Adobe XD

I work on a rather large file with several different prototype links. Now exactly one of these prototype links has gone missing (the main one) and while I can still see it on the asset overview web page, I cannot update it anymore. Is there any chance to retrieve it? No changes to the filename have been made, using XD v35.1.12 on MacOS Big Sur.

XD is crashing, lagging and the Type Tool is broken. This behavior is showing up on my Laptop as well as on my Desktop PC.The worst is the Type Tool. I used the recommended ctfmon.exe but it does not work.I do not know if it is something hardware related or OS related, so I post the specs of my Computers here: Version XD: 35.1.12 Specs Laptop:- OS: Windows 10 Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042- CPU: i7-9750h- GPU: GTX1650- RAM: 16GB Specs Desktop:- OS: Windows 10 Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042- CPU: i7-8670- GPU: GTX1080- RAM: 16GB I also noticed that XD needed up to 3-4GB of RAM and used about 30% of my CPU, a behavior I never had before.Please fix this problem. I have it since version 34 and can not solve it. I reinstalled Adobe XD several times but it does not help.

Cant access my project files. Also waiting in line for the chat support for about 45 minutes. (Brazil support service)   Last week could not work because access to CC Library was not working due to a bug. (solved after CC update) Now can't work because of that...  (loosing faith at adode cloud services)     <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I've uninstalled and reinstalled XD multiple times. The export option is still unavailable. I've viewed other posts about it. Ichecked and I have the plugin AEXD.aex Not sure what the problem is

I have put some xd files in the Creative Cloud Files folder and while I can see them in Creative Cloud (they are in a  Synced Files tab), I don't see them in Adobe xd or Creative Cloud Desktop - there is no such thing as Synced Tab. Why those files are visible in webapp but not in desktop app?

Periodically Adobe CC crashes on a sterile perfectly operable workstation.  Just lost hours of work because since 2016 Adobe could not intsall a simple feature like PREFERECES where autosave can be set up as in Adobe Photoshop to prevent this product deficiency.  Adobe Cloud is not as reliable as stand-alone and has failed on both the laptop and workstation.  Definetly not worth the time investment to continue to use when the system is still incomplete 4 years since its release.  More importantly forcing the user into a light colored interface panel with no options to easily change makes it even harder for those vision impared.    RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:  Circa 2005 - Place post-it on computer screen to remind you to save your work due to Adobe's inability to prevent XD from crashing and successfully create back-up saves as in other cloud SAAS apps such as Autodesk.   This issue of crashing only happens since adopting the Adobe

I am working on version 35.1.12 where when in prototype mode it no longer is recording and capturing audio. I can confirm that all my preferences and permissions allow XD to capture audio and the video recording is working but when the microphone box is checked and recording it is not capturing our VO.

I don't know where my preview record is being saved.It doesn't show me an option to save as

I published a library full of typography, and it's been working well for months. But now that I want to edit it, I can't find a source file in the cloud or on my computer (can't remember exactly how I created it, whether it started as a local file or a cloud file, but I think it was a cloud file).   Is there a way to recover the source file so I don't have to recreate the whole library?   {Title renamed by MOD}

I am using a font manager called FontBase. I believe it copies files over to my system font folder.I was having some mixed success where some fonts worked and some didn't. I updated the software today because I noticed there was an update and I was hoping this well known bug would have been fixed. Now I'm not seeing ANY of my fonts from FontBase. They have all disappeared.I'm using Windows 10. Help! This has gone from an annoying problem to now all of my designs are useless.

Hello there, I'm facing this issue that whenever I'm opening a project, the project canvas becomes all black. All the other tool options are still there but the canvas is just black and I can't see any artboards and designs. I've attached a picture below. Tried these: • Logged out and logged in again• Uninstalled and re-installed Adobe XD from CC Version: 35.1.12.5 (Starter), Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.63.1Please help asap, thanks!

Hello, I am having trouble sharing my website designs with my clients. I am using Adobe XD for the mockups and links are being generated, but when you go to the links the screen is white with a line through it.  This mockup is small - only six pages - but the links are still not working. I've tried the Design Review, Development, Presentation, User Testing, and Custom. All the links bring me to the same blank page.  Can someone please help?!  Thanks. 

I've been searching for release notes for the XD 34.4.12 and 35.1.12 updates, but so far I've come up empty. None of the four (!) different Adobe pages concering XD updates and release notes contain the information, only the last one has a brief mention of "identify shared flows" on XD 35.  Hi, I am using MacBook Pro, and I have this problem for several months, every time I want to use the color picker, it will return (0,0,0).   

