Adobe XD

I can't share my protorype due to error 44:118.As I read below article, it works another new file to share. https://helpx.adobe.com/jp/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html Now I'm trying to reduce artboard on the file. I'd like to know how many artboard is a limit for sharing. Actually, I'm working on a complex mobile app prototype as one XD file using UI components from another XD file. I need to consider separating that if XD doesn't with this architecture. 

I'm not able to create the link. It's showing me to upgrade the plan, I'm already in a Single App Plan for Unlimited link. 

I created a back to top arrow that I placed towards the bottom of the page. When I select that arrow and click on "Fix position when scrolling", and then I preview it, the arrow disappears from the page all together. This must be a bug. I read in another post from an Adobe certified user that the element needs to be within the viewport of the page in order for it to be seen. I tried that and it worked. However, the problem is, the back to top arrow is all the way down towards the bottom of the page, so I would have to increase my viewport to close to the bottom of the page, which is not what I want. I want my viewport to only show the hero area. Is there a fix for this???   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi!When I create a prototype link and I hover on a component that has an animation, some elements jumps when they soppose to not move during the transition. The bug only happen on text elements. I get this bug on many files not only one. I'm on Adobe Xd v35.0.12.14

Last night I was opening an xd file from adobe cloud. The file would not open. I then opneded another file that I needed to work on, made my changes, saved and closed the file. The orginal file would not open or close. I wound up quiting from XD. Today I tried to update XD and the update will not go through because the file that would not open last night is still apparently open. I tried to open XD to open and close the file again. XD will not open now as a result of last nights glitch. I tried to uninstall XD to do a clean re-install, but I can uninstall XD because of the file that gltched the night before. Now XD is essentially disabled on my computer. I am running a 2013 imac. Need help!

Hey adobe XD team,love the software but it would be really awesome if you guys can get live preview via usb on android devices too 🙂

on Mac, where XD actually works without crashing every 5 minutes, I have another issue, one that has been happening for years according to this forum, another major, work flow destorying bug that has not been addressed. When editing or adding a nested component within a linked component Xd freezes for a few minutes, how is it taking a few minutes to process a copy and paste or component state change on.machine with a 3.2ghz CPU, SSD hardrive and 40G of RAM? What the hell is going on with XD, I have never, ever used such a flawed, buggy, painfully slow and buggy program in my life. its simply BROKEN, I literally spend more time wiating for the program to react or researching bugs than i do actually making designs, and it jsut seems to get worse and worse somehow. Once i finish this project I will be moving to Figma and throwing XD in the trash where it belongs, until then it would be nice if you bothered to repsond and maybe, I dont now, fix major software breaking bugs that have existe

Hello, I have tried to export the design areas to JPG / PNG, but the color getting different. Is there any place to set the color mode like RGB? Thanks a lot! 

I have attempted to publish a style guide from a file that contains the master components used throughout various files. After 2 days of frustratingly getting no where and seeing a surging number of similar reports, I am about ready to say good riddance to Xd. When I attempt to publish the library, the new library gets created, but this spinner for 'Publishing...' never actually completes.What makes this infinitely more infuriating is that ALL of the the files that were linked to the style guide file are now broken, and the assets show the red 'broken link' icon. The library does get created, but absolutely zero items get uploaded successfully. I find this level of issue to be unacceptable for a product that is now marketed and sold for professionals. How does the company responsible for Photoshop and Illustrator allow this product to remain in a continuous state of dysfunction with every. single. update?

I am not able to do live collaboration with my colleague in China? Can you please explain the limitation? He does not seem to have the cloud collaboration option, and it makes it very difficult to work in real time collaboration environment as we have another team members in other part of the world (Israel and Singapore). J'ai un problème avec l'option "espacement de paragraphe" quand je veux le modifier, en l'augmentant, il me prend l'ensemble du bloc ce qui revient à agrandir l'interlignage, genre le titre, sous-titre, texte et texte avec bullet point. I can not open Adobe XD—I am getting the following error message: Adobe XD cannot be opened because of a problem.Check with the developer to make sure Adobe XD works with this version of macOS. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but nothing seems to be working. I am running on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6 Does anyone have any other advice on how to fix this issue? Thanks!  

For the last 2 or 3 updates I've not been able to use XD.The latest version doesn't even open, the previous one just crashed everytime I tried to open a file.I have to go back to version 28.6.12 just to be able to open the program.I've not changed anything in my settings, use the same computer as before.Please advise

I'm leaving the company and for most files i am the owner of the file. How can i ensure my team can continue to work with those files when i leave the company and my account will be canceled? Thank you

I've been trying to updated adobe XD but it gives me error code 506, after some digging I found out I have to enable sideloading. But I can not switch it on, I've tryed a lot of ways (yes hours of trying and failing) but nothing seems to work. So my question is: can I download it somehow without having to put on sideloading?

I suggest that Ctrl+D (the duplicate feature) mimics illustrator and carries over the last distance between the duplicate main object, this would make our lists easier. 

'Continue with Google' button not appearing in Sign In screen of Adobe XD. Its happening from this morning. Please help! 

Buenas, Llevamos trabajando con Adobe XD desde siempre para la definición de todos nuestros productos. Muchas veces creamos versiones similares, por lo que habitualmente nombramos de manera similar la misma funcionalidad a diferentes enlaces, que compartimos con el equipo de desarrollo. Nos viene surgiendo desde hace un par de semanas, que salta de un enlace a otro sin sentido. Por ejemplo: un enlace creado el dia de hoy, muestra un enlace actualizado en Junio. Ojala nos den una solución, ya que es dificil trabajar de esta manera. Para dar más pistas: normalmente se comparten estos enlaces en teams...que si se abre automaticamente invoca el enlace antiguo, y en caso de copiar el enlace, y pegarlo en el navegador, se abre el enlace recién deseado. Gracias de antemano

I have a huge prototype project from a console game, where pages are linked by  keys and gamepad. While working on the prototype mode, if I use any shortcut like control+c or even control+z, it ends up by selecting any artbord and asigning the control+z  to the keys and gamepad event. I don´t really know how to solve this but this is really annoying. 

I've found a number of sites that only seem to offer templates, but I'm more looking for fully functioning examples of websites.  The ones I download, say from xdguru, don't seem to be functional, as in none of the buttons work and there doesn't seem to be animation examples set up when scrolling.  Can I find examples like this somewhere?

Hello, I have an error 47 when I want to open an XD file. On this forum, I read the case of a person who had the same error and managed to open their file with a version older than the one they had (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/erreur-47-dans-adobe-xd/td-p/10761129)I somehow managed to download an old version of Adobe XD, except now when opening my file Adobe XD tells me it can't because the file was created under a version more recent.So before I go looking for another old version of Adobe XD, I would like to know which version of Adobe XD my file was created under.Thank you in advance for your answers. Hi guys Shared my design to developers but there have issues with the quality of the assets like icons and pictures, after downloading the assets the quality is not good.  Does anyone have issues like that and can the community lnform adobe on fixing the issue. Developer should be able to download our assets shared in high quality like the one in design.
