Adobe XD

Hey guys,Here is a bug that I just found. 1. Create a text field and populate it with text.2. Highlight / select one or several words from the text field.3. Click on a color from the COLORS section from the DOCUMENT ASSETS panel.RESULT: instead of having only the selected word(s) change color, the whole text field (all words) will change the color into the selected color. Please fix 🙂 Thank you

To access my library I go to FILE>OPEN CC LIBRARY. After the update I only see >Managed Library... and I can see my library but I cannot access the content. Anyone know how to fix this? 

Cursor changes to text cursor  apart from work area. This issue came with recent update of Adobe XD. While hovering over tools or different element of property panel, the cursor remains same(text cursor).   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello. I am writing about Adobe xd. I can not figure out the display layout in real time via USB. I work in Windows, the mobile version of Adobe XD works on the basis of Android, 7.1.1, Samsung j510. Followed all the instructions written here - https://helpx.adobe.com/ru/xd/help/adobe-xd-mobile-faq.html, in the section "Android". The debug mode on the phone is on, the project is synchronized in the creative cloud, the project is open during operation, but the real-time mode via USB does not work. Thank you in advance.

I have images that were done in 1x format (1440 × 1689). When I chose to export for the web, my 2x images are 1x (1440 × 1689), while my 1x images are 0.5x (720 × 845) ... I use XD on mac.

Hello,i finished my design for a website and would like to public the exactly design! I already have a domain but i can't find the option for a publication. I know that you can do it with Sketch and some Plugins but is there a way to do it with XD aswell?Would be happy if someone has an answer for me! 

HI there; I have an issue on my Adobe XD.It crashes repeatedly evrytime I open it or working on it. What can I do ?

I can't open a file that someone transfer me. A message says that I have not the last version of Xdbut I checked and I'm good with it....

This app has so many updates. And every single time there is an update it seems to run slower and slower. I am on a two year old Macbook Pro but 10 minutes to open a single XD file is really starting to get to me. For sure it is a large file, but it opened in a couple of minutes before the last update. I really wish the app was as reliable and efficient as it was a year ago.

In the past 24 hours, XD has been crashing when I:edit textpastemove an objecttry to save a docmake a componentIt's also been extremely sluggish.I've restarted my PC numerous times.Any advice? I'm getting really far behind on my work.

Hello ! I know there is several posts about blurry export but I have tried everything and my problem is not solved yet. Please I really need your help 😞 I have to do a banner 728x90 and my client asks me a HD version. I create my file in Adobe XD in 728x90 and when I export it for the web (1x), my banner looks really blurry ... I know that I can export in 2x but it modifying the dimensions in 1456x180 😞 I don't know how I can export it in HD without modifying the dimensions. Here is a screenshot of my artboard XD in 100% and the exported png.  Is XD the good software to export such displays ?Does my retina screen is the root cause ?Or ... have you got any other ideas ? Configuration :Laptop : MacBook Pro Retina 13 with Intel Iris Graphics 6100XD version : 35.1.12.5 Thank you for your help,Julie

Hello.I can't install any kind of plugin in XD. I am using a mac and running the last version of XD.I followed all the solutions written in the adobe help center and nothing worked. I don't know what to do.

All of a sudden my xd preview stopped working every time I press the button it doesn't respond however if I save it on cloud and view it through my phone I can preview it so I have no idea why the preview on my laptop stopped responding. Can anyone help?

Hello everyone - I am currently trying to create a drop down menu. The problem is that the whole component works as a trigger. Every mouse movement into the header triggers an action. Does anybody have an idea how to handle it? Just a user error or a bug? Thank you in advance! Ralf

Hi everybody!  I have a problem with XD. When I export some SVG elements in my mockup, if I put any kind of shadow on the components of the path, when I export in PNG (for Android) I get an annoying and useless padding in the PNG file. Even if I set the shadows' directions to the inside of the shape.  This is without shadows: This is with shadows:  So: is there a way to export PNG with shadows but without that unwanted padding?  Thank you in advance for the support!

Hi! I am new to Adobe XD, but every time I start it up, it won't let me in. I have signed in to adobe creative cloud twice, but it still won't let me go into the program. I am running it on Windows 10, 4GB ram.

HI there, Bought Creative Suit today. An I would like to use XD. But the app is not compatible with max os x 10.13.6.I'm using a MAC PRO (mid 2012) and still in great shape. Using the mac os version 10.13.6.Updating to a higher os x version is not possible unless you install a new graphic card.  Can Adobe provide an older version of XD please? With other apps this option is possible. Why not with XD?Must be possible. Who has this same issue? Thanks for your feedback?Stef  

Hello to all ! I am very new to using XD and I have troubles how to resolves my problem. I'm doing a wireframe from a simple website with the main page is scrolling vertical. But I still have two different pages with the same menu area. This menu area have anchor links to different section on the main artboard.But on the two others artboards with the same menu, I can't transition to the main artboard in different sections. For exemple page 2, the contact link can't go to contact section in the page 1. Is it a proper way to do that ?  Thanks a lot for your responses. Chloë

Hi,I can no longer use the (standard) ⌘+W shortcut to close the Desktop preview as of XD 34. Has the shortcut been changed or is it a bug that it's missing?Locating the close button every time is rather annoying and time consuming, please bring it back to the standard Mac behaviour.

Hey,Not Able to Generate link (Error 44:22). In a fix now since its a single project file with intensive linking. The link has been sent to stake holders and will not be able to change it. Pls help urgently.

Hello!I just updated Adobe XD and saw that I couldn't update/share the link but I only have one.Tried to uninstall and reinstall, tried to unlog and log back, checked that I have only one link published and I do. It's only tellink me to manage links or update the plan.Not sure why I can't even update an existing link (see screenshot attached), is it not available for starter plan/free users?Thank you for the help.

Hi There. For some reason when I open Adobe XD the artboard/Canvas never load. No matter the size of the document I create or open it never loads. It not crash, just the artboard/canvas never loads.

Good Day - I would like to report an issue while using the Adobe XD Publish Prototype feature.The contents inside the comments panel will no longer show upon loading the project.[See Attached AdobeXD-No Comments.mp4]Design was initially uploaded with the "Allow Comments" turned on and viewed only by invited users.We we're able to comment there at first (on the screenshot it has 12 comments), but after days of using the project (just today), we can no longer comment on it or see our previous comments.I also asked my invited (has access) colleages if they could view the comments, but it no longer show also from thier end.I already tried enabling and disabling the "Allow Comments" and reupload/update the design but still the issue persists. The comments panel content will show if I try to open a diffirent project, but in this specific project, it will not. I tried also accessing it using diffirent a computer and browsers, but still the same.With those troubleshooting, the issue could be u
