component in other one, but I want to conserve the dimension of 64x64px.In Sketch it's possibile and it's very useful, how is possibile in XD?

I have created my work prototype and created a share link too. In this have an open and close menu to show.But this is not rendering properly on big screens. Screenshot adding below. It's supposed to render like this way in 1980 x 1080 Display resolution its working fine.Please advise

the problem is that I installed it on creative cloud desktop, and when I open it it closes after 2 seconds. how can I do?

Hello, we've been implementing the new feature of building a component in each section on our designs but when we try to export these to share each state in developer view for our other teams (Development and QA) to view we're unable to generate a shareable link for each component and states - i.e. showing filtered results on a page.  What is the best way to be able to do this? Thank you!

Oh holly molly. That happened after I followed a sub-optimal translation. There are two options for export: "Marked for export" and "Only selected". In German, these are two words with almost the same meaning.

Can anybody help me on how to create a smooth hover dropdown menu ? i have been watching some tutorials but i would like the submenus to litteraly drop down instead of having the opacity brighten to 100 % Please help Kind regards 

When I create a prototype in XD. Then check it. IT doesn't show hotspot hint like Invision. Letting the user know where to tap. New to XD. Trying it out for protoyping.  

Hi everyone,I've been working on an XD file today, and when I go to save it, I get the message I put in the "Subject" line above.  Any idea why this might have happened, and what I can do about it?  I'm on Easter holiday from uni, so there is nobody on campus to help with my problem.--Patrick

Hi. I am setting up a prototype where there is a scrolling carousel at the top of the page and another about half way down.  When I go to preview, the first time I scroll down the page to click on the 'go right' or 'go left' button on the lower carousel it flashes a view of the top of the page really quickly before it reverts back to the lower carousel having animated to the left/right. This only happens the very first time I scroll down to the carousel and click the left/right buttons. Afterwards the scrolling works fine.

La verdad es que con este problema mis ganas de seguir en Adobe disminuyeron casi en absoluto. Se trata de un documento con el cual trabajo ya hace varios meses, por lo que la cantidad de información que había era muchísima. Ahora por ninguna razón no me quiere abrir el archivo, me manda a una "copia de seguridad" donde lo unico que aparece es el 5% del documento. Un DESASTRE, ya que tampoco brindan soporte para este programa. 

Although my link share settings are set to "Downloadable assets" (see screenshot 1), it seems that my developers are unable to to access any of the graphical assets in my file.Can someone please explain why this might be - or how it even works? I'm not quite sure what I should be looking for since I do not usually deal with this level of handover (previous developers have had no issue obtaining graphical assets from my protoypes).I can see that all of the CSS details are here (in sceenshot 2) but there doesn't seem to be a way to download the physical graphical assets.Can someone please help?
