Adobe XD

I'm having an issue with XD not responding to the force quite command, and it doesn't even appear in the Activity Monitor. It still appears in my dock as though it's running, but isn't. Since it's not responding to anything I can't even shutdown. It's been sitting like this for weeks and I'm not technically inclined enough to even know where to start. Do I just wipe the whole thing? Any other ideas?

I am making changes to the cloud document and trying to update the link for the developers. It loads up to 50-70% and then stops.Error displaying: 'You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again.' I am still connected to the internet and everything else seems to be working fine. Can anyone please help me with how I can update the link?

The home page is empty and I cannot create a new file. I have uninstalled the XD and Creative Cloud and reinstalled them more than 50 times for all sorts of little problems of XD.

Bug Report:When writing or editing a text element in hebrew, the text becomes invisible. The only visible element is the 1st letter of every line. After exiting the edit The text becomes visible again. Attached here is a video showcasing the problem and the difference between latin text and hebrew text.This is an issue all of our designers experience. We're working on both mac and windows. I'd greatly appreciate if you could look into it and resolve this issue, it would be of tremendous help to us. BR,Ophir

Adobe XD keeps crashing is there a fix for this? its a brand new computer with a top of the line video card and 32 gigs of ram.

Hello, I have been trying to download Adobe XD on my Macbook Pro since Thursday and I keep receiving error code 206. I have an internet connection and my firewall is turned off allowing it to be downloaded. I also don't have any antivirus software that I know of. All Adobe services are available and running as of now. My mac is running macOS Mojave version 10.14.6I'm also using Google Chrome in order to complete the download.Does anyone know what else I can do? 

Should a user have a subscribed version of Adobe XD to receive a wireframe document from a user who has a subscribed version already?

Hi, can I roll back the plugin version in adobe xd? Since I updated the zeplin plugin to the latest version and I have a problem.

Adobe XD just stop working. Only load a blank screen then close. What i've tried:1. Uninstalling both, adobe creative cloud and xd2. Restart PC3. Update windows4. I try adding the mp3 to slide but it disappear after transiting to another slide. How to play it in all the slides background? I try to add into adobe xd library is not working and I can't find the option they ask us to add for background.

Hi, I have a component, the original size is 24x24px but I need to have it in 64x64px.Then I need to swap that component in other one, but I want to conserve the dimension of 64x64px.In Sketch it's possibile and it's very useful, how is possibile in XD? Please see video attachedThanks

I have been trying all night to create a new document with the iPhone 11 document preset, but I cannot no matter what I do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have installed earlier versions of XD, I have tried using the various presets available to no change. I am also unable to open any saved documents locally or through the cloud. I am on a Mac and I am stumped, I do not know what to do.This is the perpetual screen that I get with the pinwheel loading cursor.

Hi! Today all the members of my team got an error after updating to the new version of XD. "Contact your system administrator for more info." but nobody can give us a solution. Dis the same thing happened to someone else?

Hi,I met one problem need your help,I used one font awesome icon in Adobe XD artboard, then rotate it some degree, which is display perfect in edit mode and preview mode. However it display out of place via published shared link. I try to convert text icon to path, then problem is fixed. I think this is a bug, please take a note and hope any updates later, thanks.

I recently started a leadership role in a company; the company never had a product design leadership before...enter 'Me'!I am an Adobe super-fan ever since I started as a young graphic designer; during my last role as head of design for a small startup, it made perfect sense for me to start with Adobe XD...and I love it!!!The current company I lead product design in recieved its 'design system' graphics from an agency a few months ago; the agency created and handed-over all files using Figma. Questions:What is the best way for me to transition a 'design system' from Figma to Adobe XD?How can I know of new feature releases by Adobe for XD before they hit the market? (would love for me and my forming team to be 'beta testers' if this is an option)  Thank you!!!

L'app crash sans cesse et complètement au hasard : quand je sauvegarde, ajoute un flou d'objet (j'ai cru que le problème venait de là par ailleurs), quand je joue le prototype...C'est arrivé aujourd'hui aussi (d'où le fait que je pense que ça vienne du flou d'objet, je touchais à ce paramètre quand c'est survenu) et depuis, impossible pour moi de travailler.Adobe XD et Creative Cloud sont tous les deux à jour :Adobe XD : 38.1.12Creative Cloud : 5.4.1.534Je travaille sous Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3J'ai déjà tenté de désinstaller/réinstaller XD, travailler avec une version antérieure (impossible puisque mon document a été créé avec la version la plus récente d'XD...),  j'ai même utilisé Adobe Cleaner, en vain. Par avance merci ! ----------Hi Adobe Community, I was working with XD yesterday when the first cras