Is there a way to create colors (design tokens) that use the same hex value? Whenever I try this my assets get combined. I'm creating a design system and want to set up variables for different components so they can be easily changed later on. For instance, I may want to create a border color for inputs and a background color for cards. They may be the same color now but if I need to change my input border color later on I don't want it to apply the same color to the cards. This is where I need multiple variables with the ability to set them to the same color. This is similar to Figma's ability to have design tokens point to other design tokens. Is this functionality currently possible in XD? Thanks!

My XD doesnt work since updated to BIG SUR, So I switched Figma , Figma is much better than XD,  never had problem, I am happy this happened otherwise i would never switch to Figma. 

I am not able to publish a library that contains a component. I am able to publish to a library with just colors and character assets but when I add a component Adobe xd's progress bar shows 100% and never completes and "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries" appears on the assets panel for a short time and then the assets reappear. I have to kill the adobe xd task in the Task Manager as it won't respond to anything. The library never ends up getting the component added. If I try this from a brand new Adobe Xd cloud document with a color, character, and component the progress bar shows 100%, the same message shows for a short time in the assets panel, the library does get created but with nothing in it. A co-worker of mine is also able to reproduce this issue.We both are on Windows 10. Another co-worker is on a Mac and can publish. I made her the co-editor of my xd cloud document and she was able to publish my components I had added. I have tried these below steps

Hi, I have a square element box with a number in the center of the square, I want this number to always remain inside the height and width.Just below the number (also inside the parent box), I have another responsive element box with five colored balls inside, in horizontal formation and stack property. Every time I show or hide one or more balls, the size of this last element (width) adjusts itself, by the stack / resize property.The problem is: I want the element box of the balls to remain horizontally centered in relation to the square parent box and its brother the number. Currently, when the ball box is resized, it does so by remaining fixed to the right side, it does not remain atomatically centered.Can anyone suggest or help how a position can be forced when an element changes size due to showing / hiding any of the components of an element? I've recently begun mocking up in XD some ideas I've been thinking about abstractly for many years. Mocking them up in XD has been helpful in terms of bringing my vision closer to reality and has forced some corrections to my thoughts in practical terms of screen real estate. The basic concept I am mocking up is an interactive transcript with: - a video player, - a transcript, - an index/playlist, - a list of references/links, - a timeline.  Recently, when I wanted to make each chapter in the index/playlist clickable, I made it a component with 24 states. After adding the states and adding links to the other 23 states from state 1, I clicked on State 2 and found that none of the links from State 1 existed in State 2. Since there are 24 chapters in the index/playlist (and hence 24 states) and each of the chapters will have one state where it does not link to anything (since you are already navigated to the corresponding state) we arrive

It would be very convenient to be able to select all artboards that have been edited or affected by component/asset changes since the last time I did "Export Selected". That way i could easily export the items that have changed.

Hello! I created a componente (Drawer) with a second state. Inside this component, I have a button, wich I want to use as a trigger to the second state of the main component where is nested this button, but when I go to Prototype and select "Auto Animate" it only shows me other states of this button instead the second state of the second state of the main component. I have erase these state of the button, put the botton outside the component itself, but nothing seems to work out. I have tried this archive in a Mac of a friend, and there it shows this option of using a button nested into another component to use as a trigger to animate the pass to another state of the main component, and I don't understand why this is not working on my computer with Windows, as both of us are using the same plan (Free Plan) of Adobe XD, is this a a function only on the Mac version?, or is something not working on my Adobe XD?As I said before, I'm usign the Free Plan of Adobe XD on a PC with Windows

Hello,I have a button as a master component with different states. Now I have copied it/duplicated and changed the label and changed the width of the button in the "default" state.But in the rest of the states(hover, Focus, selected, disabled) of the button, the label and the size will not change. And we have to be careful in manually matching/adjusting the size and text of the button with the default one.Please help me with this.

Hi Sir/Mam, I tried many times to upgrade my Adobe XD in my new laptop but i got an error 190 (The minimum system requirements does not match), even I update my window, I have 16 RAM, 228 SSD ROM, Window 10 64-bit, and all the requirements that they required, I also face a problem to update my Adobe Creative Cloud...Please Sort out this problem...ThanksKind Regards:Sabir Khan
