Adobe XD

I'm trying to create a tab-like selection component using states. I have a state for every option selected. Each state links to every other state. There are 2 issues I'm experiencing with this setup: -- auto-animate always animates from the default state and not from the current state looking like there is a hiccup when choosing a state from a different state-- The component changes back to default when I interact with another component with states, I would like for it to remain in the state i left it (the screen never changed) The auto animate issue is the most frustrating.  

I have been using this XD file for a year.  It has our whole website design on it!  I have recently updated to MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1.  What is happening?  I've tried to restart and even uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe XD.  This file is very important for our company website. After updating to the newest version on win10, I couldn't have my job done since I spend my time on restarting Xd. And I can't open the file with older version. Is there any other solution to the problem?

Hello everyone, I am encountering a very problematic issue with my Adobe XD that is literally hindering my productivity and my trust in the app. I work on a file, I make changes, I save the file (locally) and the next day, (or even a few minutes after) when I re-open the file some of the changes I made are not there. No crashing, no warning, no error in sight whatsoever. It's becoming a severe issue for me and my team, we do a lot of work on projects, we show projects to a client ..and then boom, the file we see is an old version!   Anyone experiencing the same issue? Hi there!    I'm a newbie to XD.  I imported an .ai file and XD broke the text boxes into tiny segments.    For instance:  Happy St. Paddys imported as: H APP Y ST P AD  DYS D   AY.  Each group of text is in it's own text box and the spacing is off. There is a bug where whenever you use the alpha slider for drop shadow, object blur, or background blur the application stops working, and actions like undo/redo stop working. This is an update to this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/adobe-xd-undo-redo-stops-working/m-p/11706141?page=1#M42793

Undo/Redo stops working. Shortcut not working and buttons grayed out. After this, the app becomes very unstable and buggy. This is driving me insane! Keeps happening at least every 5 minutes making XD completely unusable for professional work. The only fix I have found so far is to restart the app. But this is not a viable solution at all. Tried reinstalling XD, installing XD on a different SSD and HDD and uninstalling all plugins. Nothing works. Been having this issue for the last 6 months. At this moment XD is very frustrating if you use it on a non-US keyboard and on Windows for two reasons: Very useful shortcut keys with numbers are not functional if you have no numeric keyboard.  The Zoom keys like CTRL-0, CTRL-3.  Another one: CTRL-; to show/hide grid? There is no menu. Alternative for the zoom is using the click-click top right, but there is no short workaround for CTRL-; You need to go up in the hierarchy until only one or more artboards are selected and then turn off the grid. When will XD get the same functionality for non-US keyboards (or allow to remap shortcut keys) and the menu on Windows?  I am lucky that CTRL-Y at least works on my keyboard...

Im trying to create an interactive PDF to mirror a clickable prototype created in XD. Is that possible? I need to share a interactive prototype with a organization without using a cloud link to access the prototype. I had read that others created a interactive PDF of a prototype created in XD using InDesign, because XD doesnt offer the option to export a file as a interactive pdf, but I'm am struggling. I've placed the PDF in InDesign, but it looks like I can't make any changes or add interactive buttons to it in InDesign.  Any information, guidance, or workflow steps others have used to create a interactive PDF from a XD prototype is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This bug is not found for all fonts. But very often.Is there any solution? Excluding the use of just Arial. 😞

When working collaboratively, the distances betweeen to elements are displayed incorrectly. We are working on two iMacs with the same operating system.The stack value indicates the correct value, but by checking manualy it is completly wrong. My colleague also has even other values than me, which are also wrong. Our XD is up to date. Can someonme help with this problem?

Hi, i've been stuck all morning long because of a bug i've found.When i try to change the opacity of a color by clicking the opacity number and draging up or down the number, i can't undo anymore and my changes get stuck and doesn't upload to the cloud.I need to restart XD to make it work again.   I hope it can help some people that got the issue too, and maybe make it corrected asap 🙂   

I designed a letter and used some images in it and I gave those images a 3d effect but while exporting that letter in pdf format instead of those 3d effect images I am getting plane blue color. what should I do?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I am running XD 33.1.12.4 and after saving and publishing a prototype, the client makes comments. I go back in to the XD native file to make edits and cannot update the link. I can only create a new link. This forces me to have to supply the client a new link and all the comments made are still on the old link which is unacceptable. One huge frustration is that it defaults to saving to a cloud document, and I ned to save to a local document. So I feel like I have to "Save As Local Document" each time. Every time, forcing me to make a new review link. What am I doing wrong or what bug needs fixed, because this could mean my job if a client fies our agency because of this confusing and awkward proofing process. Please help.

After a recent update, using plugins crashes Adobe XD every single time. 

I have been troubshooting this issue for weeks now and now one at Adobe has been able to actually help me. I have had these files on my school enterprise account for 10 months now and I just recently started getting this error. This project file is super important so any help would be super appreciated.

Hi, So, A few hours ago I was working on a cloud document on adobe XD, I put my laptop to sleep and after some hours opened adobe XD and the file was not there.I checked in Recent files and at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents also, but couldn't find it. It's really important to me, and I need it ASAP.I'm signed in on the correct account as well. I'm really unable to understand what happened.  Please could someone help me to retrieve the file? Hey. On my XD in Windows 10 I have only arrow, no "finger" circle, I want to have finger circle.

Is it possible to remove the rounded edges from the export window on mac os Big Sur? This can be seen when we integrate the video file on Behance for example.
