Adobe XD

Hello there, sorry if is a noob question but i don't see any way to download my files, i need this because where i work with that files (my laptop) now is broken so i cant acces to them, working always with files in the cloud i rescuee thats files, but. i cant download them to work on my desktop, i tried creating a new folder on my files and uploading a image on it, and all fine with that one, i can download it, with a xd files this dont happen, is the same, please i need fix this.Update: new problem, starting the xd app time ago sometimes i got in the boot a mssg with code error 3624, but reinstalling the app this ends, but now this dont let me create new files, lol xd is one of my most important tools... this is how i see the file without a option to downloadin xd the "documents in cloud" show me this message, i closed the app and reopen and is still.this is the message what i got when I want to create a new document.

Hello, I am a front-end developer and I have been using Adobe XD, for some time now but this is the first time I have encountered an issue such as this. To clarify, I am unable to download or open any of my cloud documents. This is extremely frustrating and is preventing me from access nesscary documents to assists my clients. Please advise, I have tried uninstall and reinstalling adobe creative cloud and adobe xd, I have attempted the web verison of xd to download my file as well but this also proved ineffective. Each time I attempt to download my file I recieve and error message stating, "Download failed". I think I have cloud sync enabled but I am not sure. 

I don't get to name character styles. I can chose rename and write, but it returns to the font specifications. It is the same whether I'm in list or grid mode   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Eine Frage: Zustandsänderung mit Screenwechsel möglich und wenn ja wie?Ich habe einen Button auf einem Screen-zwei Zustände. Standard und Gedrückt.Der User soll sehen, dass er den Button auf den Screen gerade aktiv drückt. Mit drücken des Buttons, würde sich aber auch ein Screenwechsel ergeben.Ich habe Probleme das genau das. Es ist im Prinzip ein Klick. Mit dem jetztigen Wissen, wird es aber zwei Klicks. Ein Klick der Zustandsänderung des Buttons, dann noch Klick zum ändern das Screens.Kennt jemand eine Möglichkeit, beschriebenes in Adobe XD?Vielen Dank , Ronnie

When I press the "play" icon and preview an interactive prototype on my desktop, I can click and scroll. But when I create a public link for others to do the same, the preview screen is locked and the user can not scoll or click the buttons. Am I doing something wrong? I have the latest versions of XD and chrome. Appreciate any help.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello There,Since the last update on XD I am unable to copy any item from the external sources to XD. Its a big bottleneck for me as I am struggling to copy images and icons to the artboard. Also If I am working on the copy for different language other than XD its a blocker. It use to work earlier but post the latest update it stopped working. Secondly I am unable to copy any text in the design mode. I can copy the entire text element but not the specific text inside it. This issue persists since I started using Adobe XD but was not impacting much as the recent issue. However, this is still the issue and request a solution for both the problem I stated here. Hoping for a quick solution on this.My OS- Windows10 EnterpriseXD version: 35.312

I have run into an issue where I am not able to remove or relink certain components from the Assets panel. The situation is this, I will copy an artboard from one document to a new one, with it came linked assets that don't actually exist any more. So in the assets panel they have a red link icon next to them. When I right click on the component I'm only given Highlight on Canvas and Relink. When I chose the Relink option, it tells me "No matching assets are found". That is correct because I had later updated and renamed the component. But I do not have the option of removing it from the assets panel. I have even tried readding the component to the file so that the relink can find it again but it doesn't. Nothing I seem to do allows me to remove these unwanted components from my file. Any assistance on how to resolve this would be great as this is not the first time I've come across this.

The error came while trying to open.psd File in Adobe XD,  The file contains artboards designed in Adobe Photoshop 20.0.7 Version and Opening them in Adobe XD version 23.1.32.2 Working on MacBook Air 2015 with iOS Catalina Version 10.15

i bought some product of yours from aliexpress. They send me some google drive links and i say that they are not legal and refuse what i bought. after that they told me that the products are not illegal they are preactivated different from crack applications. i dont know what to do and who to belive. is pre-activated products are safe and permitted by adobe? thank you for your time have a good day 🙂

Hi, Does anybody know How to round corners of shape that is made with path tool? It seems possible in primitive square and triangle shape but I don't find any option to round corners if I have made some other shape with path tool. If the functionality is missing, any ideas how these rounds could be built in Xd? (see the image attached).   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi there, I am having issue starting AdobeXD. It sounds like starting the App but then nothing happens. I am using latest AdbobeXD version. All other Apps I have installed are wirking fine. I want to use link assets between two layers on adobe xD i found there isnot (+) to add assets and when i open new layer to make link assets i found out the button was browse libraries

Is anyone else getting these "copy.xd" files appearing in their cloud files? All of my work is saved to a local drive **, and when I save my work XD creates a copy of the file to the cloud drive, renames it COPY (n) and then tranfers me to working in the cloud.     This is a serious security breach that Im hoping to switch off somehow. any ideas on how?   ** defence work is not allowed to be saved to the cloud   {Renamed By MOD}

hi Adobe Team, I'm experiencing issues with XD. The desktop app never opens, the icon keeps boucing on my dock and when it finally loads it runs very slow, it doesn't even gives me the option to open my files. I've got an MacBook Pro, I've reinstalled Creative Cloud and XD a few times, but I can't make it run. I've also tried to open xd files but gets stuck and never loads. When I check on my Activity Monitor it shows red flagged: XD (not responding). Is there anything I can do to fix the issue?   Thanks in advance,    Paula {Renamed By MOD}  

Facing a very bad dev handoff experience, in the development shared link when I click View Specs button, I am unable to view elements of of scroll group which are at the bottom of my view port, not able to view texts and even download assets, that's so frustrating! I paid for an incomplete feature!

Hi   I am trying to animate a multi level slide out menu. Hi,I got a troble with exporting the image into html format. The image is broken.  

Using Adobe XD on windows and having an issue when I zoom in or out of a document and it has to re-render the images and text on it. I'll zoom in or out and then try to use the spacebar to pan around but I have to wait for it to redraw the images and text so it "sticks" there for a second and then lets me move again. This doesn't happen on the mac version but happens on the windows version. How do I fix this? Ideally we should be able to turn off animated zoom because its unnecessary.
